This is the best eye place I’ve ever been to. They have the most friendly staff, from start to finish, you will ever find!

The people at the front table was being rude and talking bad about us, saying that is embarrassing and we can’t afford it . Very bad experience! Very rude and disrespectful people ! Absolutely hate it !

The staff was so kind. Dr. Schmidt and Chas were knowledgeable and easy to chat with. The whole appointment was a great experience.

Great staff from beginning to end! They really care if you get the best vision and health for your eyes as possible. Faith, the lady doing billing, was so nice helping pick out glasses and went over all billing costs before I paid. I hated going to the eye doctor until I found this great group of people, Thank you to all.

I have been going to Eye Care West for years. Bridget always remembers me and is quick to ask about how I am. She takes the time to get to know you and is always so cheerful. I’ve seen all of the doctors and they are all amazing. Today I was especially impressed with Dr. Richert who took the time to go over my concerns after I discovered I might be at risk for macular degeneration. She evaluated my test results, explained them in detail then created a follow up plan for me. She also tweaked my contact prescription to perfection. Every doctor and staff member was also super diligent about wiping down surfaces after use and not rushing to do so, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Eye Care West!

Great experience! I feel that I have entered a partnership with my eye doctor! ...and the retina mapper is so cool. Next year the doc can see if my retina health has changed.

I have been a patient since 1994. I have always been treated to the best, most up to date care. The personnel in the reception area are polite and always willing to assist. I wasnt sure about the new partner at first but have come to appreciate her time and talents. I always leave knowing I have had the best of care. Now if only I could practice the good eye care they teach.

After I accidentally stepped on my glasses Eye Care West put the lenses back in and repaired the frame quickly and cheerfully at no charge. Later I came back to get the nose piece adjusted and again was greeted immediately. Even though they had several customers ahead of me they efficiently worked me into their schedule and I was happy with their prompt service. I was impressed!

First time patient and ALL of the staff there were super friendly and sweet. The dr. Was nice and straightforward, addressed the details I wrote on my paperwork. Loved it and now consider them my eye care place!

EVERYONE at Eye Care West PC (front staff all the way through the doctors) are so kind and welcoming to the practice. I have been going to them for 6 years now and have been so happy with my visits every time. The selection of glasses is great and they are very helpful and honest when trying to choose the right style. I would recommend them to anyone and do not hesitate at all to give them 5 stars!

I have been a diabetic for many years and have relied on this office for my care. You could not go to a better place. I go every year and feel I have the best eye sight possible because of their care. The glasses I wear do an excellent job and I get many compliments on them from strangers. Do yourself and your health a favor and go to these providers.

If I could give you 10 stars I would. I injured my eye the front desk took my information worked some magic and got me in when no other place would. The Dr. was fantastic had me in and out and seeing again in no time. THANK YOU EYE CARE WEST!!!!

I have had nothing but excellent care from the staff. I battled double vision after a car accident and other issues. They were so helpful and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend these vision care specialists.

Dr Heidi Lichtenberg has been my eye care doctor for many years. She does a great job. The eye care west staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly - true professionals.

I have been going to Dr G for 12 years and he is always available. My entire family goes here and whenever there has been an emergency, he has been there. I highly recommend.

Dr. Lichtenberg was great at performing the InfantSEE exams for both of my daughters when they were less than a year old! I highly recommend her for initial vision screenings for babies.

Zac has made certain we had a way to work and back to get our car every time. He calls me after he finds what is wrong and lets me know what repair is needed, alternatives and cost. There labor prices appear to be in line but the service is priceless.

Dr. Richert determined my prescription spot-on, and Delni ensured my glasses fit perfectly. It often felt like Delni cared more about the fit of my glasses than I did! I am looking forward to working with them again.
