I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in the shop last week. Stephanie in service did an outstanding job of taking care of me. After the first visit it needed to go back in as the first fix didnt solve the problem. I called Stephanie and she arranged for my vehicle to be picked up so i didnt have to waste time driving over again. She called with what they thought was the problem and I was skeptical but I let her do the fix and low and behold is was correct. Ill go back to Stephanie for any needs in the future. Excellent customer service.

Bought my 3rd vehicle from Woodhouse. I was helped by Gus for my 3rd vehicle. He helped me to find the right vehicle at a price that was comfortable for me. He explained everything about the vehicle and answered all my questions. He and his manager Casey made sure I got the best deal and they even took care of a couple things on the vehicle before I left the dealership. Gus and Casey are the best !!

Gus, Seth, and oh I forgot the young mans name, Worked well as a team to make this Zero pressure, smooth, and fast. Got my 2021 GMC Sierra Elevation in idk 45min maybe faster. I started talking with Gus at the beginning of the year told him what I was looking for and he found it for me. Took it on a test drive with only 13 miles on it. Now it’s mine. 🥳 Thanks gentleman truly an excellent customer experience.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! They didnt have a vehicle that fit my criteria at their location, but were so helpful in finding vehicles that did at their other locations. I ended up buying from Woodhouse Blair, all the Woodhouse locations were so helpful and staffed with genuine caring salesmen that want to make sure that youre happy with your purchase.Also this location is so beautiful inside! Like buying a car in Italy! Plus not needing to worry about the weather when looking at vehicles is a major plus!I highly recommend Woodhouse!! I went to several dealerships in the metro area, even travelling 30min to an hour away, over the course of a month. Woodhouse customer care and pricing was by far superior!

We dropped our car off in the morning and the service advisor did a good job of gathering information on the problems we were having with the car. She set our expectations for the services and costs. She also did great with keeping us informed of the status of the repairs and costs. The pickup process went very smooth and costs were exactly what had been communicate. A very good service experience overall.

Had a great shopping experience at Woodhouse, from the first moment we met with Gus it was all about me and my families needs . It was about 22 days later after we had met that i received a phone call informing me, he had a vehicle that would work for my financial situation { most salespeople will forget you about 4-5 days after your initial contact}. Sometimes it is the purchase that doesnt happen.My husband and I went to Woodhouse Buick GMC to look at a used vehicle on Tuesday night. We fell in love with a particular truck and started to pursue financing through the dealer as well as our credit union. We have a tight budget and some very specific needs when it comes to the financing of the vehicle as our family is currently growing. Our salesman Arnold stayed late and made sure to help negotiate and answer any and all of our questions. He was patient, not pushy and understanding of our circumstances. The sales manager was more than willing to work with us on particular needs and go over each and every aspect of the truck. Seth in finance worked tirelessly to attempt to get us the financing we needed. At the end of the day, we found that the terms needed to close the sale were just not in our favor. Despite all of this, the team at Woodhouse was gracious, understanding and courteous. We have looked at several dealerships and never been given the respect and graciousness that was provided at Woodhouse. I know now exactly where we will be purchasing our family vehicles from here on out when the time is right for us. Thank you to the entire team at Woodhouse Buick GMC.

Jeff was very helpful. He is in the service part. Now the finance department was questionable. They got us a loan, but getting my $200 back was like pulling teeth. We put that money down only to hold that car so no one else would buy it out from under us. They said wed get it back. Well its been 5 weeks ago and still no money. I will never buy a car from them again.

I took my vehicle in for a camera problem and a door ding. I mentioned to the service manager I needed my truck back by end of day. So I left my truck and they shuttled me home. He called me and informed me they had to order a part but were able to get the door ding repaired. I brought my truck back once they got the camera part and they repaired it. Upon getting my truck back I noticed their were now 2 new door dings that were not there when I dropped the truck off for the camera repairs. The service manager immediately excepted responsibility for the damage and arrange to bring it back another day for repairs. A third door ding was found by the body shop manager and brought it to my attention. They fixed the, dealership at fault door dings, at no cost and were able to repair the 3rd door ding at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be going back for any future issues, as they did amazing work.

I made an inquiry online on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I received a response from Gus and he met us at the front door on Monday afternoon. He had the car ready for a trial drive. Before the drive he didn’t give us “canned presentation,” he responded to our questions. After the drive he had our car evaluated and we negotiated the sale. Gus was professional, easy going - no pressure, and he listened to our needs. He gave us a lot of time to make a decision. This was my 2nd time of coming to GMC Woodhouse in Omaha. It was a good experience. One of the things that I noticed was this morning when I was looking at my oil percentage - it was still showing @ 53% which the oil was changed, it should have been changed to 100%. Might be something remind the service techs to change on all vehicles after changing the oil. Thanks again for the great service. It helps to know that I will be safe when driving my Acadia.

