Tim is the best guy to see about getting a new car. He’s extremely helpful and upfront and I’ve constantly came to him for questions and he’s always been able to tell me what’s wrong and gets me the best place to take my car to. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t trust big dealerships

My credit is average but still needs work. Tim went above and beyond to find me the best rate possible for my loan. This involved waiting over an hour for the lender to respond to a number of different messages. Tim could have chosen to never tell me about the best rate, and just let me know Id been approved for the higher amount. Instead, he put in the extra work that is so greatly appreciated by this single mama, trying to find a great vehicle at a price she can handle. Awesome job! Im so appreciative and so happy with my new ride!

I bought a truck from Auto Time last July . I have waited to write my review to see how things have turned out . Auto Time was upfront gave me the Car Fax information and traded in my car which was great . Well now I’m finding out the truck I bought they did “shady” auto body work to it. The reason I say this is there was no information of any wrecks or body work on car fax and now the bottom of the doors the clear is coming off and paint is chipping . I would stay clear of this dealership if looking for a new vehicle.

Had a great car buying experience all the way around. Tim was very helpful and let me drive as many cars on the lot as I wanted...he even offered to let me take one overnight to see if it was what I really wanted. I ended up buying an SUV. It needed some minor repair work that I knew about up front. Tim and Dan were nice enough to let me drive a loaner while they were getting my truck fixed. Very good car buying experience. Out of 15 car purchases I’ve made, this was the best customer service. Went with my son to help him buy his first car, expected a hard sell and bad terms. He ended up getting the car he wanted for the price he wanted. Really surprising is how well they did with the financing. The salesmen continued to try to get a lower rate, even after we had made the deal. My son ended up with a very low rate, lower than mine, through my own bank. I’m recommending this place to my friends. It’s not a very big place, but worth a visit.

I bought a car from autotime about two months ago. It was an awesome experience; it was my first time buying a car and they made it very easy. The car I wanted wasnt quite ready to buy because they had just gotten it but I didnt have a car to drive to and from work so they have been loaner vehicles until it was ready. They finished and changed everything that I wanted. They helped with the financing by finding a lower percentage rate on my loan than the bank I was thinking about going through. They even helped me when it came to getting the title to the dmv for registration while I was at work. I would recommend Tim and Dan to anyone of my friends and family!
