I did a consultation with Yomna because I wasn’t sure what to use on my face and she was great. Super knowledgeable esthetician and helped me find the right products for my skin. I really appreciate how easy she was to talk to and how she didn’t try to force me to buy anything. Thanks for your expertise ✨

3 stars is for no product samples after I spent 200$ I think I am spoiled from Los Angeles California they never “run out of freebies” but the girls there were nice so I still have them 3 stars. The product Iv only had for 3 days so I will update on that

There’sa reason most people comment the staff is rude at this location. However, I’m assuming it’s more because the rudest I encountered I assumed was the manager. I am a Rouge member and usually drop a lot of money at Sephora. I was returning some items when I first entered. The one exchange was for a KLARNA purchase. They said they would override my purchase and put it on my credit card rather than a gift card. Great. Then when I asked “okay does that mean KLARNA won’t take my full payment? “ thinking: okay if you credit me back and they take the payment out of the full amount: that’s nota refund the woman with long brown hair and I assume manager said “I don’t know. That’s your deal. I don’t know what the do. That’s between you and them.” I was like “oh okay” because she was very dismissive of me from then on. I stayed in the store and had to ask every employee to color match me which they did when asked but no one asked if I needed help. I had to approach them all. They mostly sod and talked to each other. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked. Finally, when no one was coming up I asked the same person who I assumed was the manager if she could color match me and she said “I can’t but this person can” so I guess assisting is beneath her. She greeted everyone with “let me know if you need help” but then…. Didnt help when I asked for help. I had planned on getting color matched and buying four foundations today to use on myself and clients and simply took pictures of them and will buy online because I’m not spending money there. Bummer. There’s one stand alone Sephora in town that’s not attached to a jcpenney and I’m not coming back.

This Place is Great! Very helpful staff. I went in to find a gift for my wife and was greeted immediately. The employee that helped me was Taryn I think.. She gave me several ideas to choose from and I bought a few of them. THE GIFTS WERE A HIT!!! My wife loved them all. Thank you so much Taryn!!! You made my wife’s birthday a success.

I was having trouble finding a foundation that matched my shade and offered full coverage. Within minutes, Janis came over to help. Her first choice matched my skin tone perfectly and she also gave me some makeup application tips. She provided amazing service and the store was nice, with a great selection.

Received mascara as a gift from this store from a person who was visiting from out of town. It was used once and when I went to use it again it was all watery. Only a month old. When I went to exchange it they said they could not help me because I did not have a receipt (because it was a gift & that person does not live here). So my $40 mascara is now useless and in the trash. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Back to my Walmart mascara that never gives me any issues. So disappointed in the customer service as well.

Its been about 7 years since Ive changed the foundation I use. Went to Sephora and got what I was looking for at a more affordable price!! I was paying $35 and found something that worked just as good for $20. The staff helped me find color matches & taught me how to apply to get different effects.. They also offer free beauty classes & have a rewards program!! Its a no brainier - I found my new makeup store; Ill be back!!

As a 46 year old woman with 15 year old twin daughters, all of us having painfully opposing ideas as to what looks good and what doesnt, the help of a professional can be invaluable. Enter Josh, the most beautiful olive skinned man at Sephora. His best advertisement is his own face...absolute perfection. Twin one had recently ridiculed twin 2 that her face resembled that of an orange. (Sadly, I agreed with this orange statement, but was unable to suggest a change. Moms know NOTHING!) Josh wiped the tangerine tinge from her flesh and he proceeded to artistically create the fresh, flesh colored face we had all been longing to see. The steps were many, but the result was amazing. He advised of the importance of each step, clearly instructed on proper application, and advised us on which products were best (not just most expensive) for her skin type. No, we did not buy each and every product used, but we did leave with enough product to come pretty close to the no longer orange faced girl we originally came in with (plus a little free sample of the primer.) Thanks Josh...I think her sophomore year at high school will be even better as a human, not a piece of fruit.

Rude workers here. Came in to find a good foundation and was treated poorly. The girl just picked one out without matching and said. Here you go now go checkout. I was shocked. I bought the product because she must be an expert... got home did not match. Should of known that she wasnt an expert by her HEAVY caked face that was cracking. Will not be returning. Will continue to shop at Ulta where the customer service is 100% better and cheaper.

