Erin from day one made me feel so comfortable and was a great listener to what I was looking for and my body language. She could tell if I loved or didnt like something from just looking at my face. She listened to what I wanted and made sure to be within budget. From my first visit, to my second, and to then my third; I never felt like a burden. I felt like a BRIDE! She took my vision and made it a dream come true. All of the consultants plus Tracy & Deena are such hype women too! My dress was unlike ANY other dress I’ve ever seen — breathtaking, flattering, and timeless. The dress that ended up being “the one” was the only style I didn’t ask their team to pull in advance before my appointment — it was the one and only gown Bree picked that I didn’t specifically request but she said she couldn’t help herself and she was so conscious of my budget. I can’t thank her (and her gut instinct that I would be head over heels for my dress) enough — I was obsessed the moment I saw it hanging in my suite. Their team has taste for days and you can tell every person that works there really want you to find your dream dress. I was so worried and dreading that I would feel rushed or pressured to say “yes” to the wrong dress, but the entire boutique hyped me up as if they knew me for years when I finally slipped “the winner” on. I cannot say enough good things about Rhylan Lang, and specifically, Erin. She immediately caught the vibe my sisters, mom, and I brought to the day (which is a little chaotic, with lots of giggling, teasing, and a bit of song and dance too). She wasnt fazed in the slightest, fitting right in with our crew. Right from the start she listened to my likes and dislikes, and picked up on my sense for what I was looking for. She had incredible patience as I tried on (what felt like) 500 dresses. I felt so comfortable with her selections including some I never would have tried on my own. There was one that shed pointed out to me at the start of the appointment and I said I wasnt interested in it. But after trying on other gowns she had suggested and being pleasantly surprised with them, I had to give that first one another look. And lo and behold, it was perfect and ultimately the one I selected (bursting into tears with excitement). All the props to her for knowing what would make me look great and feel even better. Shes effortless to work with. She knew when to chime in and when to step back - both professional and incredibly fun.

She would always make sure to ask me how I am feeling, not only in front of my group, but privately as well. I could not have asked for a better experience in finding my dream dress! I only went to one bridal dress boutique and it was Rhylan Lang! I’m planning my Omaha wedding from Minneapolis and am so glad I got this local recommendation. The shop is beautiful and airy, but I never felt overwhelmed. Patti was our consultant and she immediately put me at ease! It was like shopping with a long lost aunt. She was so encouraging and listened to what I needed. Patti pulled dresses I would have never considered and they all looked amazing on me! It made the decision so hard, but one we started accessorizing it was so so soooo clear!Patti absolutely made this experience stellar and I knew there was no way we were going to find service like this anywhere else. Don’t even know where to begin - their dresses are just stunning!! Only tried on three and quickly found one that was my absolute dream. I would like to tell you how pleased I was with my experience at your beautiful salon! My sisters, my mother and myself visited Rhylan Lang on Tuesday, January 14th in the evening. Everything was wonderful from the atmosphere to the quality in service. Hannah was more than welcoming and accommodating, she made the process so fun and easy for me. There we so many options of dresses to choose from and all at very reasonable prices as well. My wedding was in March, which meant we were limited on time, and Hannah was still able to assist me in finding my dream dress AND getting if here well in time to be able to make the necessary alterations! I loved that we were in what felt like a private section of the salon, so it was very comfortable to try on dresses. We were given champagne to toast! Everything was just perfect! Me and a girlfriend drove 4 hours this past weekend to my first bridal appointment with Rhylan Lang bridal and boy was it worth it! Their selection of dresses are amazing, very modern. The staff was very attentive and stuck to picking dresses in my 2500 or so price range. After not being able to select a dress in my scheduled time slot, they allowed me to come back an hour later, as they had a cancellation. Tracy was very personable and helpful. I went there specifically for a certain dress and that’s the one I ended up purchasing. I’m happy I chose to visit this store as opposed to another bridal store in Chicago that also carries that designer because Ohama treated us well. I’m very excited to pick up my dress in March.

I truly cannot recommend this boutique enough. The service is beyond anything I had received before throughout the dress-buying process. Erin was transparent, honest, and did the BEST job at helping me with my vision and my budget. I felt so beautiful and am in LOVE with my dress!

