Im giving this review based solely on the rep named Ben! He saved me from leaving Cricket as a company. I have never had someone work so hard to help me when the company kept running us in circles to access MY OWN account!Even though it is a 30 minute drive out of my way I will only be going to him for any thing I might need regarding my service or even as simple as a cover for my phone. He is the kind of employee this company should make sure to keep as long as possible!

Went to this location on Tuesday(Nov. 24), only to find the staff and a customer blatantly NOT wearing mask; while EVERY posted sign states otherwise. With those attitudes, no wonder LaPorte Co. is Orange, possibly going Red. Nice going Michigan City Cricket.

I wanted to leave a review about my experience today and i am very pleased with my experience Vernon and Don get a 5 star customer service rating they answered all my questions that i had and ported my number to my new device smoothly I definitely will be referring family and friends to Cricket in Michigan City!

I had my phone checked for backup so that I could get a replacement phone and not lose my information.

The sweet girl named Amber was so pleasant and helped an old man like myself figure out how to use one of them new technology phones. she even walked me to the door and held the door for me. What a sweet young lady she deserves a raise for all her hard work!

Had an issue with my security question. the customer service representative had the issues squashed quicker than when I actually had realized there was an issue so I recommend it.

Josh did a great job. After loosing a phone while on vacation we stopped in the Michigan City Cricket store on the way back from the airport in an emergency to get reconnected. Josh took care of us quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding.

They were AMAZING!! Fixed my very cracked front And back glass on my Samsung Note 9. Dropped it two days after receiving it!!😤 Also, replaced my broken stylus pen! My advice...go with the liquid glass deal ppl FRONT AND BACK!! Its worth the money! Plus a new case! All for less than $150. Thanks so much guys for doing all this and having my phone back to me in 2hours!
