Recently upgraded to an awesome, new phone. Go me. I went to this store to transfer all of my data from my old, lethargic, out of date phone to my energetic, much faster new phone. The staff here is amazing, very knowledgeable. As soon as I held both of my phones in my hands, they took the words right out of my mouth. “Let me guess, new phone day?” they asked. Nothing more needed to be said. They took both of my devices and did everything that I needed. Simply amazing personnel that work here. I walked out of the store with a smile on my face and a new, working phone in my hand.

I havent had a contract phone in probably 15 years. Was getting tired of random phones that dont work properly after sometime. So I was excited excited make that leap and get a top of the line phone. I bought the New Samsung S21 Ultra! So smooth! Love the picture quality! Frank assisted us in getting a plan and switching phones. Great customer service! Excited to see what else this phone can do!

Trouble with receiving Voice-mail.I went to another at&t store, they told me after 45 minutes of trying to call phone techs and after an hour they said they will call me back.As a last ditch effort, I went to the Medina store.There I met Frank. Laid back, good listener, good eye contact, exuding confidence, techy demeanor that is Frank. Within 10 minutes he fixed the problem. All with an attitude that didnt make me feel like a pain in the butt.Ill tell you, take your phone anywhere if its not functioning but if you want it fixed go to Medina and ask for FRANK.

A thursday late afternoon I go in store to purchase new phone the gentlemen is busy I wait. A lady comes in with bill after me and another customer comes in right after- clerk goes to get help- a man comes out takes lady behind me after waiting 20 min. Then takes man behind her next- acts like my wife and I weren’t even present- I walked out. Terrible service- rude sales people- will not go back- canceling service with at&t. Karen in Medina

The new manager, Chris, was FANTASTIC with our family when we came in to look at new phones today. I never write reviews but this place needs one. One of the worst places to go to. By far the worst customer service Ive seen in a business. Everytime Im in this place its extremely understaffed, the staff that is on duty is extremely uneducated about their own business, very awkward, and unwelcoming.Never once have I walked out of this business and wanted to go back in. Its almost dreading going back in here.

Moved four lines from Verizon to ATT.Two lines were to transfer immediately and two lines not for two days- Oct 31st. Was told that would be no problem. 30 minutes later, found out all 4 lines transferred. Called the store to fix this and was told they couldnt do anything and call 611 on phone for help. Did this and they also said nothing they could do! Now it was my problem at no fault of my own- it should be fixed by ATT and not put the problem on the customer.

Great customer service and team. I had Olivia adding a couple new lines to my account. She was thourough and polite. Zach was also a huge help in helping me decide what devices would best suit my needs. Times are hit or miss, but thats usually how it goes in a retail store. I will definitely be recommending the Medina store to everyone. Cheers!

Employees will lie about discounts. Then you will get an email from corporate that your bill is going up. Unfortunately the email comes after the 14 day return policy. So please learn from me, read everything and go in knowing that all they want is to make their comission. Buyer Beware!

The most rude unprofessional people I have ever met. Customer service is bottom of the barrel. It starts at management and trickles down to each person I talked to. Very disappointed .I will never be back. Customer support at corporate level is professional but at store level it is appalling.

I really liked the attitude, kindness, concern, thoughtfulness, and genuine teamwork of each employee. I talked to James on the phone before I went to the store. He was busy on the phone helping another customer. I was helped by Lindsay Collins. She was able to thoroughly resolve the issue regarding the cash payment I made at Drug Mart almost a week ago that wasnt showing up in the system at AT & T. I spoke with Richard Brisson about new products in the cell phone line while Lindsay was on the phone. I thanked them all for helping me out and will be going back there to make my payments in the future.💖

Wanted a new line they did not even offer the free phones they have for opening another line and care more about what tv you watch so they can sell you the att tv package. You walk in and its like the shower curtain ring sales guy that knocks on your door. BEST BUY WILL TREAT YOU 10XS BETTER

This place is an absolute joke, the sales staff are less than knowledgeable and are clearly there just to make commission. Not one ounce of care is given to the customer its constant pushing of products. Dont bother getting a case and screen protector they are as useless as the sales staff.