-They NEVER have loaner vehicles, but when issues arise with your car its hard to get an appointment and they expect you to drop your car off and leave it over the weekend....-Customer service isnt helpful!!!-They call with this ridiculous surveys but management NEVER follows like they say...- There is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS issues when I bring my car in, it rarely goes smoothly and it gives me anxiety.-I wish there was another location or I just need to get a new car with a different dealership!

In December you installed one glow plug and was suppose to fix the recall on airbag. The dealer should of recommended changing all the glow plugs and did not. Month later back into the dealer to change the other 7 glow plugs. I come to a dealer to get it fix not to come back each month. I was hoping for a loaner car and was denied. Next time will be taking to Sid Dillion. They will provide a loaner car and will not have to come back.

It was a great experience. I had some concerns about the brake system. The Service writer looked up and found that there had been a recall. He also knew that there had been an issue with this style of vehicle. He got it all taken care of in a few hours. It was also a pleasant surprise that when I picked up my vehicle it was washed. The employee that washed it also went the extra mile and scraped off dried concrete. I was very happy with my experience at Woodhouse Buick GMC and I will return for my next service.

I have heard good things about Woodhouse and have had family purchase from Woodhouse. I spoke to Conner on the phone about a specific vehicle on the lot, as I live several hours from the dealership. After speaking with him for several minutes, I was excited to purchase the vehicle. Conner even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home, free of charge.During the negotiation I was happy with the price and requested a small tear in the door panel be repaired before delivery and I would happily purchase the vehicle. Conner agreed and I purchased the vehicle.Upon delivery I noticed the tear had not been repaired. I called Conner to inquire about the situation. When Conner was unable to be contacted, the delivery driver stepped in and called the sales manager (Rich) to make sure my concerns were addressed promptly. I was very appreciative of the delivery driver for doing this. While on the phone with Rich he pulled Conner into his office to listen and be a part of the phone call. I addressed the unrepaired door panel. Rich and Conner assured me this concern would be rectified and they would do what is necessary to make sure I was pleased.After I spoke with both Conner and Rich and had paperwork completed, Ed followed up to verify all promises were kept and I was happy with the service. Woodhouse went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

We were not satisfied with this dealership. We were assured everything was perfect on the vehicle and drove over 500 miles to pick the vehicle up. Definitely my fault for not checking it over better before signing paperwork. I was assured it was GM certified and had a 172 point inspection. So I assumed everything was great. On the way home after about 300 miles the transmission started to shutter bad. Also the DVD player didn’t work, wireless charging station didn’t work, broken mirror visor, large scratch down passenger side that had been covered with touch up paint, and randomly the side detection monitor system fails. Hard lesson learned! Again my fault for not inspecting better. Just because it’s certified and only has 30,000 miles and the dealership says it’s in excellent condition. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! Get it inspected by someone else. Also got a text from our salesman saying we had a gift coming but it has been 2 months and nothing. Not an enjoyable experience.

I really shouldve put in this review sooner, but Im glad I didnt because Im continuously surprised with the above and beyond customer service they have provided. Specifically, Gus (sales) and Doug (service). I got my Yukon in October and immediately there was something strange occurring. They took on the vehicle and provided BEYOND amazing service. I had a loaner, 100% communication and updates, and never felt like it was a hassle. Now you would think, ya well you just got the vehicle, however it wasnt like that at all. This was a very weird situation and they thought it was fixed. Turns out it wasnt and they once again jumped in to help. They even allowed me to use the loaner to drive 4 hours with their loaner to help my husband go get his vehicle. There was a quick item they needed to check out and instead of me needing to go in, they once again came to my house! With a FT job and FT motherhood, this was so helpful! Every time Ive gone in Gus has been sure to come say hi. Doug has always been right there to help out or take a call. Today was the 1st oil change and Gus didnt forget, he had given a free oil change MONTHs ago! I cant tell you how amazing the entire staff it. They make you feel welcome and are always available. I was traveling from Illinois to Colorado and had a catastrophic tire failure. I came to the dealer to get a new tire. They had the tire my truck needed and said it would take 2 hours. I left and came back in 1 hour and 55 minutes later. My truck was just coming out of the service area when I walked up. Making and meeting commitments is a rare commodity in the car service industry. I highly appreciated the Woodhouse team for doing just that .

Bought a Truck from JP2. Justin was more than helpful over the phone. Texted photos to me and was extremely knowledgeable. I am planning on purchasing a 5th wheel to travel after retirement and Justin made sure I felt comfortable with the truck and made sure it would fit my needs after I purchase the camper. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Simple, straight forward, no games. I even spent a little more than I was quoted by another dealer that did not have what I was looking for. There is a point where you get what you pay for. The fact I have this young mans cell phone number. He said he is happy to help get set up after I get the camper. I am a professional that values my time. There is value in how easy and up front he treated me. Buying vehicles before and salesman not following through with promises or ignoring me after the fact is the major reason I decided to give Woodhouse a chance as I have heard many good things. Your service members are always very nice and accommodating. I love that they are able to come pick up my vehicle for any services need done and brought back. I worked with Sean C and he seemed genuinely concerned with an issue I was having from when I bought my vehicle. He was able to get my problem resolved. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars this time was because the interior had debris on the floor from the seat being fixed and my headrest was sitting in one of the back seats. Otherwise, Im super satisfied with the new seat. It looks great!

