It was very well managed, the people capable. They were able to fix a problem that could have been a big problem and kept it very inexpensive. I will keep going back here.

Staff very helpful to assist in finding product and answering questions

Brought in some trailer wheels for new tires. Was told they were in stock. Over a week went by, with no communication. Called and they said they were done. Showed up an hour later and they couldnt even find my invoice. Tires were NOT done. Was told they were out of stock. No explanation as to why no one called me to tell me. No estimate as to when theyd be back in stock. Took my wheels back and went to a local tire store, theyll have them done the same day...

Brought in two trailer wheels today for new tires. Expected to leave them for pick up later. Was told that it will be a week because the techs work on them between other stuff. I guess Im not a customer like everyone else. Goodbye Fleet Farm.

At the gas Mart. Im having problems with this has station on a continuous basis. I specifically went to the store and bought something to get their $.04 coupon to use at the gas station. I always pay in cash, and they recently changed over to pre - pay. So now instead of going in after pumping the gas, presenting my coupon, and paying; I have to go in, give them a larger amount of cash necessary ($50), and the coupon to reduce the gas price. From $2.26 9/10 to $2.22 9/10. Out to pump the gas, and the pump now read the correct discount price. I pumped the gas ($38), and went in to get my change ($12). When they rang up the change due, I was charged ($38.68). They said because of the discount I got more gas than what was on the pump. I said I pumped 17.048gal. And should be charged $38 at $2.22 9/10. I even showed them on a calculator the correct amount., but they couldnt understand insisting I got more gas. I showed them if I paid full price on 17.048 gals I would owe $38.68, but they still couldnt understand. I frequently see math problems with younger cashiers, but this was a middle aged cashier.?

Great store for sporting goods. Especially fishing and hunting equipment. Auto consumables such as batteries, tires, wipers, and oil are well stocked with good prices and a nice assortment. Large assortment of pet supplies, bird feeders, and bird food. Always head there for snacks, trail mix, and nuts for movies and road trips. They also have a good stock of outdoor and indoor work clothing.

Fleet Farm is a great place to start your search for everything under the sun. They have an expansive selection at great prices. However, it can occasionally be hit-or-miss on the selection. That is why I will start my search here for the best price and if they do not have what I am looking for, default to another store.

If in need of top notch customer service, dont hesitate to visit these guys. They are as fair and honest as they come, and thats hard to find when it comes to mechanics! Thanks guys!

Needed tpms sensor replaced, dropped the wheel off, on 4th day they said they couldnt do it due to the weather crack,,,

I arrived to find an older man working at the cash register with a customer and another guy waiting in the lobby playing with his cell phone. The old employee seemed bored and it took him a long time at the register. He walked over nearer me and final said hed be with me when he was done. Then another employee came in from outside and after a couple minutes came to serve me. I just wanted to drop off used oil& filter. They dont take those. I bought the oil next store (at Fleet Farm store) we just dont take it. Try OReillys. I should have known after that. Later I brought my car to have it repaired. There mechanic (someone who does more than change tires and suspension) is only there a couple times a week. After they misquoted me using tricks, said my alignment couldnt be done but they charged me full price, manager gave me some money back as Gift Card for Fleet Farm. This is NOT a Auto Service Center, it is a tire center...and they struggle with that.

Always helpful, they had what I wanted, and lower price than I had expected. The quality of their products is always good.

If you have a farm, they have a lot of what you need. They have furniture, clothes, shelf type foods. Many nuts! Fishing and hunting needs. Seasonal stuff. If you havent been there, I recommend shopping there at least once.

Hate all the items in the center aisle by registers. Limits flow of traffic. Wall of Jeans for women are a mess & poorly stocked. Cashier very good & efficient.

Fleet farm has just about everything you need, reasonably priced work wear and winter wear that actually lasts. Home,farm,work,sport (really nice fishing section) i like the fleet farm prices

Zero customer service skills and horrible lack of communication between workers. Had an appointment for new tires and alignment on Feb. 25 at 1 p.m. and didnt leave until 7 p.m. Service writers are rude, condescending, and dont like it when you ask them questions. Manager Dan didnt even speak to me or apologize. He actually left the shop to go home when there was a lobby full of customers waiting for their vehicles after closing time. I did receive a gift card and a free alignment for the trouble. Thank you to Christine from the store for listening to me about the experience when the service writers from the shop wouldnt.

No point to make an appointment. Scheduled for 12:30 didn’t get in till 2 just for a alignment but then got turned away cause my truck didn’t fit on the lift even tho there lift is not any different then any other shops. I work in the field and this was just lazy and Unprofessional time management

They are great for routine maintenance but I was surprised to find out that they do nothing more than oil changes, tires, batteries and lightbulbs. Had a check engine light on and they didnt even have the scope to diagnose it. So, if it strictly routine maintenance they are great, but find yourself a good mechanic for everything else

Discovered their cheap bulk nuts and bolts. Grade 8 for cheap!!

A wide variety of things from clothes to food to sporting equipment to home repair and outdoor and Auto. We come quite a bit for tools, bird food and work gear. Cheaper than Cabelas or your other big box hardware stores in a few areas. The only downside is that when it gets really busy they dont always have the appropriate number of registers open, and during the summer months they tend to have a lot of younger cashiers that dont seem to be trained well so be prepared to wait.

Staff members were helpful but could have been more friendly.

Dropped off two tires. After 5 days they werent even touched. They lost my tire and said they fixed the one but it was never touched. I had to go back a few hours later after they finally found my rim/flat tire....

One of my favorite places to shop for tools to clothes to automotive.

Every is unorganized. You have jackets here and jackets over there and over there. Christmas decorations all throughout the store. Made it difficult to figure out what I wanted to buy.

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a tire and I was passed off between 2 employees FOUR times. Every time, they started or restarted my transaction over again, asking me the same questions. They’d leave me hanging for another customer or pawn me off on the other person. All employees complained about people quitting in front of their customers (gee, I wonder why people quit) or about staff who no-showed. Becky seemed more concerned about watching her managers flounder on the floor (fixing cars) rather than make sales. I left without saying anything and I’m fairly certain they didn’t notice. The entire experience was awful; I’ll never return and I’m happy to steer other people to other places that actually have good customer service.

Very friendly and thorough. good pricing and never tries to up sell me or use scare tactics to get me to spend more money on things I dont need.

OMG I dont know wher to begin for a women I love Fleet farm especially the Garden stuff my favorite 🥰🤩 and just walking around looking at stuff.

At first glance it looks cheaper. Watch out. Unless you have some ultra coupon, its very expensive. They make up for what they lose at the tanks inside. Too expensive. $$$

Place is outdated. Feels old and the organization is dated. Had a couple tools not scan and poor guy had to run back and forth a couple times to find a label that would scan. First and last time

I dont recommend going here at all!! Worst place to get tires put on. Had a 9am appointment and they didnt even get my truck in until after 10am.. in that hour 4 other people got their tires fixed and a lady came in without an appointment got a new tire on and left before they even brought my truck into the shop. Plus the lady at the front desk should not have a customer service job.

Don’t bother buying tires there and having them install them! Of the last 2 SUV I brought there 4 of total 7 tire-rim seals were bad! That’s a 50% Of tire bought there will have significant flat tire air leaks! That is a “F” grade in my book
