This was a great experience for me. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The receptionist Caressa was friendly and very welcoming. At my appointment with the doctor she explained everything to me about my hearing loss and explained which hearing aides she felt would be beneficial to me and my life style. Extremely happy With the care and service and professionalism at Audiology of New Bern. My current hearings aids are 7 years old and while I certainly could benefit from new ones I have not yet taken the plunge! Sadie has been more than willing, and capable of adjusting my old hearing aids time and again to make them as good as possible for me. And she does an excellent job! When I finally spring for new hearing aids this is the place I will be buying them from. I know I will get a quality product and excellent follow-up service for as long as I have them.
