I did an oil change. Came back home did not notice nothing until I check my tires pumping gas.. Somehow who ever work there did not do a good job and damage the chassis when they were lifting the car. I Love it how they are temporary close and I cant go in and complain about my car. Cause fixing the chassis isnt cheap!

Very professional. We were on the road and got a screw in a tire. They were able to work us in and get us on the road fairly quickly.

The work done (swap winter tires) on my vehicle was satisfactory and for a pretty good price of $49.99. However, this business is lacking in communication, time management, and maybe even under staffed with mechanics.I scheduled a 9am appointment and dropped off my vehicle. A couple hours had gone by and I hadnt heard anything from the shop. It wasnt until I actually called around 11:30am for a followup that I was told it was being worked on right now. It was not completed until 12:15pm. Im not sure if the results would of been different had I stayed but reading other reviews tell me probably not.If youre not in a hurry this is a decent option.

Went in for my breaks turns out they were fine great customer service.

I was informed over the phone by the desk manager that they would match a competitors coupon price for a wheel alignment. So I made an appointment and drove all the way to the store only to be told they would not honor the competitors price and only offered me a measly $10 discount on their price. Needless to say, I wasnt very happy that they let drive all the way to store only to be told they wouldnt honor the price they said over the phone. I walked out of the store not very happy! Their bait and switch tactics are sleazy and I didnt appreciate it!

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I showed up 10 minutes early I waited for 45 minutes they never pulled my car in. I would not recommend going to them. Not acceptable customer service .I will not be returning to them.

Was just there. I walked into the office as the receptionist was sitting outside leaning on a car talking to a dude. She didnt acknowledge me and sat there flapping her gums. A mechanic walked by me and didnt acknowledge me. I counted to 60 walked to my car and maped out a different tire place. As I did that she walked into the office. Wont even use a different location.

Save your time and money. Go to any other shop around this area. Only good for tires, nothing else. Most 5 star reviews for this shop are for tires. You wont regret NOT stopping by this unprofessional, unethical, and inexperienced shop. Youll leave with your car more broken than when it came in.

Definitely under staffed,and Tiffany,the person that I dealt with needs some customer service training. Mostly pertaining to a customers simple request, like which way to mount a tire when instructed,and not have anoh well attitude when she failed to follow through with the installer.

I love their service and the parking lot is an easy access! They were short-staffed when I arrived so it took a few hours to get my tires replaced but the owner was more than happy to keep us updated. Im definitely coming back the next time I need my tires changed.

I was on my way out of town with my RV, and as we checked the tires, noticed that we had a bad valve in one of the tires, and it wasnt holding air. No tire shops anywhere near my house would touch it, which is a big deal because I could ruin the tire completely if I drove too far. Big O not only fixed it, but they didnt charge me a penny. They got me in right away, and within 30 minutes I was back on the road again. I cant say enough about the great customer service (I forgot her name) and will definitely be returning!

Went in today because my tire pressure warning kept popping up. They got my car in right away. I waited in the lobby, enjoyed some conversation with the guy behind the desk. Less than 30 mins later they came back, handed me my keys, and said I was all set. Turns out if they can fix your tire there is no charge. You only pay if you need new ones. AMAZING!! Great place. They will definitely get my business in the future when I need new tires.

Did a great job with my oil change and flush. Also checked my wiper blades they were cracking so showed me ones that would handle the ice. Great communication, awesome customer service all at a reasonable price .

A total disaster! This location is totally awful. I called and took my car in because it was making some noise. They told me to go home and will call me before starting the work. Later, they called me back and told me they’re already done with the work without even my approval to start. The worse part is that, they fixed something on my car that actually didn’t needed to be fix and charge me for it. I paid $735 and came home with the same exact problem on the car. I call the police and they talked me into letting it go. I took my car to Firestone auto and paid $535 to fix it. This location is awful and and a total messed. The manager (Tiffany) totally lacks customer service and communication skills. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. I wish there was a higher authority to file a complaint. The police couldn’t help me and I’m just so so frustrated. I spent $1270 on a issue that should’ve only cost me $535.

