Oh my gosh what an Awesome place. Adrianna makes you feel right at home from the front office all the way back to Dr Reggie. I would recommend anyone needing a hearing test to go see them. Thanks for making my day so much better!!

My wife Ernestine needed some hearing aids. Arianna was very helpful in the front and assured my wife she would be in good hands. She definitely was, Reggie was the best!!! He made me laugh the whole time. We couldnt feel more comfortable and always look forward to our office visits now. We will recommend Miracle Ear in New Bern to everyone.

My husband Joel and I were very pleased with our experience at the New Bern Miracle Ear office this week. Reggie and Arianna greeted us as we came in and made us feel very welcomed. Reggie answered all of our questions as he made the necessary adjustments to our hearing aids. He explained in detail the results of our hearing tests. We left the office clearly understanding how to adjust and care for our hearing aids thanks to Reggie’s professionalism.

Very friendly and professional service. My dad has been to other hearing specialists and they were rude and seemed impatient with him because communication with him was difficult. Arianna at the front desk was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Reggie was very friendly, with a sense of humor, but very knowledgeable. He fitted my dad with a hearing aid that works great and we are very happy.

What a fantastic place!!! After years of continued hearing loss to the point of lip reading....Lisa treated me like family. With her help we got a diagnosis and for the first time in years I was able to have a connversation with my grandchildren without an interpreter. I am able to hear the world...birds, music, TV ( without the volume maxed out) The follow up visits are just as personal and professional.Thank You Lisa for giving me life back ❣️❣️

It is so nice to be greeted by Arianna when you arrive at miracle ear. Reggie does an excellent job with your hearing aids and making sure they are right for you. It is a pleasure dealing with Miracle ear of New Bern.
