Tyrae runs a top notch store. Plenty of beautiful displays for you to browse aroubd while youre waiting your turn in line to be helped by the next representative. The associates treat you like they would treat members of their own family and get you in and out as quickly as possible. While I was there, there were two people ahead of me and I was seeing within 5 minutes! I went into the store to add my sister back to my family plan and was taking care of by Tyrae and he helped us out in less than 20 minutes! Great work all around!

The General manager Tyrae,was Phenomenal!!! I had been without a phone for several days that customer could not assist with for hrs at a time on the phone! If it was not for this man an the other gentlemen (T)sorry dont remember the spelling I would be with another carrier as I was FED up and made the decision TODAY that if no working phone,Id be going with another carrier Monday morning. So Im not sure glad that Im still with a company that keeps you on the phone for hrs at a time,disconnects you then does not call you back. So you have to REPEAT YOURSELF each an EVERY TIME.,but a huge thanks for a working device.

Overall a great experience. My mother and I went in to upgrade our phones and got to spend a wonderful hour with Charlie at the location. He was knowledgeable, great to talk with, and made the process much easier than any other Verizon location I have been to.

Dont want to help you, just sell you more stuff! You cant just walk in and look at a display of accessories with prices.They told me all the cases for my new phone were $50, but there were several cases on the Verizon website that were less than that. I was told no discounts unless I bought 3 things. Kept trying to get me to buy a charging cube when I said I didnt need it. I was able to purchase what I wanted on the Verizon website to pick up tomorrow at the Wooster store for $20 less than what I was told in Medina. I stopped going there several years ago because of the hard sell techniques and lack of service when there was a problem. I am a customer for over 20 years. I should not have been treated like that.

Tried to buy a phone here only to have issues where they claim they couldnt release it to me. Long story short going to best buy was easier/cheaper, and I had the phone no issues. Now 17 days later still waiting on my refund of 102.35 for the taxes I paid on a phone I never received.

I was disappointed with my experience today. The staff was professional and knowledgeable but the store itself had no phones in stock. I tried to buy a phone and was told the only phone in stock was an apple. Really disappointed.

Was having issues with my Samsung. It said it had no sim card. But I never removed it. Took it to the Medina Verizon store and they found out that the sim card was bad. They put a new one in it and its back in working order. The best part about it was that it didnt cost me a dime. And employees are great people.

Long story. Bought a phone for myself and my Son. Paid 3300 +. Still have no phones . First it was to be sent to my house. Next visit the Manager said she would put 2 aside as she had them in STOCK...!!!!. THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY NOR HAVE I RECIEVED MY PHONES...!!!!!! Going up 1 more time time tomorrow and try to politely resolve the issue

I was in need of a new phone, and had received a text from Verizon that they had a $300 off special on a new Galexy on my account. After my 35 minute drive to this store and arriving about 1p.m. I see the WE ARE OPEN sign in the window. A man came out and told me I could not enter without an appointment, and they had no available appointments today. Another sign stated First responders can enter without an appointment, my husband asked about using his firefighter ID for entry and was denied.The clerk stated that the sign was miss leading. He informed me to use the My Verizon app to place my order for pick up in roughly an hour. I tried for over an hour to use this option and each time the final price of my transaction was drastically incorrect and it also would not let me complete my order. Finally I see the clerk emerge and ask for assistance, and he refused. Outside fully masked he would not even speak to me. He continued saying, you need an appointment. I understand the precautions during this difficult time, but this does not justify the rude treatment I received. After calling another branch the recording stated that for the health and safety of thier customers Verizon has reduced staffing. Needless to say, Best Buy was more than happy to make a sale.

My mother went in to join my grandmas phone plan, and was greeted with a seemingly nice employee. She went it and tried to get her phone number released, and they refused to do it. Even though she has done it before, and has used the method they were refusing to use. She had to call a different Verizon to help her figure out what was wrong, and they told her they could release her phone number the way she was trying to do. Of course this was frustrating, because the employees at this Verizon said it was impossible. They also refused to replace the SIM card and she had to do it on her own with the person on the phone.

Very good service. Steven the customer service person that worked with us spent a lot of time fixing some issues. We feel Steven did a great job, plus some for us. He was fun to work with and very understanding. We never felt pressured to buy extra things. He was honest and educated. One of our parties decided to change over to Verizon because of the great deals and service we were given. I expected a long wait due to the Christmas season but we were very lucky twice when we went in.

I went into this store once and will never go back. I had a simple question in which the employee could not answer and said hed put me int he Que to get help. He also gave me an unsatisfying response that my phone was too old and he had no idea - my phone is not much older than a year. I sat there for over 20 minutes with a good number of customers, who were also probably doomed to the Que, while the workers talked about their personal life and seemed to be helping no one. None of the employees there seemed to care about customer service and from the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who had this experience..

Great bunch of people. However my favorite person to work with and I will call ahead and schedule is Brian Langroth. Seriously if you need help understand your bill or how a system works or thinking about trying something new he is guy to talk to. Nice guy I have dealt with inside a phone stone in year. From now on I will make and appt to work with him strictly, he is that good.