Randy is very polite and very friendly. The guy that changed my tires was nice. Over all here was on the changed 4 tires in a timely manner. Ill be going back.March 13,2020 Ive been continuing to go back. They have replaced most of the employees except little Zach. Zach is the one that does all my vehicles everytime that I go in. Great experience getting a new set of tires on my car this morning. Was given an array of options that fit my car, picked the set that fit what I was looking for and they were able to get it done right away. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Horrible ! Horrible ! Went there for what should of been a very simple service. Replacement of TPMS. Even brought in my own parts. Called to see if my car was done and was told no we couldnt do it cause the parts were wrong. (they werent). Went to pick up my car and found my vehicle unlocked out in the parking lot. There is a lot of expensive audio equipment in it but the store Manager just blew off my concern. Asked for the old part back that they took off and was told I was welcome to dig through the garbage if I really wanted it back. Obviously there is a very low level of competency and no Management over-site. Maybe they were just having a bad day !! So something that any tire shop should easily have been able to do seemed to much for this place. Sad, as I just wanted my car to be safe and it turned into a disaster.

One of the best car repair experiences ever! Tony and Mason were quick and friendly! When I woke up to a flat tire I remember seeing the big o ad for tire repair. I thought for sure a free tire repair was too good to be true but worth a shot. They actually were able to repair my flat (saving me 4 new tires on my awd) and have a 22 point inspection! I made sure to schedule an oil change for my other car and will most certainly be back when it’s time for those 4 new tires!

While most local tire-repair shops are closed on Sunday, getting a flat tire and needing your spare changed-out on Saturday afternoon at 4:40pm is a challenge. Thankfully, Big-O-Tires was open until 6:00pm and even though they had customers in front of me, they let me know that theyd get my tire changed before they locked their doors and went home. :) Which I most-definitely appreciated.

If i could rate zero right now i would. My back left control arm just snapped on the highway. Car was shaking like crazy. Almost didnt make it to a safe stop.I was in at the oakdale shop friday the 7th at 11 am for new tires and an alignment. Now you are telling me no one noticed this was about to happen or to even mention that it didnt look good before letting me drive off? I mean its right next to the back left wheel that your people put on. Now i am stranded 300miles from home and i work at 9 am... real nice guys 0 stars do not go here. Oh also i waited way longer for my car back then i should have... and was told these locations dont have managers most of the time.

This place is always a long wait. Don’t bother with a walk up. Honestly a tire rotation takes an hour? 20 lug nuts, seems like it should take no more than 15 minutes. Probably would say don’t bother with the tire protection, but now that I think about it, I might have had to to get the offer. Something just doesn’t seem right. People are nice though.

I came here for the first time- as I have just relocated to the Woodbury area from Tennessee. The quality of service that I was able to experience with the crew was PHENOMINAL. They were patient, mindful, and managed to keep open communication throughout the entire time!. The young lady(manager Tiffany) sets a great example on how one should “Manage a Shift.”I will definitely recommend this place, especially if you are new to the address and looking for an auto center to trust.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I visited the store for an oil change and knew that I needed new tires before the snow comes so I inquired about the financing options available to take advantage of the buy 2, get 2 offer. My application for the BigO credit card took only about 10 minutes and I was approved for an amount that will cover new tires and a brake job that is needed. This store is always clean and hospitable. Car shops can be intimidating for women and the folks here are patient with explanations of work that needs attention on my vehicle. Thank you.

My car has been sitting there all weekend just for breaks and new tires. Im yet to get it back! Im under the impression I wont at this point. Dont waste your time or money! A job like this should only take 2 hours not 48 plus hours. No communication either!

