Honestly I love this dealership they have worked with me since day 1 and always makes sure I’m happy super nice place but if your an out of towner like me I suggest going to a place closer cause they never answer there phone and it makes it impossible to make payments on time then they charge a late fee even though you have been calling them 18 to 28 times a day and they won’t let you trade your car in for something else when it’s had problems after problems they definitely over charged me for a 2010 Ford Fusion when I looked it up its only worth 8000 and I’m paying almost 11000 for it

Please take my advice and do not shop here!! Im 100% positive that the people giving 5 stars are the employees and family of the employees. These people pray on individuals that dont know any better or simply do not have a means to obtain a vehicle elsewhere. They will try to steal your money. And try anything to reposes your vehicle. If you do purchase a vehicle from them make sure you keep a records on payments. Dont let your guard down for one second. They never return phone calls and the false promises are abundant with this company. If they promise you anything make sure you get it on paper!!! Like I stated before DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Customer service is great and all but I wish i would have payed more attention to what I was actually buying. I have had nothing but problems with the car, from error codes to error codes, the car I got from here soon became my nightmare. Please make sure you look at the mechanics of the car and not just how sugarcoated their cars are displayed.

Do not buy from this dealership I bought a car from here and they promised they would fix a problem it had but they never did I called and they told me to go in person but when I got there they told me the person that sold me the car doesn’t work there anymore and they can’t do anything. I’ve had everything wrong with this car, engine isn’t working ect. I’m very disappointed.

My husband and i went looking for a Chrysler 300 and they told us to give them our info and they will call us when one arrives. Never did, and after that day i’ve seen about 5 other Chrysler 300 they sold after out visit

There was a truck on their lot I was interested in. I went to the website to get more info. The site was only in Spanish.I called the car lot to see if they had a site in English.... before I could ask my question, the girl interupted raking really fast about the cars on the site are all sold. Not my question or complaint.She made me feel like I was not welcomed.I refuse to beg businesses to take my money.

I filled out the credit finance app on their website. Called them first time no answer. Called again lady told me shed call back she seemed annoyed and never did call back. I called the 3rd time and no answer. Not professional at all. Had cash in hand and went to another place.

Honestly, wouldn’t deal with them. They put used parts on the vehicles they get in and they don’t even put the right parts on the right vehicles. You want people to trust you yet you can’t even do the right repairs.

We bought the car October 5th. 3 days later one of my back windows wouldn’t go up or down. We called and called Nebraska auto sales. After the 4th call we made, the guy Miguel who sold us the car, sent us to a different auto shop which never called us to tell us if our part was recieved. We went to a different place that charged us 600$ because the whole line that holds everything together broke. Now we need to purchase a new battery. Just two months with this car and already having problems. They should really take good care of the cars they sell.

I took over pymnts on my daughter’s car that she purchased here, Alot of the employees there have no manners to treat a customer. Not proffesional at all.Also if you choose to pay with your credit or debit card, there is a fee of $3 for every $100 you pay! Simply ridiculous! Very incovenient!

TERRIBLE PLACE. Never purchase from here. They will steal your money and charge fees for no reason. The employees are unprofessional, as well. Take your money somewhere else where your car won’t break down in a week.

They will scam you with you’re money, these cars/trucks do not function after you leave ... and they will not help you or give you money back if a part ends up failing because of them! I had receipts of everything the truck needed that I put $ into and asked to speak to a manager and nothing! Who do I complain to now?!

I went to purchase a car from Nebraska Auto Sales on a Sunday morning. The gentleman gave me a 2005 Equinox to test drive for the day. I went home to grab some paperwork and when I went to start the car it wouldnt start. I tried to call the dealership numerous times but I couldnt get a hold of anyone.

Dont get your cars here...I was told my oil pump went out because I put 5w30 in it and thats whats it calls for..They had my truck for 4 days fixing the 4 wheel drive and its still broke...

They can’t even show me a summary on my payments because that’s not how their “system works”. Thought it was a joke first, but I guess not.

I had bought a car from this people and within 2 months the motor was knocking i hadent even put a second payment down yet and then they expect me pay for a new motor and still pay the 9,000
