Jiffy might be an old fashioned name but... this place is no joke. They check everything. Keep a record, and give you an accurate update on the status of your vehicle. If something needs to be done that they dont do, they will give informed suggestions on where to go.

First time using jiffy lube and they were awesome. Kind of reminded me of the movie back to the future when the car drove into the gas station and five people came out to check oil clean windows and so forth. Somebody was changing oil someone was checking cabin filters someone was filling the windshield washer reservoir. They even clean the windows and something that was very nice as they put steering wheel cover and seat covers on. I highly recommend them very very good.

I arrived a few minutes before opening so it was just me. Another person came after me and when Jiffy Lube opened the guy tried to cut in front of me but the Jiffy Lube guy took me first. He was the only one there but he got my car going on maintenance. I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube in Oakdale so fortunately they knew the oil I needed. He asked to top off my coolant for $5 and I said yes. He checked my cabin filter and there wasn’t even one! They added a new one. In a few minutes two more guys showed up and there was a team of guys working on my car. They cleaned my windows and one of the guys actually took off the sap from a tree that had been on my car for months! The original guy kept me aware of the amount I was to pay as some services had extra charges. I really like that for I’m not surprised. I admit I paid over $100 for basic maintenance BUT I have a 2006 car with a lot of miles and it could go on forever and I want to keep it that way. Thanks Jiffy Lube for opening earlier than 8 - I was able to do this before I had to work and the great job working on my green machine. Thanks.

Besides getting a lube & oil change; they found one of my windshield wipers was torn, so it got replaced, also found chip in windshield it was also repaired.All taken care of within a timely visit.Enjoyed a hot cup of coffee while waiting.Employees were friendly & explained everything to my satisfaction.

There price is average for a oil change but they do check out all fluids, lights and so forth.So they do a great job on checking your car for safety issues and prevent you from getting fix it tickets for your lights not working.They also keep records on your cars oil changes and if any other services were done. This helps you sell your car if you keep it maintenance with them due to being able to having proof of maintenance records.So in end average price on oil changes, good service

The manager is super cool and easy going. Very detailed service. You get more than what you pay for, which is kind of rare to find. 20 minute oil change service and inspection. They were even kind enough to point out repairs needed that had nothing to do with the oil change which got me thinking that I need to take care of more than just an oil change. Great service! Changed my oil and fixed my headlight. I went back because I thought something was wrong, turns out everything was okay. The most important part was the manager said he wanted to make sure we left happy - which means he cares about his business. This meant a lot to me and I’ll be back for future services.

Poor cleanliness. Cigarette butts scattered all over the property, even inside the bay smelled like cigarettes. Maybe they shouldnt smoke right outside the entrances.

I had a oil filter canister that was put on incorrectly at a Manteca Jiffy Lube. They replaced it free of charge.

I feel that Mark here at Jiffy lube is always friendly and professional....I have been going here for years and so far have zero complaints, however I wish things were less expensive, wakeup world inflation is not working
