Finally a car dealership that is completely professional and does not play games when writing your deal. This was a breath of fresh air. My time with my salesman Mike was productive and pleasant. Great Service as always i have been coming to Lexus of Omaha for nearly 20 years even, before I actually bought. A Lexus i bought a used Car from them and I shortly thereafter when i eas ready for my next vehicle a very wise and wealthy family family friend spoke to me about which vehicle to purchase of several i was choosing from in my minds eye, I was told way back then if i wanted to get the best deal and not go broke keeping it on the road for years to come, buy a Lexus, advice that has served me well ever since the early 2000’s I have convinced several of my friends and family to also purchase a Lexus . i have been driving for over 44 years and our family friend for over 60 years who gave me this advice so long ago.

Cant say enough about Cory and the service technicians at Lexus of Omaha. We experienced some electrical issues while traveling to the Midwest. Some friends suggested we contact Lexus of Omaha. I called and spoke with Cory in the service department. He suggested we have the car towed from Council Bluffs to Omaha and they would squeeze it into their busy schedule. The car was delivered and within 4 hours Cory called with the great news that the electrical issue had been found and repaired. He then offered to send a driver to pick us up in Council Bluffs and bring us back to the dealership. We were so impressed with the service and professionalism at Lexus of Omaha that we will be planning our road trips around having them perform maintenance on our car. Anyone can sell you a car. Its the service that you receive that makes the difference. Kelly has been a wonderful help in the service department. She has made owning a Lexus a joy. I have all of my cars serviced by Lexus because of her. Whoever replaces her in retirement will not be able to fill her shoes. Stopped by on short notice today-- Mark D picked up the phone immediately, was very courteous and professional and took excellent care of me despite being very busy with customers. Probably the best Lexus dealership experience Ive had since the start of my ownership. Test drove an IS300, a car that I initially hadnt considered, but Mark took his time with me and reached out afterwards to make sure everything was to my expectations. I had an issue with my battery and was not able to get to the dealership until after the service department closed. The ladies who greeted me when I came in were so helpful and assured me they would take care of me. They offered me a demo to use until my car could be worked into the service schedule. When the service department opened Monday morning at 7 AM, I received a call with an update on when they would be able to look at my car. The communication through the day was great. I can honestly say I enjoyed the car experience. Mark was great. No pressure. Although the car market is a bit crazy now, Lexus was up front with everything. It was nice to finally find a car dealership that listened to my needs and provided top level service regardless if it’s a new or used purchase. Excellent service! Very very hot day and my SUV wouldn’t start. I called Lexus of Omaha thinking I would just have it towed there. Jesse in Service asked questions about what my car was doing. He thought it might be the battery. Lexus Roadside assistance came, Justin (I think) tested the battery and that was the issue. He replaced the battery. All of this happened in one hour! Excellent Service. I was very pleased.

I stopped at Lexus of Omaha( no appointment), just to see if they could do what I thought would be a quick fix. It was late in the day, Jesse said they would keep my car overnight. My first visit was really nice. I came into the dealership to have some additional accessories added to my vehicle. The service was reps were really personable and attentive to my needs. The maintenance done on my vehicle was completed is less time than expected. I truly appreciate the quality of service performed by Lexus of Omaha.

The service team at Lexus of Omaha went above and beyond to help me. I took my vehicle to a different shop and they created more problems. After the first shop resulted in multiple trips back because of a check engine they reported I had a blown head gasket. I took my vehicle to Lexus of Omaha who quickly inspected my entire vehicle and found that there was no blown head gasket but wrong spark plugs installed. Cory and the team at Lexus worked with the other dealership to seamlessly get them to pay for the repairs and get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible all while having me in a loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to interrupt my life. I will be going back to Lexus of Omaha for all my vehicle service needs from now on.

Ive had several cars purchased from Lexus and have never been disappointed with the service.

The service at Lexus is awesome. The service area is clean, someone is always right there to greet you. I was in for an oil change and no one tried to show me a used filter of some kind and tell me I needed a new one (looking at you Jiffy Lube, Jensen, Firestone, etc.). The work was done in less than an hour and that included washing and vacuuming my car. I have also worked with Gerardo in the past and he is always friendly and efficient. I know that there are cheaper places to get my oil changed but Lexus is worth a little extra!

However, in my opinion, when that vehicle isn’t functioning as it should (or as we the consumer believes it should) – its on the Service Department to demonstrated superior customer service, especially when consumers aren’t necessarily at their happiest. Lexus of Omaha’s service department has shown me, on every occasion, how to provide high quality customer service. During my most recent visit (due to - wheel met curb, curb won, suspension lost), Kelly, a Service Consultant took the time to understand my issue and concerns. She explained my interest in understanding the challenges my GS F may face to Noy, the Service Technician. Noy also took the time to talk and walk me through a detailed explanation of my vehicle’s suspension. Although, this level of customer service may not be for everyone – I GREATLY appreciated it and how the curb and suspension battle wasn’t as bad as I thought. Thank you!

Quite a bit of misinformation and lack of information regarding scheduling and the time to complete the service on the car. When I expressed this to the service people it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. They completely wasted a good portion of our day.

I always get great service at the dealership. Ive replaced a windshield, had a wheel fixed, alignment, and done 3 regular maintenance checks in the last year and it makes the 3 hour drive worth it when Adi and Cory have helped me out. My visit was for the 1st 5000 mile maintenance visit. My vehicle was finished in a reasonable amount of time including a complimentary car wash. I discovered after I got home that they had lost my floor mats. They replaced those with a brand new set but it did take another trip to the dealership.I ordered a tube of touch up paint during my visit with service and he said he would contact me when it arrived, he did not. I had to chase it down.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lexus of Omaha today. I got home my and daughter noticed a big gash In my back right tire and I’m so glad she did as I needed to head out of town same day. I called Lexus and they immediately sent out roadside assistance and their roadside assistant young man was the absolute nicest young man and explained every step that he was doing to switch my tire to the donut. He said he wanted to follow me back to Lexus to make sure I got there on the donuts safely. Lexus then immediately switched out my tire and had me back in the road within an hour from the time I called them to the time they added my tire. It was an amazing experience and I have nothing but great things to say about Lexus of Omaha and Lexus overall service and gratitude towards their customers!!!
