I can’t say enough good things about this office and Dr. Dozon. They have a good range of glasses to choose from. I’ve bought three pairs from them and still put new lenses in a pair that are 3 years old because the style and quality are lasting. Also I have chronic dry eyes and Dr. Dozon has helped me with supplements and medicine to solve the issues completely. My whole family has come here since they first opened. You couldn’t find a better optometrist.

I would not waste my time here again.Unprofessional at the very least.I booked a appointment recently and when I showed up the appointment was not booked. I took the day off,wasted my time and gas going there.All they said was sorry.Thats it.Not even we can re book you or anything.Do not waste your valuable time with these unprofessionals.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. He was rude/disrespectful and challenged everything I said. I couldnt wait to get out of this office and will never go back. I cant believe that people say they have a good experience here. At one point in time I asked if he was this rude and argumentative with every client? And told him I was getting very frustrated. He toned down his argumentative nature then but seemed to rush me out Telling me that it would take about 30 minutes for the drops to dilate my eyes, but then pulling me back in about 10 minutes later (interestingly soon after I said I was not looking to purchase glasses from this location). No apology or comment when I asked if he was always this rude and argumentative.

What a great experience we had with Dr. Dozen and rest of the staff. The exam, frame selection and customer service were all excellent. Highly recommend!!

I would like to thank the team, for taking time to care of me on Friday. I had something in my eye and you worked me in instantly to take care it. I would highly recommend them for any eye care needed. On top of taking care of my eye so quick. The doctor even gave me his number to call over the weekend, if I had any other problems over the weekend. I cant speak highly enough about them. From now on, they will be the only one I see.

The office staff was horrible. They speak in a very condescending manner towards patients. In the 30 + years I’ve gone to ophthalmologists I’ve never had this bad of an experience. Between getting a bad prescription to bad behaviors, I will never go back there again.

Efficient and accurate eye exam. Dr Dozon is thorough in explaining the findings, prescription for contacts and cost comparison. Staff is very friendly too. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Rude doctor and very much less talented. We got wrong prescription from previous doctor so we came to this place for second opinion. When doctor heard the story, he was already less interested because they hate to say previous doctor was wrong and kept blaming on us that we ordered glasses online and our wrong prescription was based on our answer that i see clear on 1 vs. 2. Previous doctor said that I got astigmatism when i dont and this doctor just gave me the prescription that I had 6 years ago that I said i need this one. He basically matched everything to our old one and never bothered to answer me on why my previous prescription was wrong. Hard to believe if these doctor really got talent or they just rely on machines to do the job.

Ive been going here for several years and would not want to trust my eyes to anyone else. Dr. Dozon & his staff are professional & super friendly. I would recommend them to everyone!

Ive been going to Aksarben Eye Care and seeing Dr. Dozon for 6 years and have had nothing but stellar experiences in that time. The staff is always so friendly and personal and Dr. Dozon does a great job walking you through your exam results and what they mean in terms of your eye health. There have been a number of occasions over the years that I have needed urgent eye care (anything from allergic reactions to forgetting to re-order contacts) and the office has been so flexible and accommodating each time. Highly recommend Dr. Dozon and his incredible staff to anyone!

I love this place! This is my second year going to see Dr. Dozon and I will continue for many years to come. The staff is great with communication, whether it be by phone or by email (which I prefer, as I work during their hours). Everyone that works there has a very warm and welcoming personality and that definitely helps put people at ease! Make sure to check this place out for your vision needs!

Staff doesnt have time for customers and seems to make excuses instead of apologizing about the mistake. I am the consumer and expect amazing customer service. I will say they have a nice office. And thats why I am giving this place 2 stars.

Friendly staff every time I go inside and Dr Dozon is one of the best! They have state of the art equipment (they took a hologram of my eye!) and a great selection of frames to pick from! Recommended