Walked in, got knowledgeable help quickly (sales woman was not afraid to get help when I was asking absurdly detailed questions). I walked in and 30 minutes or so later I walked out with 3 lines of service and home internet. No pushy sales, no endless paperwork, just in and out. Very helpful.

I buy directly from Apple or even BestBuy... even if they are running sales at this location, they have no clue on how to bill or charge correctly.

I brought my prepaid card and phone that I had bought from Wal-Mart. Zach the customer service representative took care of me and my girlfriend. The store closed at 8 and he was still helping us. I would totally recommend if you want an At&T product or phone, go to this store.

This store (not service) is terrible!!! Considered switching to AT&T from Verizon. Walked in and no one greeted us and there was no organization to who was next in line. Stood around for 20 minutes. Still nothing. Observered the 3 salesman to be very rude and pushy to the 2 customers who they were talking with. Store was not very busy either. Us and one other couple. Left disgusted. Other couple followed suit. Ended up switching a little later. Thanks Best Buy. Love AT&T so far but will never step foot in this location again. If I could give it negative stars I would.

The store had only two employees working. I waited for over an hour to be spoken to let alone helped. I heard one of the employees comment to her customer that she was going to talk to her manager, which means there was a third person there who did not come out to assist customers. The manager finally came out, arranged some things, and told a customer that a new associate would be out to help. So, there were four employees in the store with two serving customers. The manager also seemed insulting because I paid with a check.The only saving grace was the girl was pleasant

I always love going here, my one complaint was that 3 employees were working on one persons account while I waited for a half hour for someone to even acknowledge me. Normally I dont have that issue and have always had a great experience.

My family went in 2 weeks change our phones for upgrades. The lady did not even attempt to work with us she did not offer us our different options and allowed us to leave the store without even attempting to assist us. I was very shocked and disappointed at the sales tactics or lack thereof I should say. We got much better service going to BestBuy and upgrading our phones.

My personal advise is to avoid doing business with AT&T altogether. The quality of service is not in line with the cost of the service.If you cannot avoid AT&T, avoid the AT&T Medina, OH location. The sales staff is rude, uneducated, inept, lack personal, interpersonal, people centric skills and most importantly deceive customers with false and misleading information. Plain and simple no ethical standards.The management team lacks the problem solving skills necessary to deescalate and resolve challenging customer situations; offer zero customer service, zero reassurance or support and again lack creativity, knowledge, and skills to make a customer appeased with being an AT&T customer. Management resorts to the mentality of “too bad”, “your fault”, and not offering a viable solution. Again, store management doesn’t posses the skills necessary to properly manage customer relations.Our family has a billing issue resulting from misleading information provided, presented, and fed by the unprepared sales person at the store. We began our efforts to resolve our billing issues by contacting AT&T wireless customer relations department. That department advised that there was nothing they could currently do and that the issue needed to get resolved at the store level. They acknowledged that the store improperly processed the transaction and had made a mistake by misleading. The agent documented our concern, dialogue and advised that the store would be able to access our case file to make the necessary adjustments. “The store is able to resolve” this issue we were clearly told by the agent on the phone.We proceeded to the store where we raised our concerns to the salesperson. The salesperson immediately went into defensive mode denying any wrong doing even before any of the facts were analyzed. The salesperson proceeded to blame fault on us; stating that it wasn’t in a position of power to make any kind of decision “I’m just a salesperson” and would pass the information about the case to the store manager. We were promised a follow-up which it never happened. The staff once again demonstrated their unprofessionalism by their lack of action and lack of urgency to a critical customer’s concern. After a week of ignoring and avoiding the issue by the store staff, we reached out to the store for an update. We communicated with the store manager who appeared confused, frustrated, and loss in handling the situation at hand. Her solution: “I can offer a $20 to 30 dollar credit but that’s it”. Wait! That’s her creative solution to a > $800 billing issue. Just unacceptable!At that point we realized that any attempted efforts in getting our issue rectified at the store was a complete waste.We requested the district manager’s contact information. At first, we were told that the store didn’t have it that information. After further requests and some pushback we were given an email address but no other information. We sent an emailed to the email address provided. No word from the DM (Tia) thus far...Please stay tuned for updates as I have a feeling this will required some hierarchy escalation within AT&T to have a resolution to this ethics and customer’s trust violation...we will also be cancelling our DirecTV service as well.#ATT, @ATTcares, ‪@ATTCares_Not, @ATTCustomerCare.‬