Every single person I have encountered at this location have been nothing but extremely helpful and made it a fun experience. I myself was not looking to buy at the moment, just to get some brand ideas and tips from the staff, and they respected that and gave wonderful advice without trying to shove sales on me. This resulted in me coming back and buying at a later date and I plan on continuing to shop here. Keep up the good work!

I am a VIB currently and was a Rouge member last year. I really enjoy going to Sephora and go quite a bit, but I legitimately hate going to this one because I’m constantly getting profiled and followed around by one specific employee any time I go in. She never asks me if I need help just tries to shove a basket at me when I have only a minuscule item then lingers around me for my entire shopping experience. Literally anywhere I walk I can tell she’s there. It makes me super uncomfortable. I’m a young girl but I typically only come in on my off days when I don’t have makeup on and I’m wearing baggy clothes, which apparently leads to assumptions. As someone who’s worked retail over +5 years I can tell the difference between someone providing good customer service and someone who’s profiling you. It sucks because there’s some really awesome employees, and this location has the best inventory out of any Sephora in the state. However, dealing with this every time I come does not make it worth it anymore.

These girls saved my face for my wedding. I got it done else where, long story short it was horrendous, I was freakin out, my gal pal suggested we go here to get it fixed....oh yea forgot to mention that my wedding was in an hour! I got to the store, explained my situation and they got me right in! I am sooooo grateful to them and they made me feel absolutely stunning. This Sephora location has one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My daughter was checking out some lipsticks and accidentally broke a tester lipstick. The manager and a sales associate (she is of Asian descendent) were upset and rude and told me to make sure my daughter would have to be careful and would rather her not touching anything else in the store. Very uncalled for and extremely targeted towards a kid. Then when I needed some help with choosing a color, they let me wait for almost 10 mins while the sales associate was clearly not busy and just shuffling makeup around on the shelves. It’s disappointing to see these type of behavior is accepted to represent Sephora brand and stores. Corporate should really look into customer issues happening at this location. The poor rating on Google here should be very alarming!

I also wish 0 star would be an option. really like Sephora but the staff in this shop was rude. After shopping I wanted a trial for night cream and she had me waited for over half an hour and without saying sorry or anything. And when I asked for a trial, she was behaving like she didn’t understand me, and instead of asking me to repeat again, she talked to other staffs and said” do you understand her?” She was behaving very impolite. I felt so humiliated and everyone in the shop looked at me. Feel so hurt and never want to go to that shop again.

Bad experience here. Though this store has a wider selection of items compared to Sephora at JCP, the girls here are uncooperative and questionable with their knowledge. Received a gift without a gift receipt. I knew where it was purchased and by whom, provided all necessary information to cashier to only be told that they cannot accept it- that Id have to go to the original store because their system wont allow them to exchange/return. This is the first time that this has ever happened. Went back to original store that the gift was purchased from (JCP- meaning I have to accept a gift card to JCP instead of shopping at Sephora itself) and was told the opposite--that any sephora stores can accept return/exchanges as long as proof of purchase was provided. At least the girls at JCP were helpful and provided excellent service unlike the Sephora at Village Pointe.

I am a Sephora fanatic and this location is my to go to spot even-though i live 10 minutes away from the Shadow lake location but i refuse to go back there due to a poor customer service i received 3 times in a row and i lost my respect for that location. But as for the this location here(village point), they have the best customer service in town period. the associates are always helpful and they never seems to disappoint me and my sisters.My three sisters and I are the happiest customer (- _-) and will continue to drive there for 30min every-time without hesitation until you open a store in Bellevue/plattsmouth area until than continue to be the best. Sincerely one satisfied customer.

As an avid Sephora shopper and lover, I dread going to this location. The girls who work here are rude and so unwelcoming. Its uncomfortable browsing and shopping because they watch you like a hawk, as if youre going to steal something. I wish there was another stand-alone Sephora store in Omaha because I wouldnt be going back to this location again. Definitely takes away from the experience when the employees are unpleasant.

Would not recommend to anyone who genuinely has questions. I walked in on my birthday, excited, and ended up being a horrible experience. I asked were a product was and had to describe it (all besides one coworker) ended up being rude. The lady who can do eyelashes cut me off saying I had to be more specific than that. I told them nevermind I can find it nicely and they went to another worker and laughed together mocking me. They were being so rude my mom ended up walking away from the situation. I never had an experience like this!

