This review is long over due. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My family and I experienced a very excruciating experience at the Brunswick T-Mobile location and were about to switch out of T-Mobile after being loyal customers to them since 2006, but Mercedes and her team at this Medina T-Mobile location went above and beyond. They took care of the situation we had and then some. Great group of people, Would recommend always! Thank you!!!

No matter when I need something explained to me regarding my phone Darin Fink has been so cordial and takes the time to SHOW me! He has gone over and above to help and seems to love what he does for T-mobile. Thank you!

All 3 of the people were rude to me, no greeting, lack of motivation to do anything, stared at me like i was an alien life form til i talked, and then got no response from them.. Came to get everything transferred between phones. They refused me after i repeated myself and after a few clicks on the tablet. From what another store said, theyre known for sending you to different stores because theyre lazy. Send these guys back to training!

Changing mobile carriers was not something I was considering until I met Darin Fink of T-MOBILE at the Cleveland car show. Most of the time I try to avoid these vendors whenever I go to some event like this. Darin came up to me and started talking to me about my cell phone carrier and asked me if I was a veteran. After I told him yes, he proceeded to tell me about a great T-Mobile plan for veterans and their families. The next week I went in to see him in Medina and then I decided to make the switch not only because he was able to save me about half of what I was already paying and provide me with seven new lines and 5 new top-of-the-line iPhones, but he also made the experience very enjoyable for all of us. He really knows what hes talking about and he understood our needs and was able to more and meet them. Darin is professional and a person with integrity, and someone who really cared about me and my family. I highly recommend Darin Fink, the Medina location and T-MOBILE.