I was told a 15 minute wait... 2 hours later. Then, I asked someone what the wait time was and they said I was next up. I continued to wait for over 30 minutes and watched individuals being helped that arrived after me. Finally, an employee let me know that the reason why we werent being helped yet was because they wanted a sales rep to work with us so that they got commission on my purchase. Most unprofessional thing Ive seen in a long time

I went to this store the other day and had an extremely unprofessional experience from Juan. He was helping me with a phone issue, but once he recognized and realized that Im someone who doesnt approve of his step sons poor life choices and actions, he instantly told me he could no longer help me and walked away, I then waited with no help until I finally just left the store because I was disgusted in this unprofessionalism. I never even mentioned the subject and was not looking for a problem, just cellular assistance... I know children more reasonable, and this is unacceptable.

I patiently waited as next customer to be waited on. 2 young pretty girls came in and 2 salesmen jumped to their attention. I asked if the manager was there and this nasty girl looked at me from behind the counter and said Id have to wait in a rude tone as if I was bothering her. She was the manager. Ive been with Verizon for over 20 years and pay them way more money than I need to. I own my own business and love customer loyalty. They need better training and supervision. Dont go there.

I was there today to activate a MIFI unit for our RV. Juan waited on me, he was so helpful! He did upgrades, activated and set up the MIFI! All I had to do was go into out RV, plug in in and it worked! Juan explained everything he did, answered my questions and made everything so easy. Thank you, Juan. Took my mom for a new phone, because she is clueless (bless her heart), and - based on past experiences - expected to have to fend off a good amount of run-around and salesmanship. I was very pleasantly wrong. A very helpful gentleman by the name of Brian (with an i, not a y) helped us, and pretty much immediately got us into the exact plan I thought Mom needed. He even dug around for awhile and tried to find us an even cheaper route. There wasnt one, but his effort was greatly appreciated. What Mom expected to be a stressful and baffling process was made rather quick and painless by his straightforward and thoughtful manner. If youre reading this, thank you Brian-spelled-correctly!

I am about to travel overseas and rented a Global Phone so I can have contact with my family since Im flying over alone. I normally use a simple flip phone and was overwhelmed with the Droid that came in the mail. So I took it in and both the sales rep and store manager were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They took the time to explain to me exactly how to use the phone and how to charge it overseas. They completely made my day and eased the stress I was feeling. Fabulous people working there! 5 stars all the way.

Waited 35 minutes while listening to blasting music throughout the store - one employee excessively chitchatting and ignoring waiting customers. Rude manager to boot. Never again at this store. Went to the Verizon on 18 near 71 instead and was immediately served by a competent and courteous employee. . .in and out in 10 minutes. THAT is how customer service is done.

This store is great when you are buying stuff, even if you do have to wait an eternity to get some help. I was willing to let that go. Try returning something, however, and it can be a whole nutha story. Only once or twice in my life have I been treated as poorly and with as much disrespect as I was at this store. Absolutely horrible. I go in to purchase a charging cord without the block that plugs into the wall, and he tells me all they have is the complete set (block and cord together) asked if I wanted it for $40, I said not at this time, he walked away from me without saying one word like I wasnt even a valued customer and stormed off. I will never go to the Medina location again... They are horrible.

Very poor customer service. Stay away! Verizon would not replace my defective phone which is still within the original warranty period. They replaced my phone once before for the exact same problem a few months ago. They said that their policy is to provide only one replacement in the warranty period. I am planning to change my wireless service when my contract ends (or sooner).

Bring food and water. You will be here for a while. To say the service is slow is an understatement. I arrived, and after standing around for 30 minutes, while no associate acknowledged my son and I, an associate signed a customer in that just walked through the door! When making the said associate aware, he only offered to sign us in as well, which meant we would be served after those that had just walked in the door! He didnt offer a solution, only an insincere apology. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

Theyre very knowledgeable.However, Im increasingly convinced that Verizons business plan is/has been about increasing their profits by charging for EVERYTHING, simply b/c they have the most reliable network, and were forced to either pay their price or go elsewhere. In other words, it seems to me theyre beholdened to their shareholders and Corporate Execs, and not so much to Customers.Just saying what it feels like to interact with them over the past few years or more. I hope others have a different experience. Weve been loyal Verizon customers for most of the past 2 decades, and no incentive nor tangible appreciation given/expressed for that loyalty. If we left 2mrw, I doubt theyd even notice or reach out to win us back.

Just got off the phone with there manager about a problem I had with the tablet I got from them. I was told if I bought an LG phone I get an LG tablet for free. I did not want to pay $10 a month for Data on it so I didnt want the tablet. Then the rep comes at me again with the tablet told her I didnt want it She then tells me that the tablet is free my bill will be the same it will not go up and it went up so now Im stuck paying for a tablet I didnt want in the first place. Worst customer service dont go there. If I could rate lower I would.

They used to try and help, went in w new phone to try and change over and they sent us away snd said to call the 800 number.Went to the Fairlawn store and took their time even after closing time to make sure we moved everything over to the new phone.Fairlawn went above and beyond expectations! Looks like I need to drive to Fairlawn Verizon from now on. Everyone there was very nice and made us feel like Verizon cared about their customers!

Why you need a greeter to check you in and then just stands around while you wait. He should help people. Also if you want to add a line or spend money they will help you but if you want to cancel a line or try to reduce what you are paying them you have to call customer service. What a crock.
