I asked about replacing my phones charging port at 5 places. In the end I chose this location because they guarantee that if the repair doesnt work, you dont pay, and also because they were very friendly and helpful. They were informative and focused on fixing my charging problem foremost. Great service!

Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND these jack wagons. Called and asked if they can repair a broken camera lens on an IPhone, and if they had availability to repair it today. (on a tight schedule and need it repaired today.) They said “Sure no problem, come on in.” Get there, alright “we’ll need 40 minutes, drop the phone off.” Went ahead and gave them an 1.5 hour. Only to arrive for them to say oh sorry, the repair man had to leave, and will need an extra 20 minutes.Hope they can repair this, just as I could’ve repaired my phone else where during this time.

He also downloaded an app for me, which saved me $20 this visit and I have a $35 coupon on the app for my next visit. This place shorted out my sons motherboard on his laptop! I took it in to get the charging port replaced and instead they broke the whole thing. Grant, the owner, never kept me updated on anything he did and I had to initiate all interaction. It was an absolute joke dealing with this place. I do not recommend this service repair business to anyone.I don’t know how they have so many 5 stars! A little suspicious

Where do I start with this company? First off I live in the Bay Area and used this company because my father lives in Oceanside and I had used them before. I was visiting to take care of my very sick father I brought it in it was supposed to be in a couple hours it was I went and picked it up. After I picked it up l noticed sensory issues and informed them right away it’s supposed to have a warranty. The next day the “manager” called me saying everyone called out he didn’t really want to come in. Again I live in the Bay Area and they were lucky I was coming down this weekend. They told me all week will fix so on and so forth. I now dropped it off again this weekend and they still haven’t fixed it they told me they would drive it to me in Orange County. Now one hour before they close I still don’t have my iPad I leave for the Bay Area in the morning. When I let the guy on the phone know I feel like my iPad is being kept or stolen because no one is communicating with me, he laughed and hung up on me. I still two weekends later don’t have my iPad back, was promised it back haven’t gotten it back, and was hung up on by an employee. Unfortunately despite their reviews I have had a terrible experience with them and want my iPad back broken or fixed. I would have a picture but they still have my iPad.UPDATE: after being so upset the owner grant did the right things and not only brought me my iPad but reimbursed me for the repair plus a little bit of money and a tempered glass cover. He wrote up the employee. Thank you grant for making things right and I will come again if I need something and I’m in the area.

I had my Macbook Pro screen repaired by Grant and had a really good experience. Really nice guy, but more importantly honest. He is very transparent about the pricing of parts and what hell charge for the service which is incredibly refreshing.There are lots of device repair shops, and theyll all be able to do the same services. However, I doubt any of them will be able to beat the price or honesty of this one and I will definitely be back if any of my other devices need servicing.

I cracked my screen in several places and they were able to replace my screen in less than 90 minutes. I called multiple phone repair shops to compare rates and they were the most reasonably priced, open when most other shops werent on a Sunday afternoon and they were friendly and professional. I visited ISquad Repair in Oceanside last week because I needed my cellphone screen repaired. What great customer service! A lot of phone repair places promise low prices and fast service but Ive been disappointed in most of the places Ive done business with.
