This place is great compared to my experiences at other local car places. Affordable prices and great service. They were able to get me into a car right away and I havent had an issue since. About to finish the program, and will 100% be sending my kids through as well.

The staff is very friendly. It may seem too pricey but with all you get, they have great package deals

These folks are absolutely amazing. I walked in expecting to get a beater car, but I left with a really nice equinox. They are completely professional, and treat you like a human being. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your car, you just give them a call and they are on it! Would recommend to anyone looking for a car, especially if you dont have the best credit!

This place is AMAZING the people that work here REALLY CARE about their customers. This is my second vehicle I have rented from them and I have never had an issue. When I make my payment it covers- car payment, full coverage insurance, license plate, warranty, emergency road service and oil changes. The customer service is outstanding I have no complaints truly satisfied customer of you are debating on doing business with them please give them a try. People work to hard for their money and all we want to be is treated fair and with respect, they dont try to take advantage. I am happy every time I walk thought the door or call on the phone. They are always getting new stock in.

We went to 5 different car dealerships including buy here, pay here ones. Nobody would help us get into a new vehicle for less than $1000 down. RTO not only did that, but made sure we were happy with the car we left with. They were the only ones that helped us. All my future cars will come from them. Staff was outstanding and so very friendly.

Communication with these folks and your car will last forever. Office staff is the bomb there.

Rich and the manager (I forgot her name) were so helpful and fast. I had went in with 5 kids and was in and out with a new vehicle within an hour. They even inspected the car before I had even left the parking lot! Amazing customer service. I highly recommend getting a car from here.

Rent to Own Auto Center has been a COMPLETE life saver! Im currently in chapter 13 bankruptcy and never dreamed I could be driving a nice car! These guys are super friendly and helpful. The program guidelines are easy to fulfill and I was in and out quickly! I love my car and Joe is super friendly and really cares about the customers and will bend over backwards to help! No credit checks and great service! Its a pleasure to do business with these guys!

Was a very easy process. All you need is the money and you could get a good variety of cars. After me and my boyfriend looked around for months we finally find a nice car for him.

I called the guy and he was pretty cool about telling me how the program works. I’ve seen the reviews and everything before calling, but their program is like leasing the car is like going to Baxter or H&H and you lease a car for two years. You get limited mileage with those as well and once you return the car, you pay for the additional mileage accumulated on the vehicle. I like that they pay for everything, but it sounds pretty steep just to rent a car. I might as well go to Enterprise or Budget to rent a car. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Went in with cash and trade in and they wouldnt even talk to us because we live 51 miles away. So no problem we will take our $ somewhere else. The guy seriously didnt even want to talk to us from the beginning.

The experience to get the car was ok. They answered the questions. Payments are every two weeks. So if you get paid every 15 and 31st of the month, I hope you have the money for them.Fast forward to when I was in an accident they had given me. (Was not my fault) I did everything the had asked me to do. Call the insurance company they have. Called the other person involved insurance as well. That persons insurance company then said that if the other person wants to fight the claims that they would hear from me. It was over a week, I had assumed he wasn’t fighting the claims. Well rent to own had called me telling me that I hadn’t called the other persons insurance and that the insurance company they go through was going to put me at fault... not sure how I’d be at fault when someone backed their vehicle into the side of me. Anyway... called the other insurance company again and they had told me everything was good to go that they even had a claim number for me that matched the one they gave me the last time. The same one I gave rent to own after speaking to the other insurance company.Rent to own then demanded I bring in my car to be looked at. That’s fine except that week I had an odd schedule for work and was going in at 7am and off at 6:30pm. Rent to owns hours are 9am-5pm. I couldn’t even ask to bring it in on the weekend when I was off. Instead JOE kept cutting me off. And then went as far to threaten to turn MY car off because “I won’t bring it in” and then hung up the phone on me.Very unprofessional of joe to treat a customer this way. He then proceeded to call my phone and tell me I better bring in the car by the end of that day or they would come pick it up from meI had no problem bringing my car in. Obviously I wanted to get it fixed. The way they as in JOE handled the situation was out of line.I would not go to this place. Save your money and patience.

Worst place ever! The cars that they charge a arm and a leg for seems like they are from the junk yard the way they run. They will not fix anything that mess up on the vehicle and all they care about is taking your money, i changed my mind about a vehicle the next day after getting it and they said that I couldnt get my money back. you have to schedule an appt to get the free oil changed by them and if you miss it they would turn off your car for that!!! I hate that place and I will tell everyone about them! Its not work it. I was paying around $700 per month for a used van that started to mess up after a few days and you have to get it fixed.

Went there looking for something new. Guy was rude and would not even talk to me after I asked questions about the vehicles. This place is a scam and DO NOT EVEN think about looking at a car there if you want to take a trip. This place just needs shut down.

Over priced used cars. Not worth the price. Think of it as a very expensive crappy rental car. Plus sketchy sales guy checking out my rack was super annoying. 🙄

Horrible horrible horrible it sounds so good to drive those nice cars but its so expensive. I was paying the same amout i pay for rent plus full coverage insurance. They will turn ur car off for more than 10 hours late .Thry turned my car off while i was out eating because my insurance made an error on my payment and i had to cry to them and call my insurance on 3 way with them. Its a car rental place in reality the registration is in there name and u cant pay the car off its either you pay for 4 years 600 dollars minimum a month and it doesny cover the car just driving it. AlSO BIG BIG PROBLEM MILEGE RESTRICTIONS OMG!! U CANT DRIVE OVER 90 MILES A DAY UNLESS U UPGRADE YOUR CAR PLAN AND UPGRDAE UR CARPAYMENT HIGHER. IF YOU WANNA TAKE A TRIP DONT COUNT ON THIS CAR ITS NOT YOUR U WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYSINGLE MILE U ISE TAKING IT ON THE ROAD . THEY ARE RUDE !! THEY WILL TELL YOU WE ARE NOT CARS SALES MAN MORE LIKE CAR SCAM MEN. ITS HORRIBLE .i mean come on this place is a joke and they tell u the cars are fully inspected but thats a lie most have bad engines are bad because Tons of different people have had them prior dont let the low miles full you its only because people give em back within a couple months.!!Im so serious its not worth it.
