Super helpful and knowledgeable had all the parts I needed even cleaned an area on my bike that needed some tlc. Very fast and friendly will definitely be back huge selection of new and used parts.

This is one of those examples of a small business outshining anything else available in a city. Incredible service and atmosphere is what youll expect at Re-CYCLE. The owner has decades of knowledge and is willing to share it with you as he works on your bike.I ordered an iMortor3 700C electric front wheel to attach to my Brilliant L Train bike. Adding electric bike modifications is something that should be done by a pro, so I went here for my first time to see if they could do it. They were attentive, attached the wheel quickly, even went through the efforts of swapping the tire from my old wheel to make sure it matches. They provided an option to disassemble the old wheel and put the electric motor on the old one with matching spokes, something that I may capitalize on in the future. They were able to point out the additional safety features of the L Train I bought, provide advice on maintenance and care, etc. Such meticulous care put me at ease the entire time I was there.If you want your bike done right, give it to these guys. They enjoy fixing up bikes and it shows in their work (they loved the iMortor wheel and the concept behind it). Re-CYCLE has the inventory youd expect from a bike shop, the expertise youd expect from decades of experience, and the soul youd expect from a small business. I wouldnt want it any other way.

I don’t know what the poor reviews are talking about... I received wonderful customer service from everyone in the shop and they have very good pricing compared to other local bike shops. They were very upfront about pricing and what would be best for the kind of use I’m looking for. They even had a sweet puppy in there! Great experience... highly recommend!

You just can’t get this kind of service anymore. These people are great! I took my 20yr old bike in to be repaired...the frame broke. The owner told me he would try to fix it and that it might not make it...I received a phone call from him that same evening. He fixed it! My 13yr old daughter is now riding it. I want to say that, as I stood in line and waited to be helped at the shop, I noticed several people waiting and getting things fixed. The staff went out of their way to tell me it would be a few minutes, but, they would help me. They also, let everyone else in line know, as well.There were all kinds of people in the shop...even a police officer looking for a bike for himself. The owners are very respectful and honest individuals!They live in the same neighborhood as their shop.I can’t say enough about this little gem of a place, right here in Omaha Ne.You can’t go wrong making a stop here. I will always go back here.Thanks guys!

I literally just went in to get my daughters bike fixed and the problem was so tiny that they did a quickFix for free! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be back to purchase my bike just because of the great service!

Awesome service! I took a couple wheels in off an old schwinn tandem and he knew exactly what they were and helped me out with parts and service exceptional all the way around.

If your bicycle is stolen this would be a good place to look...if they haven’t already parted it out, but hey, this self described christian businessman will be happy to SELL your property back to you, after all that’s WJWD, right?

I didn’t end up buying from them but I had a pleasant enough time here to give them 5 stars! As another reviewer said, you can tell it’s their passion not just a job. I will definitely go to them in the future and would recommend you to check em out!

LOVE this shop! They guys were all knowledgable and friendly. The young man that helped us answered all of our questions and went into detail about things we didnt understand until we understood. As he was putting parts on a wheel, he demonstrated how he was doing it so we would know if we ever decided to do it ourselves.I highly recommend this shop and will return again and again.

The owners at Re-Cycle Shop were amazing! I hadnt ridden a bike since childhood and the owner spent the time to explain and adjust the bike so it was comfortable to ride! I absolutely love it! They also have a 2 year deluxe tune up plan, (At least a $130 value) so remember that also along with the quality of the bike when looking at the overall price! Definitely would recommend this shop!

Went in there December last year looking for my first road bike and had an awesome experience. Their selection wasnt huge but wasnt too small. I wasnt pressured into buying anything and didnt even pressure me to even get on. I just went in there to learn as much as I could and they answered everything I had questions about.After that visit, I went to a few other bike shops throughout Omaha and did not have the same experience. The salesmen were trying to get me to ride, buy and get me out of there. Because of that, I went back to Re-Cycle and looked another time and came back with more questions after I had learned some more, again they answered everything and I asked to ride a couple of bikes. They measured me and had the bike fitted to me perfectly.After that visit I did some more research about the models I rode and made a decision. Bought my first ever road bike and have put over 100 miles on it in a month. Love it to death. After the first 100 they do free maintenance and had it turned back to me the next day.Highly recommended this store to anyone that is intimidated by the vast amount of knowledge there is to learn about cycling. Go to Re-Cycle. The crew there is awesome and extremely friendly and the best part was no pressure.

Top notch service. Had problems with a wheel rebuild from greenstreet and they fixed it. I have had three wheel rebuilds from them and all three have lasted, two outlasted the hub which made me real happy. As a utility rider I care about service done right and these people know what they are doing even with bikes not common in this country.

Very short with me. Asked about a replacement inner tube (which is currently on both of my wheelchair wheels) and got told twice they dont make those when I tried to explain, I got told nope, we dont have those -clickIf you find this review helpful, there is another store that was glad to help me find the correct tires and replace them. This is the best bicycle shop in omaha. Hands down. I was missing a spoke for years and had major shops look at it, that could not fix it. This shop replaced it in minutes where more mainstream shops faileqd. This shop will get it done for you, every time.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the good communication and quick turnaround on my repair and tune-up. They explained all possible charges upfront and I was happy with the value.

I love supporting local businesses, but ReCycle charged me a ridiculous amount.. For the tune up all they did was swap my chain and charged me $85. Youre better off buying a $10 bike chain and watching YouTube videos to do it yourself

They are not friendly at all. But i guess its cool what they are doing. If you go there dont expect to be treated like a top priority.

Undue bike snobbery from the staff when I walked in. They are not professional techs or anything closely resembling it. I would not recommend this place if you are interested in purchasing a bike, new or used. Nor would I recommend having your bike fixed here. Ive bike commuted for more than 15 years and have a lot of experience with good and bad bike shops. This is a bad bike shop.
