I wouldnt go back. I bought a Buick there and he said that he looks over everything on the vehicle because he wants people to come back. I prefer to do business with smaller family companies instead of corporations, so I decided to buy my car at Muths. The tire pressure monitor system light was on when I test drove the car. He reset it and said it would be good. Shortly after I bought it the tire pressure light came on again and the system wouldnt calibrate. Come to find out I needed to have both front tire pressure sensors replaced. There goes another $200 and a couple hours of my time. Also the back tire was low and he said I should keep an eye out on it. I had to take the tire to be patched. These are both issues they could have easily known by looking over the vehicle themselves and fix. They didnt earn my loyalty and I will be purchasing my next car somewhere else.

I am from Wyoming and was visiting a friend in Omaha when I saw a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I just couldnt pass up.After looking it over and test driving we noticed that a Tire Pressure sensor was not working correctly and that there was a slight oil leak. They assured me I could come by again later or the next day and those problems would be taken care of. And sure as Im writing this review those issues were solved.After making the long trip back to Wyoming, I had the following issues:Banking: I went through a different bank than my hometown bank in Wyoming and for the life of me I could not figure out how or where to go to view and pay my car payments. After calling and talking through everything Muths Motors was able to answer my questions and send me on the right path.My Title: Now, I was in the process of transferring plates from my old vehicle when the county informed me my Title must be in my posession for this new car to be licensed. After sending an email, with a quick reply I was informed that the Title was sent and would arrive on Tuesday. Another Question solved with speed and ease.New Starter: Now both of those are just examples of how great their customer support is. But after realizing that the starter in my newly purchased jeep was going out, I quickly emailed Muths Motors one last time in hopes that the Engine warranty would cover this cost. Unfortunately the warranty is only for the internal parts of the engine. But Muths Motors told me to send a copy of the receipt to them and they would reimburse me for the cost. That is right, how amazing is that? They ask way over the value of their vehicles. If you call out their pricing then youll hardly even be able to look at the car or start the engine, test drive out of the question. If your numbers arent close enough, why add more miles... - Terry from muths. Seemed like there wasnt much of an effort to sell me a car or any car, or even value me as a customer. I wouldnt recommend this place, especially with numerous other more credible dealerships.

Unbelievable service! Ive been a customer about a decade now:) I would recommend over any place in town.

We bought a truck from this dealership two weeks ago. After having the truck for a couple of days, our low coolant light came on. We called the dealership, and they assured us it was due to air in the line from them replacing the radiator on it prior to us purchasing it. Then last week, we discovered that there is a bad head gasket on it. (Hence the low coolant light being on). When my husband called the dealership to speak to the owner about it, he told us it was our problem and not theirs. We have found other minor things they covered up, but this is a HUGE coverup. This is going to cost us well over a thousand dollars to repair. I dont know how a business owner can feel good about screwing people over.

I knew the price range I needed and what I was looking for.The first car I drove was the last one, it was great! Terry was very professional, he answered all of my questions, and even gave me his cell phone number. I texted him with a few more questions and he always answered promptly.My financing was taken care of onsite and that was very prompt, also. The car was a great price.Not only do I have a car dealer, I can get my car serviced at Muths, also. I have already referred a friend to Muths and will continue to do so.
