I generally have enjoyed this place. Buying a car went well everyone was nice,but the service area is super slow. Ive been sitting 30 minutes after my car was done and pulled out because they havent gotten my paperwork done yet. Oil changes have taken 1-2 hours other days, and this makes me wonder how long did we wait for paperwork after our oil changes were actually done? So I got my car back at 42 minutes after it was done but again they are nice and he did Apologize because they got slammed this morning so I put my rating back to four again.

Five stars for the sales person that worked with me for sure. I went in today to trade in my Q3 and get a 2022 XC60 priced at 52,000 and the sales person is very polite and answered all my questions about the car. He even showed me a Pre-owned 2021 model as well which has 9k miles on that and priced at 51,000 and I asked him if I can get that for 47,000 as any other customer would bargain(and I told him if that can’t be done I will anyway buy the new one). *The manager came out and he is the rudest person that I have ever met, he told me “if you can’t buy for that price, then it’s not for you and you can look for something in your price range out there”*. Until I met him I don’t know that we shouldn’t ask for a better price in a car show room and we should have a stature to buy a car from him.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and after 2 months the brakes started making a noise. We took it in to a different dealership as we dont live in the Omaha area and they found that both rear brake pads were completely worn despite Gorges inspection saying they were in great condition. I called the dealer and spoke with Marcus and he was very nice and helpful and they paid to have the repairs done without question or arguments. I was very impressed with how they treated me and cant recommend this place enough. I just wish they were closer to home so we could continue service with them!

Kevin on the service team is MVP! Our family went on vacation and when we arrived back home at the airport, I realized I’d lost the key to our car (literally left it in Hawaii) and had no backup at home. With all of our kids and our luggage we were in a serious bind. I was trying to find an Uber for them and a tow truck to come into the airport parking garage - when I got ahold of Kevin at Gorges Volvo. He walked me through using the sensor on the valet key (which had a dead battery and I thought was worthless but still kept for some reason) to start the car. I can’t believe that worked! It saved us so much stress. And he helped me quickly get a real replacement key. He’s a life saver! Before this, I’ve always been impressed with the service at Gorges - one of the reasons I’d definitely buy from them again - except my XC90 works great and I’ve been very happy with it so that might be a while. I will say in just the search/research process of buying a new vehicle this has been our best experience so far. The sales rep Mike that we have met with has been so honest and upfront about everything that I wish everyone was like that. I never had to play games or go in some room and wait to find out about pricing or payments. I never felt hustled or pressured for anything. When we finished up I gave him my info and asked him to follow up on a few things and he did exactly that and still I never felt pressured. At the end of the day of our first day for looking at all of the different vehicles brands/options of SUV’s that are out there, Mike was by far the best sales and educational experience we had worked with. Over the last 2+ years I have gotten all maintenance and repairs through the service department and again nothing but the best. Therefore there are no snacks or variety of coffees or flavors as there was before. I had priced a particular branded vehicle at many locations and even new models, so I knew the range of price. Gorges was at the low end! I went and test drove the vehicle, worked out a trade price and pretty much the first offer was awesome! No pushy sales, no high balling, the salesperson and manager did what they could to hit my price I wanted and it literally took 20 minutes to workout a deal and they hit my price! I would highly recommend Gorges Volvo for any car purchase! Even if youre not looking for a Volvo, they have a great selection and high quality of other manufacturers!

The sales people I dealt with were awesome but when I called back to check on my title I was told they had to wait for the check to clear and when I pointed out that it was a cashiers check which is the same as cash I was told they would send it and then was hung up on. Very rude office person.

Corey was professional and forthcoming in regards to the repairs needed on my vehicle. He patiently communicated needed repairs in a way that I was able to understand which in turn helped me determine next steps for visit as well as future repair plans.I contacted Corey soon after previous repairs explaining yet another panel service requirement (break lamp). He said it was just a break bulb and to bring her in mad hed take care of it and he did as well as replacing my back wiper blade. The service was quick and Ive had no other issues with my car.This is the first vehicle I own and totally responsible for taking care of... I have no clue what to do or when. This is why its necessary for me to be able to trust my mechanic and I trust Corey to help me make the best decisions to keep her on the road.

