I live 3 hours away from Omaha when I found this car online. The vehicle was represented well with an accurate description and pictures. Ormon is very pleasant and easy to work with. He was forthcoming when giving details on the vehicle I was interested and made this a very smooth and easy transaction. Was looking to buy a Nissan Altima but since it had a prior salvage title i wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done. they refused so im guessing there was something wrong with the car. went to baxter auto instead and got a clean title. pre-purchase inspection done. and they even fixed every thing wrong that showed up on the inspection which was just a new battery and some exterior lights.

We were in search for a new car for my mom and had narrowed it down to a Nissan Pathfinder or a Honda Pilot. We went to the big name dealerships in Omaha and we had found a nice Pathfinder from them. Ultimately we backed down because of the pressure we got from the big car lots and all the hidden and unnecessary fees.Places like Effect Auto Center are great because they dont pressure you into purchasing right away. We wanted to think about it and when we decided, they were very inviting of us. During the process with the bank they work with, other people were interested in purchasing and Roxy held the car for us since we ran into issues with their partnering bank. Roxy was awesome. They dont have severely damaged vehicles and they make sure their cars are in good shape before leaving their lot. She even had it washed before we came to pick it up since it had snowed the day before. I will definitely be coming back in the future when its my turn for a new car.

The staff were extremely friendly and not pushy like most dealerships I have been to. They were very knowledgeable about their inventory and let me make my decision on a car vs. pushing a V8 hemi blah blah on me. I highly recommend this dealership for ANYONE trying to buy a QUALITY vehicle at an AFFORDABLE PRICE.

We looked at one of their jeeps they had for sale that had a salvage title. It was a beautiful rig but our daughter decided on a different vehicle. The young man that helped us was very professional and the Jeep was spotless! Wish we could have afforded to buy it for ourselves.

Great experience! I purchased a vehicle from out of state and communicated with Ormon via phone with very prompt responses. He allowed the car to be inspected by Lemon Squad since I could not see it in person, which I highly recommend. I expected to receive a vehicle purchase contract before purchasing the car, but had to ask for it prior to transferring funds as it was not offered initially. I received my vehicle two business days after buying it and was very pleased to have it so quickly. The transportation company, TRD Transport, was friendly and professional. The car was in very good condition, even better than the pictures! I got a great deal on the car. My husband had been searching for a vehicle for our son & found a vehicle on this site. In the past we have always dealt with fairly large dealerships and I was a little apprehensive about a smaller one such as this, however our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles there. He was very straight forward & easy to work with! The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was it was a little hard for us to find!

Bought my car (2015 Chrysler 200s) a little over a year ago from here and it’s still doing great. No surprises. I had a few issues when I got it home to Iowa but David was the best and answered all of my questions and even helped me figure out what was wrong with it (loose battery cable, not their fault at all). They stayed open in the middle of snow storm so I could pick up my car and get back to Iowa. They went above and beyond my expectations. 11/10

Such an amazing dealership. They honestly go above and beyond for their customers and make sure they have a car that works best for them. We bought our son his first car from them, 2014 Dodge Ram.