I called and made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a couple minutes before 2 since the appt was at 2. I sat and waited and sat and waited. When they printed my bill it was time stamped at 3:25. I paid my bill and left at 3:30. One and a half hours to do an oil change. When I was younger, I could do the oil change in 20 minutes. I would expect them to schedule a half hour for an oil change. An hour and a half is crazy. I had other things to do and other places to be, but all I could do was sit and wait and stand and pace. Very, very disappointing.

Ill never go to this terrible place again and anyone else who reads this please go somewhere else. They lie to you and dont do the service that you asked them to do, and claim they did. In my last visit, they spilled some kind of oil literally over half my motor and battery, and it is now flying up on my windshield. To top off the horrible service, one of the things I asked for was to check my tire pressure and make sure all tires are at 35psi. When I checked my truck out, one of my tires was sorta flat. The wannabe store manager (who shouldnt be a manager at all) came out with air hose to fill my tire, checked it and it was low and said Its not that low, Ill top it off to 35psi. I looked at him and repeated that I asked for all tires to be at 35psi. His only reaction was to look at me and walk back into the shop. I got home and now the belt constantly squeaks because of all the oil they spilled. I checked another tire and it was 3 or 4 psi low. This was one visit. Please please no one go to Big O Tire for any service.

So after a blown Tire sale, I went in for an oil change, synthetic blend deal. Not bad on the oil change. However, reading the technicians notes on my truck made me decide to never do more than an oil change there, ever. My tires, replaced on 14 Aug 19 were rated at between 10, 12, 12, and 11 32nds. This is on four tires, five days old. I find it impossible to accept that one tire has worn that significantly from the others in 120 hours when the truck sat from Friday to Sunday without being driven and I had put about 40 miles on the new tires.He also noted that the front left lug caps were swollen and unable to be rotated, which again I find unbelievable given that the tires had just been changed.All my shocks and struts are apparently rotten and/or leaking, even though my truck gives me no handling evidence that this is the case. I think he mistook rust on the shocks to be something mechanically more and assumed I wouldnt know how my truck should perform.The review of my brakes, very low, grooved on the front and jacked/scorched on the back really astounded me as at NO TIME were my wheels removed for brake inspection nor did the tech, moving between two vehicles and being the only guy to work on both cars, have time to inspect my brakes.I posted online that I thought the tire deal was a bait and switch and now this had firmly convinced me that this branch is little more than a Valvoline down grade.I will not have any mechanical work performed beyond a basic oil change at this facility, and that is only because we got a credit card from you and sometime tossing on extra wiper blades with a change is nice.Most sincerely disappointed. I see why they have no business for staying open late like they used to.

Went in-person last week to get a quote for a set of new 4 tires. I did re-confirm later also via phone that it is correct when called to schedule the appointment. Showed up today on time and then they provided me an entirely different quote stating that employee forgot not one but two items in the initial quote for just a set of four tires!

Amazing! After Autonation had “fixed” our tire the week before, the tire was down 14 pounds again. I drove there at the opening to see if they could look at it and the representative told me it would take a couple hours. I left Autonation and stopped at Big O based upon a referral. 30 minutes later my tire was fixed and it was free! Amazing! You earned a customer today!!!

I. Got a oil change done, but 2 day latter i found out my oil cap was missing, the tech forgot to put cap back on, lost a quart of oil on my engine, . Tech need to start paying more attention to what they are doing .. Im thankful i was not on a road trip in the middle of the dessert, i would been up the creek, But i will be back because of the price. Thanks Leo Gilliam

I got an alignment done here, and my truck now drives far better, and straighter. I didnt know an alignment made that big of a difference. The price was reasonable. This was one of the few shops that would preform an alignment on my truck. Most shops turned it away since the suspension has been lowered so much.