We visited Gorges dealership a few times as we were shopping vehicles and searching for a great car to suit our family needs. The customer service and expertise on the various Volvo models was extremely helpful in determining which of the Volvos, if any, would be best for our family. Love this place. I love the no-frills and no strings attitude. Love the Volvos, and they hire American versions of the Swedish attitude, and attention to detail. Sales staff very nice, family people. My four year old toddler stomped around the joint, very family friendly, real, Swedish trained Americans! Love the cars! And this dealer is pretty top notch. Check their rates before your banks, I have a very good credit score, and got a better loan rate AND lower payment. Plus the finance people here are just as awesome as the rest of the staff. Update: came in today and got some follow-up stuff taken care of with our Volvo. They were in the process of filming a commercial, when I knocked over a lamp prop that was going to be used. No biggie. Real sports about klutzy and anxious people like me. Free coffee is always good! Warning: Pay attention to the direction on the screen of the coffee maker. Feels awkward, but keep your hands in check during the using of the coffee machine! Its actually easy. Dont mess it up.

But of $500 part from them they called me Friday told me it was in Got off work early To go pick it up and they said they cant find it Then they said they can get me one Saturday Called them Saturday the guy didnt know what I was talking about Told me I can come back Monday to figure it out

I purchased one of their used cars from out of state, and everything went great! They picked me up from the airport, their staff was very accommodating and easy to work with, their pricing was very reasonable, their maintenance team had gone over the car and took care of some of the upcoming maintenance in advance, I got a great rate through their finance team, and I was through the buying process & on the road driving home very quickly. I highly recommend this dealership and will likely fly in to buy again the next time I need a car.

We travel 3 hours to Omaha for Gorges Volvo service since we have had numerous issues with the local Kansas City Area Volvo Dealer. We receive much better service at Gorges and better prices. We bought our first Volvo at Gorges in 2004. We have tried to purchase new and used Volvos at local Kansas City dealer but they could not satisfy us.

Its evokes a special feeling of recognition when your service advisor not only remembers you but the prior work that has been performed on your vehicle. as a consumer I have many choices to which I can bring my vehicle for routine service but choose to bring my vehicle to gorges Volvo for their professionalism as well as there commitment to ensuring that all necessary repairs are done correctly the first time and will always stand behind the work for which they have performed. on numerous occasions I have been approached by friends and family members regarding my opinion as to what type of vehicle they should consider purchasing I have always assured them that Volvo being a prestige brand, you get what you pay for in regard to quality, longevity, and overall pride of ownership. In regard to service all technicians employed by gorges Volvo work diligently to ensure that work is completed properly the first time and on schedule without any problems. on my most recent visit to the service department a visit for which I was extremely grateful, I arrived at the service departments approximately 15 minutes prior to them closing. I was informed by the service advisor that they did not have any service loaners for me to utilize while my car would be in their facility. After acknowledging my loyalty to the service department, the service manager arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle. it is this example as well as many other examples that will assure when the time comes for me to purchase my Volvo v90 R, I will be doing so through Gorges Volvo. Outstanding Sales Support and Honesty for our CPO XC90! Mike at Gorges gave us the best used / CPO car experience Ive ever heard of or had. I bought it from 1500 miles away and it came detailed to perfection.I never saw the car until a truck dropped it off at my doorstep just a few days after I purchased it. The car was gorgeous - detailed thoroughly and came to me better than I expected. Mike sent me photos pre-detail and post detail, did a facetime walkthrough showing me everything I had questions about and noted every minor scratch anyone could ever find. He even setup our volvo on call account and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend working with Mike at Gorges for any used car.

Gorges Volvo is a no pressure dealership that simplified our buying experience. Once we decided on which car we were getting we had the whole deal wrapped up within about an hour. This included a trade in and financing. Chad told us theyd make us a deal that would be very difficult to refuse and they were right. We were going to sell our car on our own but why bother when they gave us a very fair trade in. Dan spent the whole day with us driving cars and never did we feel any pressure. He was patient and always happy to answer all of our MANY questions. Joel got us decent financing that beat our bank. This is our second car weve purchased at Gorges and we will probably always purchase our cars here.
