I have been a Cricket customer for years, buying my last few phones from the Medina store. Cricket itself is a good service, Ive had excellent coverage at a great price. Ive been helped by DAngelo and Josh at the Medina store, they are both friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Cricket, and will only visit the Medina store when Im ready for another phone.
Great company also who ever answered the phone when i called ( DAngelo i think he said his name was) he was very helpful (also sounded very attractive sorry not sorry)
Was greeted upon entry. Staff was very friendly and Randy was able to update my SIM card so that my phone functions. They did a wonderful job.
Went in and dealt with the DAngelo who Ive been dealing with for a couple years now.probably one of the friendliest people Ive ever dealt with in any retail business and very very very very helpful.

Phones and plan are a good price, however, the gps can be really off. And when we went to use our insurance to replace my husbands phone because his speaker went out, the insurance wont cover it. You cant talk to anybody or get any help. And they werent helpful at the store. Weve been paying for the Cricket Plus Insurance for 10 months. And they wont help us.
Yanno...good coverage, super cheap month to month options. overall a serious alternative to the rest of them

Pretty good service here unless you happen to come in when they are busy. Staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
Was told that phone was exchangeable if defective up to 7 days. After several phone calls, we returned on 7th day only to be told that 7 days is really 6. Sales associate no longer worked there. Manager was rude and condescending. Customer service was a nightmare and most barely spoke English. Thought Id finally get some help from the District Manager. Nope. He was almost as bad as the Store Manager and insisted that people should just know that 7 days really means 6. Cricket Wireless has no idea what the concept of customer service is.
Love this company and have had a plan with them for 2 years now but I have to say I’m pretty pissed rn. I came in on Saturday asking for an iPhone 8+ which I was told was out of stock and would be picked up Monday. Well, it’s monday and I never got a call so I ended up calling in myself asking about it just to find out the “order never came in”. Fine. But I gave up a shift at my job to come pick up this phone because it was promised to me today and now I’m out a phone because mine is currently not functioning, period. So now I have to wait until I don’t even know when and I’m out the money I’d have made at my job tonight. So thanks for that. I still love this company but I’m really salty rn.

Cricket Wireless service = A++Multiple employees are the result in only a 4 star rating - Im not sure why they cannot keep employees. The referral service at Cricket Rocks! Ive gotten 2 months free since switching over.
Service was terrible answered every ? I had with yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah. Walked out with walked out with no answers. Realized how bad it was in Brunswick cricket wireless, helped me with everything 5mins out the door satisfied. Medina yeah yeah yeah terrible.
This store is a big rip off when in the bike charger sales person never attempted to try on phone said they were the right ones never said anything about a cessories not refundable until I purchased it and that didnt fit the phone and he says it the receipt after you purchase the product says non-returnable what a rip-off store needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau Ill never stop at that store again Ill do my business at the one in Copley

Horrible customer service outright used my card it said declined twice so I went and got cash then I look on my bank statements and I was indeed charged brought my statements in an they said there was no way I was charged but even with the proof they said I was lying...now I like cricket service but Thia store is a waste of time and space save yourself some stress and go to Brunswick
Dont take your device here to have it fixed if you would like it back any sooner than a week, even though they tell you 2 days!