I have never had a bad experience at Sephora. However, tonight, my daughter was met with an extremly rude clerk at Village Point, that called her a very rude name. For no reason. Completely uncalled for!! The manager was sweet, but I hope the rude and mean clerk was fired. She needs a job that doesnt include people contact. Ive never been to a Sephora that I felt so uncomfortable in. The experience was so horrible. I am very passionate about makeup so it upsets me to see employees that work in a makeup environment be so rude. A white employee with dark hair and a nose piercing was totally rude to me. I think her name is Jess or Jessica. Today when I went in I asked her questions about where certain items are and she completely ignored me. I proceeded to finding the items myself, then she started following me around the whole store as if I was going to steal something. I am Hispanic so Im used to that treatment in grocery stores like Walmart but I never expected it from Sephora. I asked her a couple questions about the foundation I was thinking of buying but she chose to answer rudely and treat me as if I was stupid. It seems like every time I go to the Sephora at Village Pointe, I always get this treatment from only that same employee. I will never be coming back here again, save your money and go to Ulta or the Sephora at westroads where staff is at least a bit more helpful and kinder

THIS IS THE WORST SEPHORA IN OMAHA. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Wish 0 stars was an option. I wanted a few skin care samples and the associate said she was busy with someone else and that she would come find me. I waited for 15 mins and when she did give me the samples, one of them did not have the details of the product and when I asked for one, she said its this one in the box, youll know. I replied with it its for someone else, then she gave me the slip with the details. I had also asked for a tester of a liner and the associate got one from the bottom draw, but it was empty!! When I went to the counter, the manager asked another associate to help me with it. This associate doesnt even say a word and when I chose to check on the skin care samples, the tester was placed on the counter and I was never informed about it. Worst customer service. Will go to the JC PENNY SEPHORA at Oak View or Westroads.

I won’t support this store and do all my shopping at a JC Penny or online now after how I witnessed a member of the management team treating an employee who was helping me pick out a perfume. She was so sweet and did an amazing job. The manager yelled at the poor girl demeaningly and rolled her eyes at her and stormed off in front of her coworkers and other customers. The poor employee looked like she was about to burst into tears. She asked to go to the bathroom then (I’m pretty sure to cry her eyes out the manager threw another fit about that too.) I can’t believe they hire people like that to run a store. After that my experience was ruined. I will take my business elsewhere and hope their human resource team steps in before other employees face the same degrading treatment.

The last time I went in no employees said a word to me. I waited for over 5 minutes for them to move over while they stood in front of the makeup I wanted to get talking about customers. They finally moved, I grab the makeup and go to pay. I asked if this purchase would make me hit Rouge, her eyes get big oh! You dont look like someone who is into makeup!This was several months ago, since then Ive only purchased online. Today I sent my husband in to do returns for me while Im home sick. The lady kept telling him he would not get cash back, he kept insisting thats fine and a gift card is fine. She accused him of me working there for returning so much makeup. She wouldnt do a full return because some items are from online Sephora only, while simultaneously hinting it was stolen makeup. How could makeup you only buy from their online store be stolen? You can return online Sephora in store. He gave her my VIB info to look up my purchases and she scoffs well I guess she does get makeup at Sephora. The store looks nice, but the I am better than you attitudes in this store are so bad. I spend stupid amounts with Sephora, and this stores attitude has turned me off from Sephora in general.I really wouldnt recommend this store or location. They are too busy gossiping about customers to move over for a customer, much less to recommend makeup. If you want to feel self conscious and condescended, this is the store for you.

I went here for my birthday, I was so excited and ended leaving dissapointed and pretty shocked at the blatant rascism and rudeness we encountered. I was in my scrubs since I went after work, not sure if that was why because we were not dressed up or whatever. Anytime I asked for help they radioed for someone and 3 times it ended up being a hispanic person. I asked for 1 sample and my bff 1 also and then help to find a Dior lipstick they did not have out on the display. The store was sweltering hot, maybe that explained the cold rude demeanor. Fyi just because someone is not white does not mean we do not have money or good jobs and can afford to splurge in your crappy hot stuffy poorly stocked store. I will stick to online shopping for this very reason.

They are usually open until 9 according to their website today they were open until 6. I showed up to get my wife a gift card as they were locking the doors at 5:03 p.m. when I asked why they were closing early I was told to go to Bakers or Walmart and get a gift card. There were also about six to seven people inside still so it sounds like they didnt want to do their job and wanted to get out early. So instead Im driving to a different store to get a gift card to them before I would ever get this company another dime. Which really sucks because my wife gets all her makeup here and I will make it a point for her to get her makeup at other places for now on