Bought my 2015 Chevy Silverado here. The buying process was a pretty good. When it came to talking to them about some problems that had popped up a few days after buying it, I got no response. The weather strips were torn and the truck had two different headlights. After talking to the sales person who I was dealing with, he accused me of swapping out the headlights. At first when buying the truck they said they really wanted to help me out, because I am a military member and after buying it I heard nothing about solving the problems I had with the truck. There’s one thing military members have, that’s integrity. I would never swap a headlight out for Money and I don’t like being accused of doing so.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation in June, the service tech said the vehicle was fine he would recommend front brakes and new tires in the fall. A week or so later I received an email from the service department informing me that since I chose to postpone the recommended service at that time would I like to schedule an appointment to have an alignment and front struts replaced. Surprise to me I was never informed of this.I scheduled the appointment to have this done and in the process missed a day of work. The tech told me the only recommendation he had was again to consider new tires in the fall. I inquired about the front brakes which was recommended in June and the tech told me that the brakes looked fine. Again another surprise. I left the dealership and as my SPEED INCREASED TO 35 MPH the vehicle began shaking my steering wheel was vibrating excessively .I tried to call the tech from the email contact on my phone that he send me and got a recording that it was not a working number I them text him with my complaint and have never received any response. I made contact with the service manager Ryan Burke who then tried to sell me tires you have got to be kidding. I just paid $973.00 for work that was not completed what nerve. I run a business that take customer cars for service when the owner cant. I do about 45 oil change appointments a month, but sadly I got to say this is by far the slowest oil change for this year even with an appointment. Customer prefered dealer. Might make other suggestions.Update.I just spended 2 hours having an oil change done, it is by far the longest I have waited to have it done in Omaha and Lincoln. The car was run thru the car wash which is nice, but not to blow or wipe the water off of a $100 000 vehicle, then the seats was out of position and they walked off with the keys. All I can say it was a terrible experience. Made me lost the account, so I would NOT be returning.

Wish my experience was as positive as the rest of the reviews. Bought my truck new from them. I took it in for a routine maintenance and check engine light diagnostic and after a few hours of waiting for it to be finished I was notified it needed some major engine work done. Not news you want to hear but I knew none of it was the dealerships fault. Thank the lord it was covered under warranty but upsetting to hear about a vehicle with fairly low miles. I will quickly summarize the experience.-Very time consuming paperwork to authorize any warranty work to be done. Appointment was at 8am and I didn’t get to drive home in a loaner vehicle until 2pm. My workday was wasted.-After 2 business days I was happy to pick up my own vehicle and drive home only to realize they did not replace my windshield wipers as requested, did not reset my oil life meter, and worst of all the check engine light came back on. I had to reschedule another appointment immediately.-After returning the truck for the second diagnostic I was told they installed the incorrect parts for my engine and basically had to do the same engine work all over again. I was extremely unhappy and lost all confidence in their quality of work and attention to detail. They even left tools laying in my cab.-The service managers were still very accommodating, polite, and communicated well. Unfortunately that doesn’t go beyond the front counter and the actual work and quality of service and attention to detail on my vehicle was awful. Not what I expect after spending so much money on a vehicle.-I will not return for future work/maintenance.

This visit, an oil change, turned-out to be quick one -- nice. Im happy I had no other mechanical issues / vehicle damage. friendly, cheerful environment. great advisor I had: Kyle. said hi to others I know there (Stephanie & Gus). nice to walk-around & see the display of new cars. I was able to drop-off some out-going mail of mine @ front desk (convenient for me). you had no coffee/juice/donuts, but understandable in the current corona climate stressing the world. I look forward to my next maintenance visit. thanx ! :)-----------------------------------------------------1. My service advisors, Kyle M. & Stephanie G., were/are awesome ! ! (I also had a moment to say hello to sales person, Gus M.) Yall do great, which is why I keep coming-back!2. New for me to enjoy -- the coffee brewing machine in the lounge ! ! Thanks!3. Took my truck in for warranty service and got it back with 2 scratches on the fender, oily hand/arm marks on my drivers trim panel and a few drips of oil on my passenger seat, & still dripping transmission fluid from the underside. Disappointing to say the least when you try and take care of a vehicle and hand it over for needed warranty work and the same care isnt shown for it.

Accused of putting wrong fuel type in the vehicle and advised I would have to pay for that. They didn’t even run the diagnostics to read the code before making these accusations. The issue was not due to an error on my part or related to incorrect fuel. Please at least check the codes before accusing customers of not taking care of their vehicles.

Turned in my 2018 Canyon with transmission rumbling. Sean (Service Tech) did a great job getting my truck in and not only fixing the problem - which has not occurred since - but had the paint buffed to remove all the swirls a local auto wash caused.