My HTC One got a crack in the screen as I know warranty doesnt cover that insurance does, but its a joke $7 a month to have insurance and a $150 deposit to get it fixed. I asked the AT&T employer how much it would cost to get it fixed regardless of price as I wanted my phone fixed. He had stated AT&T doesnt fix phones nor would he, and rudely stated I guess you should have gotten the insurance then! in a very nasty tone. I will drop AT&T when my contract is up, until then I will root and unlock my phone and go to another company. I have always stuck by AT&Ts side and gave them the benefit of the doubt against Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile but after multiple let downs it seems AT&T is the problem not me. Good bye AT&T!

Experience summarized in 8 words... Do not ever go during the Browns game.... My wife and I wanted to switch from Cricket over to At&t since they basically use the same stuff. At&t owns Cricket, we are familiar with the service to some capacity and figured why not, since theyre both GSM providers anyways. Wrong!!! Bad idea to go into this store during the game on a Sunday. This is only my second review on Google so Ill spare you all the details but the guy who helped us never told us his name, although his tag said his name was Ryan he was a bit rough and never introduced himself, but seemed more interested in the fact we interrupted his game. Bottom line we did not understand a word he said, except our cost would basically triple (for only one person and for only 2gb of data WHAT?) from what were paying now, and he could not get us a Galaxy Note 4 at all (even though you can still order them directly from At&t online-09/20/15). What ultimately made us decide to leave and not do business with that store (besides him not knowing what he was talking about or confusing us both) is that when we first walked in he looked at both of us in the eyes while he was talking, then after he learned that only my wife was going to be switching over he then directed his efforts towards her only and made me feel left out. It just got weird. Ive dealt with many salesman before (never that rugged, he should be building houses or driving a semi truck) that and bottom line you either got it or you dont. I dont know how to rate zero stars or we would have. We wont be going back there, and will not be recommending the Medina, Ohio At&t to anyone, unless youre interested in being confused while watching a football game on Sunday.Update 10/09/15: I travel from east to west like clockwork at the same time everyday and couldnt help but notice dropped calls at the same exact location that I used to drop calls at when I had Cricket. So much for At&ts network over Cricket like he suggested if we stayed with Cricket. Our only benefit to switching over was no up front cost with the new phones. Now we pay more and we get less, do yourselves a favor and stay with cricket..

All I can say is that they dont want to do there job. I went in to get a new phone because my old one stopped working. They told me I had to go to the Apple store and to get a new iPhone. The Apple store told me I had to go to at&t to get the warranty taken care of. Thanks for wasting my time.

Every time I have been to this store, I was completely mislead. They like to sell products and dont mind lying and misleading people in order to get their sale. First off, they told me that the next program was 12 payments for the phone, turns out its 20 payments and the phone costs more than retail, DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM, just pay the 200 dollars for your upgrade and you save over 300 depending on the phone model. Also, I added a tablet to my plan and was told straight to my face that this would NOT extend my contract by any time, NOPE, they got me for 2 more years, I dont even have the tablet anymore because I planned on removing it because they told me I could. Now Im stuck paying for something I dont have for 2 more years because I was lied to. The people at corporate office agreed with me that this is unacceptable treatment, but apparently corporate cant actually do anything for me besides give me credits off my bill. Anyways, all Im saying is take what these liars say with a grain of salt, please read ALL paperwork before doing ANY business with these people, because even though they lied to me right to my face multiple times, its still my fault for not reading the fine print. Dont make the same mistakes as me.