Buyer Beware: I usually leave disappointed. Its convenient so ive been buying tires here for 10 years. once you buy the tires you have to keep going there for your lifetime balance and rotate. but its always something. suggest you buy your own tire depth gauge and dont trust them to measure your tires. You wont get an honest answer. last year i was told i needed to replace my tires (bought from them), but when I informed them they were under warranty and tried to execute a warranty claim, i met with the store manager who told me they werent low enough for warranty claim. so they are too low, when I need to pay for them. but they are just fine, when they need to pay for them. last week i asked them to swap off my snow tires, and they told me the old tires were 3/32 and they WOULD NOT install due to liability. i pushed them and they said it was company policy. but when i look on bigO website it defines USEFUL LIFE of tire as 2/32. and they failed to warn me last fall when they swapped them that they were too low to put back on. i complained to customer service on the BigO website a week ago, but no response yet.

We were on our way out of town and had an unexpected flat tire.Upon arrival we noticed that they were very busy and were worried that we have to wait for hours.To my surprise, the two managers sprung into action and repaired the tire for us and got us back on the road with only a minor delay.Great service and responsiveness from Tiffany and Kenney!!!!!

Wanted winter tires and tried to order from the shop, but they told me that theyll just call me later if they can order the tires. But then received a call from them stating that there were no such thing as winter tires for my tire sizes. Even when the exact size and brand I wanted was on their website. They also said that the only tires I could buy for my size were all seasons only. Its 215/50r17 literally anyone makes that size and has many options in summer, A/s, and winter. Decided to go someone else where they gave the exact same tires I wanted from BigOTires and for cheaper. But this place lost all my business from now on.

I had to travel out of my way last minute when I blew my tire. Its a size thats not normally stocked but they were able to squeeze me in right away (at the end of the day) and get me back on the road.

They got me in the morning I found out about the flat tire, pointed out several more issues I hadnt noticed, and were very honest about it all.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1... I had some repairs done here a few weeks ago and was generally pleased with the service. Today, however, I called regarding those repairs and a potential new one, and was left on hold for over 5 minutes. When someone finally answered and I explained the situation, they told me they wont even be able to look at my car for another 3 or 4 days.Was hoping I found my new go-to mechanic. I guess the search goes on!

Made an appointment with the manger who said he had tires for my car. Made it to the appointment with a flat tire and entered the building. When I walked in my boyfriend met me there with my car and he was upset because the manager was rude unreliable and tried to overcharge me and would not help the situation by saying he forgot what was said on the phone and didnt write it down, then continued with other customers. When I arrived I spoke with the front desk who said theres nothing they can do it was a mistake. I asked to speak to the manager and the man said I am the manager what do you want me to do about this in a very rude tone. He tried to argue with me theres nothing that could be done but I told him I could not leave the lot because I have a flat tire. Asking why he would make the appointment if he didnt have my tire. After arguing with him and him being super rude to me I finally asked him to deliver/ORDER a tire by tomorrow but I would have to leave my car in the lot. He said he would not give me a discount or any other help. Again after arguing I was able to ask for a small deal for all the trouble in the end but again when I arrived the next day to pick up my car he tried to overcharge me again. Rude service, rude manager do not ever go here. No customer service value and no professionalism I will never go here again!!!!!!! DO NOT EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM OR GOOD SERVICE.

Dont ever go to this location Tiffany and her sister cousin who ever is running scams. I was told my car had different issues then the tires they put on. Tiffany said yea we think its this and here is the price. I take my car to my mechanic and he said they are wrong take it back its the tires. I take it back only to find non of the tires were balanced correctly. I tired to be nice one to many times. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Got an oil change and rotation. Work done in about an hour. Got in my car and returned because oil% not changed back to 100%. After driving home 30 minutes, noticed smell and smoke under hood. To my dismay there was a 9 inch wide oil spill about a foot long on top of engine and when looked underneath saw two large areas of oil. Was glad oil level was at proper level. Attributed this to mechanic not using a funnel and poor aim. Next morning there were three good size spots of oil on garage floor. That had to be a helluva lot of oil to cause that after my drive home. Called to report. Shawn answered. He asked me to drive it back in. No way in hell am I going to spend an hour on the road to show him. Offered to send pictures. He asked me if they did it.....what do you think#@#@!!!. Said he would get back to me. No follow-up. Next day called and talked to Lee. He said my Pilot had a difficult oil filter. I have never had any trouble before like this. I have been a loyal customer at NTB, before it became Big O Tires. All new mechanics and staff. Maybe thats the reason. Had to power wash engine to get it back to clean.

