Kelsey and Sara were AMAZING!! For whatever reason, setting up my new phone came with one problem after the next, but they went above and beyond and exhausted every avenue until the problems were all solved and I had my new phone. Seriously they were so rad. Good attitudes the whole time and I owe them big.

I purchased a new phone on 8/8 however once I got home I was having difficulty with adding my Google widget so I went in the following day. Jon assisted me in adding the Google bar as well as showing me how to screen shot (which is no different from my prior phone) because I didnt quite have the touch for the new phone. I went back the following day because I was having a hard time registering the warranty. He also took time to explain my new bill. Jon is so calm and proficient in all Verizon! Dont ignore this star employee!

Service here was amazing! I came in for a screen protector, and was told benefits I had that I was not taking advantage of. I got a tablet for only a few dollars more a month because of a military discount, so I accepted the offer. The person helping me, Michael, also threw in a free screen protector for my wife, 2 free chargers, and a free stylist! Amazing!

To make a long story short if you want a great experience, someone who is understanding and goes over every detail ask for Samantha. She was like this even before becoming the store manager. Very professional. The other representatives are a toss up. One day they are laser focused on every detail and the next time you come in its a complete 180. If they were as consistent as Samantha this store would be fantastic.
Came into the store to upgrade my phone and Gustav saw how much my bill was every month and immediately looked into making my bill lower, which he did andNow I’m saving so much money because of it. Although I spent a while due to lack of employees the customer service was excellent. I recommend seeing Antwon once there to answer any question you might have. He went the extra mile to ensure I didnt leave an angry customer. Would recommend this location above any other in North County.

My wife Jan and I went to this Verizon store and we were greeted with an enthusiastic young man Giustav yosinao. He was very helpful, detailed, and he even lowered our bill with newer devices! I recommend everyone going to this Verizon if you guys need help.
Do not go here, they are not actually working for verizon. This is an indirect company and no one knows what there doing. I was screwed out of a bogo deal because they couldnt get it together. Ive been loyal to verizon for 5+ years and now because of them i will be switching providers.
Today I went into the Verizon store in Oceanside to ask about my account and a possible upgrade to the new S9plus. I was met by a very friendly up beat young man by the name of Giustav Yosinao. What a breath of fresh air. This is the guy that I recommend you see for your Verizon needs.
This is definitely the best Verizon shop in North County. Micheal is the man you want to deal with if you get a chance. Excellent customer service.
I had called a full two days ago, and was apparently speaking to a manager of regards to an issue I was having with their service. He told me that I could not be refunded my money, which is something I wasn’t aware of until that point, and said he will call me back once he’s contacted his account manager to see how he can further assist me. Now keep in mind I made it clear that my phone was out of service and needed my service ASAP for work, family etc. he told me he understood and would do everything he can. Two days later, and I still haven’t even gotten a call. At this point I had to basically buy a whole new phone because of the lack of help on Verizon’s part. I hardly even wanted to continue with their services on my phone just because of the managers complete lack of urgency/care in general. Let’s just say I gave one star because ZERO stars is not an option.

This is NOT a Verizon store. This is a Go Wireless store. They seriously screwed up our account by adding a new line instead of upgrading it, forgetting to add the promo code for $400 off the new phone, and ADDED a $19.95 set up fee and did not set up the phone. When we got home, my husband went back the same day to return it and cancel everything only to be told that there would be an addition $35 restocking fee. Mike the manager and Gustavo were rude and dishonest. They tried telling my husband that he had to trade in his phone even though the promotion online clear stated No trade in required. They didnt even call customer service to transfer his phone number to the new phone. It has taken me 5 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to get everything they messed up fixed. It was so bad that a Verizon customer support manager is filing a complaint against this location. Do not waste your time with dishonest hacks....go to an actual Verizon Wireless establishment like the one Marron Road.

We just received a replacement phone via insurance. Our guy on the phone who was supposed to help us activate it couldnt explain how to get the SIM card in. So we decided to go to this store. They met us at the door and we said we wanted to activate our phone. She said it would be $20. We asked if she could show how to get the SIM card in, she brushed us off ans said it would be $20.No kindness or willingness to hear our situation.Went home watched a youtube video and easily put it in. The guy in the phone could have explained it better.Now we still need to get it activated.

Dont go here! I went there to add a second line to my account, The guy convinced me it would be a great idea to apply for the EDGE plan and ran my credit, (It seemed like he applied about 5 times cause I got the same letter in the mail 5 different times). He also failed to explain to me my next monthly bill would be 100 bucks more for some reason I still havent cleared out. When I called them to get an explanation the guy was rude and hung up on me, also when I was there the two guys that were there were smiling at each other, felt like they were laughing at me. They rude customer service, and dont explain to you any hidden charges.
I went to this store and was blown away- customer service was amazing . better than corporate. I had seen some negative reviews but people must just post to be negative and always find something to complain about- I recommend this store.

Customer Service here is horrible, they do not care about customer it is just sales. My boyfriend and I came in looking to upgrade my daughters phone for her bday. Michael C who is no longer there made many changes to our account without our permission and the devices we wanted were not available bu so that he can make his sale before closing month forced two devices which we didnt activate or use. Michael said he would order our phones and we would come back for easy exchange (did not mention restocking fee) we left store as he assured we would have phones in 2days. I contacted store in 2 days and only one device was in called the following day both devices were in Yay! NOT went in to office to do this exchange no devices in our phone had been sold!!!! mind you this was for my daughter bday and no apology was made by Anthony who only just nodded and said he didnt know what happened WORSE ExPERIENCE VERIZON GO WIRELESS TRAIN YOUR REPS i could go on with visit with new manager Dakota but what is the point Go to Scott in Carlsbad verizon Victra

Sorry for the long review but I hope this keeps people from being screwed over like I was.Everyone, please do not go to this GoWireless store. I went there on August 27th, 2016 to go buy a new phone because I broke my old phone. First, if you need to buyout your phone, they have to call Verizon Customer Care, which did take forever. I couldve done this at home if I knew that this store couldnt handle doing buyouts in-house. Second, I wanted to buy a Samsung Note 7, but wasnt too sure because I havent had an Android for 3 years. However, the Sales Representative, Warren K, convinced me into buying a Samsung 6 Edge +. He claimed this phone came out in April 2016 (which I now know is a lie), claimed that this phone is water resistant (which I also now know is a lie), and claimed that this phone can use SD cards (which is also a flipping lie). My husband went to go buy an SD card for my phone on September 11th, 2016 since my storage was getting full and when he got home, I went to go look for this SD card slot, and it doesnt exist. So I looked up the specifications that day and noticed that NONE of the information I was told about this phone was true. To top it ALL off, is that they sold me the phone at full retail price at $768.99 when this phone is over a year old. I couldve gone online and bought this same phone (which I wouldnt have in the first place since it doesnt have everything I need) for $515.00 on Amazon.So, if you are a Verizon customer or a potential Verizon customer, please go to an actual Verizon store and not to GoWireless.
