They are very nice and patient. If you have a problem, and appt. is set up quickly. I really love this small group.

I feel I’m speaking for the masses when I say most people, including myself, are very skeptical regarding Hearing Aids. I mean, if you can’t hear someone in a crowded restaurant, when you get hearing aids, aren’t you simply going to amplify everything?I’m happy to report NO YOU ARE NOT!!!!I have nothing but praise to heap on HearingLife. Doc Traci is AWESOME and Ms Lisa is always there to keep your hearing aids in tip top shape. Ms Gwen also stepped in for awhile to help out. HearingLife seems to attract quality personnel.Let me say one final thing regarding the product. When I asked my primary physician to advise on who to speak with regarding hearing aids, she told me she didn’t really know any folks in the New Bern area. HOWEVER, she said if you can find a hearing specialist with “audiologist” in their title, you won’t go wrong!! Wow was she right. Doc Traci, audiologist, rocks!!I’ve had my hearing aids for nearly 4 months now and have loved every moment. I’ve had ZERO trouble adjusting to them and with all the masks still in place I’m thrilled to have these hearing aids. You don’t really know how exhausting it is to TRY and hear. You work so hard every day. Now I don’t work at it at all. I simply enjoy the benefits of the latest technology. You should too. So if you need hearing aids, or think you might, you shouldn’t hesitate another moment. HearingLife doesn’t sell you if they can’t help you. But if they can help you like they’ve helped me, you need to go for it. They are worth it and you won’t regret it. And this is coming from a one time VERY skeptical hearing aid person. I’m glad I gave HearingLife a shot. It has been great.

The Audiologist (Dr. Tracy) was very patient and understanding. She took her time and explained all of my options to me. I was grateful to her for allowing me to actually try a pair so that I could HEAR the difference. I must say there was a huge difference.I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone that is having difficulty hearing.