They always tell me good news about my car when I bring it in. Most recently I thought there was a leak in my cars reservoir but they said it was basically a gas bubble causing it and my car just needed to be burped. I usually expect to pay something for their service but they always tell me its free which definitely helps a broke college girl

Just bought 4 new tires and installed. I left my vehicle there and my I received it in 4 hours. Upon the phone conversation they told me that the reverse on my vehicle didnt work. ( I drive a manual vehicle) Which was odd. They told me my linkage was broken and the mechanic wasnt there. When I received my vehicle my reverse did not work so I had to push it. Then I put it in first gear I found out that I lost that gear too. Called and ask for the person who notified me about my issue and that person was in a meeting. Wow only within a few mins. No call back nothing. I dont understand is that I bought 600 dollars tires and came out with a broken linkage which they told me about. Hello I am getting my tires why on earth would you go into my engine. Oh yeah almost forgot they also broke my latch to my hood. The tires are great but the out come of my vehicle wasnt. Last time I am going there. So beware

I made my appointment online and the man working was mad about it, dont make it an option if you cant handle it. The man turned down at least 4 people when I was in the lobby. The oil change took twice as long as I was told. I felt lied to about what I need done with car, after I left I called a well known car dealership and asked if what I was told was true and it is not, lies, lies, lies. Would never recommend this place to anyone and my family will not be returning.

Very slow to get me checked in even though I had an appointment. Slow to complete my oil change, hour and 20 minutes. Didnt even put air in my tires. Im nervous about my oil change being done properly.

She explained where and how the breakdown occured, but took full ownership of the issue rather than making excuses for it. She worked so hard to make sure we know that our situation was not reflective of the standards she holds the shop to. Our biggest issue isnt the fact that our tire didnt get done, its the complate lack of communication. If they had called us and said Sorry, but we wont get to your tire today we would be far more understanding.

Disappointed in their system and how long it takes to get 4 winter tires mounted. Setup an appointment 2 days ahead of time for an early morning and was there on a Sunday for 3 hours. At that rate - I couldve done it myself. On top of everything, Big O Tires advertised a Winter Change for 39.99 - I was charged 49.99+tax instead. Very Disappointing service.

Horrible service. We had a flat tire and needed pumping. Pulled up to the opened and empty garage with an employee in there just chilling. We asked to see if we can get our tires pumped. He goes “I’m getting off soon and there’s only one other guy here. There’s a holiday down the street”. What kind of service is this? No wonder the place was empty, the employees here lack customer service. If you don’t provide the service, kindly say so. It’s literally a 30 second job. What’s the point of selling tires if you won’t even pump them?

Great job on allignment and honesty. I originally took my truck to Goodyear in Woodbury and they lied and said i needed new tie rods and the adjusting bar in between. I came to Big-O for a second opinion and they alligned my truck without any additional parts. Manager was very attentive to the fact that I had a small child and offered treats and activities. Overall great experience! Wish I would have bought my tires from Big-O instead of Goodyear.

They beat ya around the Bush. They are not as experienced as they should be and misinform you on the status of your vehicle. My vehicle sat there for two days and didnt even touch it. Never bothered to call either. So I called them and asked them if I could pick up my car yet [ just for tires mind you ] and they made up some excuse saying I needed different parts. Blah blah blah is all you hear out of those stupid tire people. Take your vehicle elsewhere, and do yourself a favor.
