Got a trike hand built to accommodate my physical disability with special pedals. Steve as always if I have a question, as soon as I describe it in my layman terms Steve immediately knows the fix AND resolves it ON THE SPOT!Now I can safely rejoin active lifestyle without missing a beat!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are extremely happy with our trikes and very glad we got them here. I went to the Bike & Trike Shop to buy a recumbent trike for my husband’s birthday and ended up buying two trikes - His ‘n Hers. I was a regular bike rider, but after one test drive I couldn’t let my husband have all the fun.Riding my Trident Stowaway I feel like a kid on a big wheel. And they are SO much safer than a bicycle.I bought them with my COVID check and instead of gaining fifteen pounds, I lost 10.

Bike & Trike cant be beat for upgrading a bike or trike with electrical. The focus on detail is unmatched. Cant believe how much more I enjoy the trike with power. I actually get a better workout since I dont want to get off the trike. Steve and team are total pros. Customer for life.

Bike friendly store for everyone: I recently stopped in after breaking a spoke on my rear wheel. I thought I’d purchase some spokes from a local bike shop rather than purchasing online. First off, this is probably one of the best bike stores in Omaha for repairs and has quite a few new and used quality bikes for sale. A lot of bike shops tend to have poor customer service if the clients are average Joe’s without $2,000 carbon bicycles. People don’t need to spend $2,000 on a bike to enjoy it. Not this place. I brought in my Schwinn Loop folding bike and Steve immediately replaced my spoke. Great customer service and friendly staff. Also, this place does welding on both steel and aluminum frames. If you get in a crash on the trails or are bicycle touring in Omaha and need to fix your frame, this place can do it. I work on my own bikes, and took apart and put back together a 1978 Schwinn World Sport, so I know my way around bikes a bit. I picked up that these guys really know about bicycles. After he replaced my spoke, I asked how much it’d be. He told me it was only a spoke and this one was on him. That lets me know these guys love bikes and aren’t going to try and hose you on the price of fixing your bike. If you need your bike fixed or are looking to get a quality new or used bike, this is where I’ll be recommending people to go to get their bikes fixed. Always great to find friendly bike mechanics that anyone can take their bike to. 10/10

I went to get a minor repair done on my bike and immediately the employee seemed very unhappy and even annoyed. He gave very blunt and aggressive responses like “what do you want” “what do you think” etc. It didn’t help that he was wearing a trump sweater and I’m a Hispanic male. Regardless he fixed the problem in a timely manner for a good price! I love supporting local businesses and I genuinely hope that the gentleman that assisted me is doing great.

Very knowledgeable staff. Service focused, and committed to customer satisfaction. I had to wait a few minutes while they were finishing up my experience; however, I took the time to watch the staff interact with various clients, and I noticed right away their ability to adapt and meet their clients needs. I was very impressed with the effort the staff showed. Its hard to find excellent customer service nowadays, so keep up the good work. Hats off to the ownership! 👍

I just had an incredible experience here! I went to the shop right in front of this one and they quoted me $100 for a new tire and Dennis at Bike & Trike replaced the tire for less than $50, within 5 minutes. I’m so impressed. I will definitely return soon to purchase a new bike. Highly recommended!!!

Steve and Dennis are awesome. The Terrain Trike I bought is amazing. Their knowledge and communication skills put me at ease when purchasing a trike and equipment. Great service, nice people working here. When I got back into riding a few years ago after not riding for over 30yrs they were very helpful and worked with to get me on a bike that fit my needs. They have been great about getting minor repairs done in a timely manner and Ill definitely be buying from them when I upgrade next year. 🚲👍😎

I have been a customer of Bike and Trike back in the day that they were Trie Wheel in Council Bluffs.Today I picked up my ICE Sprint after Dennis upgraded my twist shifter to a bar end shifter.Dennis found other issues with my trike and did upgrades.My trike has never run as fast and as smooth as it does now.Great knowledgeable and trustworthy service.I cannot say enough as to how well Steve and Dennis take care of my trikes.

I have purchased several bikes from Steve over the years. Always outstanding value and great service. I once took a bike in that had been run over by a car ruining the fork. This bike was not purchased from them. Other bike shops wouldnt touch it. Steve checked out the alignment on the frame, verified that it was still sound, got a replacement fork, laced up a new rim on the old dynamo hub I was ready to abandon, and it has been my daily ride every day since for over six years. When the going gets tough, they get interested.

Had a great experience, quick informative and helpful. Found the perfect bike during a walk in visit. Dennis and the young lady who works there (didn’t catch her name) were amazing!

We needed a bike rack for 4 on short notice since we were visiting here. Steve had a great Saris option in stock and was really helpful by installing it and showing how to use and adjust it. They are knowledgeable and have a lot of options here. Its great to find helpful people who know their stuff!

This place is a joke. Called several times, finally got to talk with a Steve who I believe is the owner. Made an appointment with him to meet at his shop on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00. Drove 50 miles and when we get there the place is all locked up and nobody there. Called several times, left messages and did not ever get a call back. Just go somewhere else if you are looking for a bike. Such a sad excuse for a bike shop in Omaha

My husband is the biking fan in our family, 2 back surgeries has kept me from riding with him! We had been looking online for a recumbent trike for me and I wasn’t sure it would work for me. I stopped in and worked with Steve; he answered questions and didn’t push at all! Even let me test drive a few in the parking lot! I bought a trident, he adjusted it for me right then and there so I could take it home! Couldn’t be happier, he is very knowledgeable and down to earth that my silly questions were addressed in a manner so this old lady could understand what he was saying! Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks for helping my husband and I out, now we can ride together!

I stopped in to find a bike. I have only ridden very low end bikes like those sold at Walmart. I explained what my needs were, and with no selling pressure I was matched with a perfect bike to fit my needs. I was provided an opportunity to take it out for a ride in the parking lot. My sales person was nice enough to show me how my bike should be adjusted so Im getting the full extension on my legs. They even threw in a water bottle holder and speedometer. It was made very clear to me that my service experience wouldnt end at the sale, and to to bring it back for included services if it needs any adjustments. Very pleased with my bike and pleased with how they dont talk down to you for your lack of knowledge like other shops.

Stopped in on the chance tbey might be able to fix my bike after Scheels told me I needed to buy a new rim. Not only did they fix it, but replaced a badly needed chain, and tuned it up as well, for less than 1/2 the price Scheels was asking. Bike rides like new now. Thanks to Dennis and staff. Highly recommend