Deena was an absolute gem to have for trying on dresses! I arrived early for my appointment and she said no problem you can start looking around at dresses while you wait. Instead of making me wait any longer after Id been looking around she decided to just help me instead of me waiting for my original girl I was scheduled with. She was so kind and protected my integrity when changing and giving me privacy when getting undressed. She let me try on just about every style of dress so I didnt miss anything. Her feedback was amazing, she really read into how I was feeling in each dress and gave great advice to keep things focused on my true feelings. Even though I had a second appointment just to see my options after finding the dress I knew I wanted to buy at Rhylan Lang she said no problem we will be here if you come back! My second appointment at Ready or Knot went just how I was warned it would go and I could not wait to get back to Rhylan Lang to get my dream dress and get back the great vibes and experience I had with Deena! I originally gave this place a 5 star review that I realized needs changing now after these events... When I arrived for my alterations appointment, an employee unzipped my dress out of the bag and it had a bunch of black finger print marks ALL OVER, that I obviously did not do. The manager has refused to take ownership of what her staff has done and has blamed it on me and claiming it was makeup stains (which after trying to salvage my wedding dress I took it to Omaha Lace to be cleaned and the manager said it’s dirt stains and doesn’t know if she can even get it out.) I’m SOL with my wedding in three weeks if she can’t get the dirt stains out. Giving any business to Rhylan Lang has been my greatest regret of my whole wedding experience. I used to rave about this place to everyone and now I will only be saying ‘stay far away.’ It seems as if they only care about you until your card is ran and your dress is paid off and then you’re out of luck! You can’t even trust this store with your dress when you order it in to be in good hands. My dress is ruined because of this place and I will be calling the BBB about this.*Update Response*Your ‘solution’ was to have me PAY you 125$ to take it to Max I walkers. Telling me to pay for your employees mistakes is not a solution. And no, I actually don’t wear self tanner. Also, the hand marks are black/grey shade not brown/orange colored. Not quite sure what tanning lotion is a grey/black shade? I guess I’ll need to get a written statement that it’s dirt marks from the owner at Omaha Lace.

We had the best experience here!! The dresses are beautiful, they have an amazing selection. The dresses, jewelry, and sashes are unmatched. The service is great. Choosing my dress was so easy. Mary was there every step of the way. She ensured as I tried on dresses I was able to get them on easily. She then fitted them to me to get the ideal shape. Mary was great at giving pointers and has an eye for the embellishments. After finding my gown, ordering and processing has been seamless. I cant wait for my dress to come!

I not only found an amazing, unique, beautiful dress, but my experience was equally as good. The private suites are the best in town for trying on your gown. You dont feel like youre parading around a store where random people are staring at you, and your family and friends can rest comfortably on couches while youre trying on your dresses. The area where youre changing is in the same suite so you dont have to walk around the store and youre up on a tier above the couches which is separated by a large curtain, so you have full privacy when changing but your guests also get a great full view of you in the dress when the curtain opens... It makes you feel very special! My stylist, Brittany, was also incredible. She was encouraging, didnt push anything on me, stayed strictly within my budget, and really listened to what I was looking for. She let me pick some things out first and then she also brought in a few things she had in mind, which was great. Plus, we had a celebration when I decided on my dress, which made it even more special. Highly recommended!

I had the MOST amazing experience at Rhylan Lang when shopping for wedding dresses. I visited one other bridal store before going to Rhylan Lang, and the moment I started my consultation at Rhylan Lang I knew they would go above and beyond for me. The dress expert I worked with (Mary I believe) was cheerful, helpful, and motivating while I tried on the dozens of AMAZING dresses they had in the store. She helped me pinpoint what I liked and disliked, and made suggestions to help me find my dream dress. I ended up getting the Made With Love Bridal Sasha dress in Ivory. My wedding coordinator said it was the most beautiful and well fitted dress she had seen. I felt like a million bucks the first time I tried it on and on my wedding day. THANK YOU RHYLAN LANG!!!!

The personalized attention made all the difference. When you book an appointment, you are provided a large, private room to try on dresses with plenty of space for your guests to view. The consultants do not rush you to move to the next dress. Particularly helpful, they actually help you identify what you like and do not like about the dress. Once I found the one, Rhylan Lang spent a significant amount of time deciding on the sizing of the dress - I ended up going with a split size which dramatically cut down on alteration costs. I truly could not have been happier with the service I received. I recommend Rhylan Lang to all my friends now!

