I don’t typically do reviews but I received the worst service I have ever had at a retail store. These girls need attitude adjustments. Will never shop here again.

With 10 min left before close, the teenagers running the store wouldnt let my daughter try on one dress because the dressing rooms were closed. We spent $300.Nice one!

Fun, fun, fun place to shop...spent a couple hours here with my wife: she loved it! The hipster clothes werent really my style being over 40, but there were lots of things besides clothes. She found some clothes that worked great for her. Good variety of sizes and styles. Prices are in line with most clothing stores like this...good sales too, close to Christmas. Fun, different things to look at, great gift ideas, and very helpful staff happily answered all our questions.

I miss the downtown location and was worried the Village Pointe spot would ruin this store - BUT its really nice! Good job friends.

I would give this location a 0 out of 5 if I could. The customer service here is horrendous. I tried to purchase an item that had no tag and they would not sell it to me without the sku (the ladies at the desk did not try very hard to find it because I found it a day later online). Also my friend and I were being stared at the entire time like we were dirty or something. Only thing positive about this store is that it is well kept but I would rather purchase things online or not at all because how terrible they made I feel not once but twice.

I was gonna rate a 5 stars but for one person on the counter ruined my expectations. She needs to be properly trained on how to treat people specially when youre being behind on the counter. It was our first time visiting the store, I took my daughter to buy something for her birthday, when we were trying to buy a phone case, she came and give us the wrong information with a very bad attitude. Also, my daughter was seeing the nail polish section then after that she kept following us. I was very upset, then afterwards she left and this guy named Mike, help us and give us the treatment and service that we deserve. At the end we bought some wonderful things and my daughter was happy.

Not very friendly. Had my daughter and we literally didnt get greeted by anyone. Even after 20 minutes we go upstairs and we get glanced over.Anyway, store is clean, Products are displayed nicely. This was second time around with same results so a third time may or may not be a charm.Staff should not judge a book by its cover. If we wanted to window shop we would have gone online. Still had a great rack with sale items so it was a score on that.

Lame. Super overpriced, even for the dumb little stuff--you might as well go to Barnes and Noble or Hot Topic. The music is blaring, and its awful, wannabe-Top-40-but-kooky-enough-to-be-cool stuff. It might as well be diet Maroon 5. Youre better off going to Salvation Army and deciding for yourself whats in or hip. The dead giveaway this place is not actually cool and merely masquerading as cool? The vinyl section. Literally better vinyl at Walmart.

Super cute clothes; however, it is way overpriced. This store tries to go for the hypster image of following the latest fashion trends outside of the cultural mainstream. In my opinion, you can find the same type of clothing at a thrift store for a half even forth of the price. Most of their stuff is $28 and above. The clothes are fine but not worth the amount of money they are asking for.

Got some extremely good deals on some extreme bs clothes so I can’t be too upset. Staff was okay lady kept leaving security tags and made me feel uncomfortable leaving and setting the alarm off 3 different times.

This website is a joke. Paid $14 to get two day shipping for my halloween stuff and when it wasnt coming in two days, I found out from UPS the company had set it up for 3 days. NOT what was promised at check out, or the delivery date they gave me in my email. Mind you, they gave me an EXACT delivery date of OCT 26th, not estimated. I call the customer service and the supervisor did nothing. They wouldnt release the package to UPS, they wouldnt give me a refund, and they were not apologetic in the least. The supervisor I spoke to kept repeating, It will be there Monday, its an estimated 2-3 days, it says right on our website. Maybe it should be more clearly stated when you choose 2 days shipping that its an estimated 2 days and not promise an actual delivery date. This put a big damper on my plans for the evening and was a waste of my time and money. I wont be shopping here again and neither should you. Dont waste your time. This didnt even deserve the one star I had to give them to post this.

The clothes are outrageously priced & usually fall apart after being washed couple times, not to mention they only carry a certain size. Catty staff upstairs in Womens were rude, didnt greet us and circled me and my friend like a shark anytime we even glanced at an item like we were thieves or something. You get shady characters up in there, not our problem. Dont take it out on incoming customers.Overall, very unprofessional. We will not be returning or recommend this joint in the future. The music was kind-of-cool, but even that got annoying after awhile. Can find all of this stuff at the thrift store for like a $1, just heads up.They really make the hipster scene totally not cool, bro.

Staff was pleasant over the phone and in the store...was looking for a specific jacket in a specific size - they found it and held it for me at the register...will definitely be back...!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I greeted the guy working as cashier, as he said nothing in return. Rude, but thought he was just a quiet guy, so whatever. Then my card was was having a chip malfunction, which is an embarrassing situation to have in general, but this man was incredibly unhelpful and impatient even though no one else was behind me at the counter. He rolled his eyes and raised his voice at me multiple times. I put my items on hold because he was useless and wouldnt allow me to run the card manually. I came back an hour later, didnt call my bank or anything and my card ran. Talked to the manager - he said hes had issues with this employee before, when I came back the same employee was still working and joking around, no evidence of being reprimanded at all. Truthfully reviews are dumb, but I left this UO crying because of how rude this man was to me for no reason. Shame on the management for keeping this man on your team

My daughter loves this place for shopping for gifts for her friends. I like the all the unique accessories.
