Staff at this location are great. Patient, helpful and are willing to make suggestions to make your buying & set up experience go well. They treat customers like people. I didnt wake up today expecting to buy a phone but was suddenly in a bind because of changing technology requirements for work. Thanks to Medina and contributions by other employees, I can get back to earning a living.

The guys at this store are best!! I had to trade phones and the entire process was great. They helped me backup and restore my phone, and it took a while. Had a problem recently with my I phone. Stopped by Cellular Data, on Dallas Hwy in Marietta, and received great service from an employee, Randy Ritchie.The problem seemed complicated to me, but Randy was cordial, knowledgeable, thorough and patient, while successfully addressing and fixing all my issues.Would highly recommend the store, and especially Randy Ritchie.

I called to ask some simple questions and to get prices. And I got hung up on although he was very nice this was very rude and should not be allowed in the Verizon part. He even told me he used to be a manager for Metro PCS. If he has customer service such as this without having the person say goodbye when I wasnt being rude at all then he should not be part of this team. FYI his name was Elijah.
