Been going here for years. The current staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. However, I’m fairly certain Madvapes won’t be getting much, if any, business from me in the future. I find it REALLY irritating that they close early if they think business is too slow. Three times now, I’ve gone there well before the posted closing time and they were already closed. Last night, for example, I rushed over after work, got there at 6:05 to find the lights off, and the owner’s truck was out in the parking lot, headlights on.I can understand the owner is probably saving money by closing early. However, as a customer, it is really irritating not to know whether the store will be open when the posted hours say they will. I have a place that will ship to me. The entire reason I started shopping here in the first place was the convenience of not having to deal with the hassle of shipping. At this point, shipping is more convenient because I don’t have to worry about rearranging my schedule to make it to this store midday, as those seem to be the only hours I can rely on this place being open.
Ive finally found a legit vape shop. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and a great product selection. reasonable prices too. Ive been a return customer for a few months. Madvapes is my spot for all vape related needs😤😤😤 keep up the good work!
Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the young lady who was working and gave me q new juice suggestion. The nashi juice she recommended is awesome.
This is the last time. The girl with the glasses was just steady stocking stuff instead of helping us. Seems like she is very rude, does not want to help someone find the flavor they are looking for, and could care less. Well you got the last money from me you will ever get.
It is nice and peaceful. Very supportive stuff, I liked them a lot.

Go on line and find 120ml of Eliquid for 29.99 then go to the store to pick up and they tell me that price was for one 60 ml bottle. When I showed them the web site price they then said that it was not rite it was an error I will never return to this store because of poor service and no knowledge of products she had to call and ask her manager about every piece of hardware my husband asked her about this store is a joke

These people are the worse. Sell defected product and liars. Visited in May 2018. Bought a vape and it was defected. The Rude girl changed the part with my package part then gave me the wrong core and lied about it. Dont go here. Find another Vape shop

I have always enjoyed going into the New Bern branch up until today. Yesterday I got my coil changed on my SMOK Prince Stick and since then It is like it takes a second to vape up. Mind you, it did NOT have this problem right before I took it in. I came back today and the girl there asked me if I charged it all night and I answered yes I did. She didnt how to fix it, but I mentioned maybe a defective coil and change out coil (even though I just got on yesterday). She put another one on and then she Charged me for the coil she put on! The reason the coil was put on was to see if the one put on yesterday was defective causing the problem. Then I state I will charge it Again all night and see if it helps and if not I will bring it back here to exchange out the base because it is a manufacturing issue. SHE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT SMOK DIRECTLY BECAUSE THEY ONLY DO RETURNS WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I reply to her, I had a different SMOK and the charging area became lose so after a few months of me having it, they changed out the bases in THIS NEW BERN Store. THE SHE TOLD ME SHE HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A YEAR AND KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT...at that point I just leave.Then I call the Havelock store, I have been in a couple of times. I talk to Matt. I tell him the scenario. HE TOLD ME THEY HAVE A 3 MONTH WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURING ISSUES. I.told him what the girl at New Bern with the Glasses said to me about 2 weeks...He told me to just come to the HAVELOCK Store and he will take care of me....So as of today, because of the employee at the New Bern MadVapes stating something that is completely inaccurate and then saying she has worked there a year....My advice is, if a customer says they traded out one, maybe call a manager and ask them.. AS FOR NOW, I WILL GO TO HAVELOCK STORE FOR NOW ON!
