My jeep was in the shop here at woodhouse, and they put me in a really nice loaner vehicle, a 2020 Ford Explorer. I fell in love with it and ended up trading in my jeep for a new 2020 Explorer! Nick was my salesman, he was not only super helpful but did most of the work before I even had to come in! He gave me some different options with financing, which ultimately worked great for me. Steve in finance explained the different warranties and made me feel confident in my purchase.

First off I will say my credit isnt perfect. However if I can get financing through a different dealership for 27k they could have gotten me approved for the 21k truck I was looking at. Not much effort put in to make the deal happen. They act like your not important enough to buy a car from them 😒 even though I am married and own my house and me and my wife both work full-time at a great paying job. If you want to be treated like you cant afford a car payment then by all means go here.

Let me start by saying the quick lane is great but the service department is not. Especially Steven. First they put a defective fly wheel in back in January. When I took it back in just recently to get it fixed, they had it for 2 weeks and claimed they inspected everything that is under warranty. No, they messed things up. While they had it, I was getting updates on the app about engine system fault and this and that and just a bunch of things. I got my car back finally but my transmission gears have been acting up. I just got an oil change but all of my oil just leaked and said I had 0% remaining then the next day it said 78% remaining. My fuel sensor or something is messed up now. It’ll say I have 86 miles until empty, and then the next day I get in it, it says I have 120 miles until empty. If I drive 10 miles, it says I drove 20 miles. My car will randomly shuts off for just half a second as well while I’m driving it. Just randomly. And then a random notification will pop up, that says “hill assist not available”. I called Woodhouse numerous times and they keep saying they’ll give me a call back but have not. It’s a 2019 Ford Escape. There is NO reason there should be this many problems already. And it never acted up until I got it back from them. I will be going somewhere else. If I go back to this Woodhouse, I expect someone different to work on it and I expect a loaner vehicle. Last time they didn’t give me one and I can not be out of a car for about 2 weeks again.

Bought a used car from Herman Shields for my teenage son for Christmas last year. Customer service was impecable! Herman took the time to test drive the car with me, offered for me to take the car for a day or 2 (not necessary), also looked up all information related to the car so he could give me an honest assessment of any of the issues it had. He then had me meet with the head mechanic at Woodhouse to discuss issues that he felt would need to be addressed. Awesome job as a team at this Woodhouse location & much appreciated, would buy from here again any day of the week!!

Its with a heavy heart that I give them a 1 star. I have bought half my cars with them over the last 12 years which comes out to 13 vehicles. My father worked for corporate Ford for 32 years. As such we get employee pricing on vehicles. I have referred them to friends and family. So a lot of business given. I own a construction company and have ALWAYS done right by the customer. I am a family owned company and profits will never get in the way of doing whats right by the customer. Well I guess Woodhouse finally lost track of being a family owned company. James the sales manager refused to honor the employee discount and said I am doing you a favor by charging you MSRP and not over that. WOW. They have lost track of whats important, the customer. Got to say, this goes against how I run my business and how companies should be ran. I will be boycotting them and making sure all my friends and family know. I called Baxter ford as soon as I left Woodhouse and they will 100% honor employee pricing! By Woodhouse! Wrong way of doing business. Greedy corporate America for you!

The worst place to buy an automobile from. My jeep patriot was in the shop 15 times in 1 year. The shop manager Jamie is the most insensitive, rude, arrogant person I have ever met. He wouldnt care if your car blew up as long as its not coming out of his pocket to fix. I will never ever ever buy a car from this company again. The worst buying experience ever!!I experienced a position of having to either give them my trade in and wait for my vehicle to come in (came in 4 months) or wait for my new vehicle to come in and take what they wanted to give me for trade value. I might as well have given them a blank check!When my vehicle came in and I went to pick it up, things were not installed that should have been and an item to not have been installed was. This involved a LONG wait until they did it right.A day after I took my vehicle home they called and told me I needed to pay another $105 for sales tax. They said they forgot to add it on.As a Woodhouse/Atchley customer of over 40 years I can say the buying experience with this dealer is done! In addition I will never recommend them again. This dealer is BAD BUSINESS to a fault.

Tried to tell me that the very Ford issued parts carry 2 different warranties. 1 if warranty work is done. Another, if the IDENTICAL part is paid my the customer. ??? Unbelievable.STAY AWAY!!!

A driver of mine was 1600 miles from home and had an injector go bad. I called several dealers and diesel mechanics with no luck. the others were either too busy to work on it and others would not work on it because the truck is deleted. . I finally got in touch with Steven at Woodhouse Ford. He got my truck in diagnosed the problem and had a new injector in and back on the road within hours. Seriously could not ask for better service. I highly recommend this place. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY!!!!

We purchased our truck here and unless you want to have a tire literally come out of the wheel well while driving, do not trust their mechanics on hand. We had a few scratches fixed before taking the truck home off the lot and their employee drove it to us and luckily this didn’t happen while he was on interstate but happened right outside our neighborhood en route. Good luck talking to a decent human who would consider this a horrible mistake on their end.

My Husbands F-350 was down and had lots of repairs that needed to be done. It was nice to see Travette one of the service advisor I’ve had dealing with him at the 60th and L store it’s good to see a familiar face when having your vehicle serviced. Hope trust can be as good as I had with the Woodhouse Blair service on the new location 72nd street.

Great service . Provided me with a truck so I could return my rental.My F 150 is the nicest, roomiest vehicle I have owned . Getting 18 miles a gallon in city.My Honda Ridgeline got 14 in the city.Only complaint would be a better lease option available a week after I leased mine.

I called to get a recall on my car fixed. The appointment was only a couple days out witch was awesome. Had a 7:30am I did arrive a few minutes late, not a problem they got me In regardless. Service was amazing! they said 4 hours it was done on time. They took me to work didn’t have to wait picked me up on time definitely happy with my experience. Had to buy a part did that when I picked up my car. The parts department was a little bit of a wait but nothing you could experience anywhere else. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He promptly set up a meeting with me after our initial contact and made more than enough time to discuss all of my options.
