I went into the Michigan City store today to move my cell service from Verizon back to AT&T. There is a process involved to complete a port and Ron and David could not have been nicer to work with. Both were patient and kind. I highly recommend this store for its professionalism of the staff.

I went to this store and was helped immediately by Maria and she was amazing so helpful and patient. I went to the Merrillvile store and the male salesperson didn’t want to help me with my returned phone and said they didn’t have any phones. But I could see they had phones online to pickup in store. Maria was so wonderful at the Michigan city location

My experience at an AT&T store was the highlight of my day yesterday. I made the mistake and fell for another carrier, and experience the worst time. I quickly return to AT&T. In which they accepted.me back with open arms. The staff (young lady) who assisted me was very professional, kind, caring and made the switch back in a timely manner. I salute this agency for the dedication they extend to their customers.

The store rep Jerry helped me abundantly. He helped me find the best plan for me, get my new phone and he even set it up for me when it was all done and bought. He showed me what accessories were best and all the best deals. He did more than what was expected of him and for that i’d say it was the best experience i’ve ever had with any store rep.

Need a new phone. iPhone 7 was on it’s last leg. Was immediately met by an account rep who helped me through the process and got me out the door with the new phone 12. and everything was set up and ready to go. Painless seamless experience.

I was assisted by Maria, she was the nicest AT&T employee I’ve ever met. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and she is very proficient at her job. I would definitely recommend this store, and ask for Maria!

Well the people in the store were pretty decent pretty clean store they were very helpful... And as for AT&T service I think they totally beat T-Mobile cuz I compared my phone right next to AT&T phone and so far AT&T is blowing T-Mobile out of the water

After receiving terrible service at the Apple store in Chicago, we opted to go to ATT in Michigan City which was on our way home. Our service tech Ron quickly solve all our problems with a smile...very professional and helpful. We replaced an Apple phone.

Great service, helpful staff

Never introduced herself. Had to ask her name. Never explained what needed to be done. Was super paranoid of touching my phone. Would not take my suggestion of wipe it down with sanitizer. Kept taking glove off and then reusing it. Might as well have not used a glove because it was cross contaminated multiple times from her mask.Nice person, backed up my info to wrong account, lost all my contacts. Spent hours getting people to send me their info. Staff in store was short, at times rude. Even had a male employee apologize to me for making me feel unwelcome. White Sox game was more important to staff than letting me know what was going on. Finally gave up and walked out.

David was very knowledgeable and helpful! I usually ask for Nathan because hes great as well, but he was not working the day I went in...again David was great and now I have 2 people to look for when I need assistance.

Cost me 2000 to get away from the company. .....worth every penny . Make sure you keep all your paperwork get EVERYTHING in writing and be sure extremely sure you know what youre getting in to. They are extremely expensive and you THINK you getting a deal but trust me you are not. Ethics matter...reception is good but go prepaid with these guys if you really want the reception buy your phone outright. Their contracts add so many fees ur bills r always way higher than quoted especially in that second year.

Usually have a great experience here but when I went in to trade up from the Note 8 to the Note 9 NOBODY knew what they were talking about. Luckily the manager came over, but, wait, nope... still no clue what theyre talking about. Left with my 9 though, so Im happy. At&t has great service, however, and are very knowledgable and helpful on the corporate level

Maria is great. I was in dire need of chargers during my vacation. Brought my generic chargers that failed. She got me lined up with what I wanted and showed me the wireless charger which I was ignorant about. She switched me to a non-magnetic dash holder - so no issues placing the phone on wireless charger when the time comes. Kudos Maria.

Very poor customer service experience. Took well over 30 mins to swap SIM cards. The place seems understaffed and there were multiple folks waiting in the queue behind us. If possible avoid coming in and staff rambled on about random stories that had nothing to do with why we had came in.

Very, very helpful. I needed a replacement phone and the salesman spent over an hour with me transferring everything, as well as educating me on power saving tips.

The AT&T Store has a good selection of smartphones to choose from, they can hook you up with a new phone and calling plan in the store, they even have a payment kiosk there in the store so you can stop in and make your payment, i just eish the parking situation to go into their store was better, that building where they are located is so congested that its difficult to find a parking place most times

Everyone is very courteous and extremely helpful. Wether I need help with my phone or need a new item, theyre all very knowledgeable.

The staff seems to always be confused and not aware of all at&t promotions. Make sure you check what you are signing up for otherwise everyone is nice and friendly.

The salesman put me in a bad situation because he misled me and he made a mistake. Since the store couldnt solve the issue i have been on the phone getting it taken care of myself. I was recommened from AT&T customer service not to go to the Michigan City store anymore. Nothing but a financial headache all because of a sale trying to be made!!!!