This was the first place I had an appointment at and it could not have been a better first experience! I came in very open-minded about trying on different types of gowns, but didnt want to be overwhelmed. Both my daughters found their perfect dress at Rhylan Lang. The experience could not have been any more delightful. My daughters have different tastes in dresses but each had an individual experience finding a dress that they loved. From start to finish, my experience at Rhylan Lang was completely magical and amazing. The store is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff really knows what they are doing. I have a very specific style, and I was not entirely sure what style of wedding dress I wanted. However, finding the perfect dress was very important to me (as I am sure it is to all brides), so I knew choosing my wedding dress would be quite the task. Tracy and her staff made it fun, easy and after trying several dresses, they brought a gown into the dressing room that I did not even pick myself, and it was perfect. I absolutely cannot wait for my wedding day to get here! The staff there is at your side and is there to help you with whatever you need. We took pictures and popped champagne after and I wouldnt have had it any other way.

My first encounter wasnt as positive as I was hoping it to be. My mom and I had an appointment on a Wednesday evening. The consultant that helped us we could tell she was tired from the day and wasnt as enthusiastic as we were expecting her to be. She did know quite a bit about all of the styles and continued to bring out dresses for me. It wasnt until I found my dress that she became more lively and excited. My dress is absolutely stunning and I would recommend any of my friends to the store, maybe we just caught her off guard on a bad day. Overall, though the store is wonderful, lots of amazing dresses and styles to choose from!

I had a great experience at Rylan Lang bridal. I had already been to one other store in another city, it was an okay experience, however I didnt find a dress that gave me the look I wanted for an non-traditional bride and for a winter wedding, Chloe was great, she made me and my daughter feel very comfortable and she stayed close to my budget. I would highly recommend Rylan Lang to anyone looking for a gown. They even let my teen daughter try on a gown, a very pricey gown I might add. She had fun with that experience!

I purchased my dress from Rhylan Lang during a trunk show that I drove up to Omaha for. (I live in Lincoln) After purchasing it, everytime I returned to the store I felt like a less and less valued customer. The staff would help other brides before me or just leave me to figure the dress out on my own. The owner confirmed with me 2 days before I was to pick up the dress the time I was picking up. I drove from Lincoln to Omaha with a toddler only to find that no one was there to give me my dress and no one was answering the phone. I had to wait around for an hour with a toddler before someone showed up and ended up being late for work in Lincoln. They didnt offer to reimburse me anything for the dress, give me any jewelry pieces, etc to make things write, especially since THE OWNER was the one to confirm the pick up time. Very disappointing, Blush in Lincoln would be my recommendation for future brides.

I had the best experience purchasing my bridal gown from Rhylan Lang! I first tried on dresses, fell in love with one, but wasnt ready to commit. I returned after a month for a trunk show, worked with Mary again, and chose my dress during the trunk show! Mary was such a pleasure to work with, and I always felt valued and well cared for.Rhylan Lang has so many beautiful gowns in a range of prices. They arent the cheapest, but they are very high quality and not at all cheap looking. One of the things I loved most about Rhylan Lang is that I never had to deal with the stress of taking my gown home until the day before my wedding! I purchased my gown about 15 months before my wedding date, and they stored it for me the entire time from when it arrived! That is incredible and sets them apart from other bridal stores.The BEST thing about Rhylan Lang, though, is definitely their seamstress, Libia. She is BY FAR the BEST! I regularly get clothes tailored, and while I have never gotten a bridal gown tailored, I have seen many tailored bridal gowns. Libia has a solution for every problem, and she is so kind and patient. For example, the boning in my corset was extremely uncomfortable in the low back, and she knew exactly what to do to resolve it. I also had a very full skirt, and she created the most beautiful bustle I have ever seen on a dress of that style. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got not only on how pretty my dress was, but how well it fit! Alterations make or break your look, and Libia is seriously the best. I had the most amazing experience while I was shopping for my dress. Hands down, the most amazing experience.Iwas disappointed when I showed up to try on my dress when it arrived. I was helped getting into my dress, and out to the mirror to look at it. The lady who was helping me then left to help someone who had walked in to look at a dress. I hadnt tried my dress on in the color I purchased yet, so I was admiring it as if it was the first time Id seen it (because it was) when I was asked to please leave the mirror because someone else needed it. Mind you, this was while my friend and I were ohhhhh-ing and awwwww-ing all over it and taking pictures to show my mom (who had just paid a couple thousand for the dress). I was then left to take the dress off myself. My friend had to put it back on the hanger and back in the bag because no one ever came back. I wasnt acknowledged after that. I left feeling like I didnt mean anything to them because I had already paid. I was very very disappointed as my first visit was so delightful.Goes to show they only value you if they dont have your money yet. I hope my next visit is better.

Exceptional selection of bridal gowns and accessories; however, that was overshadowed by staff unprofessionalism.

Very limited selection. The women who worked there were very overwhelming and seem to be just trying to sell you a dress whether you love it or not. By the way folks the minimum is $1500.
