Dr. Adam Walter and his staff are very professional yet so personable. I always feel so at ease for every appointment. I purchased another pair of glasses that were out of my comfort zone. And Im so glad I listened to his crew because Ive received so many compliments on them. There is such a large selection of eyewear, including sunglasses, to choose the next style. I cant imagine going any place else.

Ive been seeing Dr. Walter for maybe 10 years at various offices as hes grown his practice. He gives the most thorough exam Ive gotten, is friendly, explains everything, and will answer all your questions until you understand. Highly recommend.

Actually have never gone here. Had an appointment but the doctor had to cancel for a family emergency. They did not work hard to find a convenient time within a reasonable amount of time to fit us in. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had a amazing experience with Dr. Walter and Terry. I needed some new glasses and they were both so fun and helped me pick out the different styles. It was a relaxed environment and I didn’t have to hurry through. Of course I had to get two pairs (one for everyday and one for fun) This office is modern and has so many stylish and different glasses that I hadn’t seen. I love Dr. Walter! Shes super sweet and did a great job explaining everything to me. I felt like all my needs were met not only as a patient, but as a person. She was very honest with me and I liked that she didnt try to pressure me into anything new (glasses/contacts) and left it up to me. I am super grateful she has hours that work with my schedule. I recently moved to Omaha and needed to find an Optometrist. After much research I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Julie Walters at Seen + Be Seen. From the first minute I walked in the door I was cheerfully welcomed by her staff. My wait time to see Dr. Walter was minimal. She was very personable, a great listener and I received a thorough eye exam. Dr. Walter explained all the results to me. She went above and beyond to make sure the treatment she prescribed was effective in subsequent visits. If you are needing an Optometrist, no matter what age you or your children are, I highly recommend Dr. Walters.

I have been going to Dr. Walter for several years and she is amazing. She takes the time to make sure she thoroughly checks each eye properly. Each appointment is a full hour even with children. I have a highly energetic 4 yr old and she is so patient even with the most trying of patients. :) I value her expertise and kindness. We will be patients of hers for several years to come.

Dr Julie Walter is great! She helped me find a contact lens option that works, and I was able to find some fun eyeglass frames that I.actually enjoy wearing too.

Never felt compelled to leave a review until I came here. The service was beyond excellent (thanks Terry) and did not feel pushy at all. They had an awesome selection of frames from brands that you can’t get at the big chains. I didn’t get an exam here, so I didn’t interact with Dr. Julie much, but she did introduce herself and she seems very friendly and welcoming, and her store is definitely a reflection of that attitude. I will definitely be returning for my next exam.

Dr. Walter truly listens and invests the time to answer questions and address your eye health concerns. The clinic has the latest technology, which provided the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Terrific office staff, too. And, can’t beat the convenience for West Omaha and Gretna families.

I recently suffered a gory eye injury so I stopped into this office without an appointment for a professional opinion. Luckily, Dr Walters was able to see me immediately. I was greeted by Terry who was super kind and personable. Long story short, Dr Walters performed an “extensive” eye exam and fixed me right up! Her knowledge, patience and caring nature made a bad situation not so bad. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone in need of professional services. Also, great assortment of glasses and frames!

Our whole office staff recently made the visit here to select new sunglasses. The selection was top-of-the-line. Dr. Walter and her staff were very friendly and courteous. They dealt well with our large group-making sure everybody was helped.

One of the few places that actually had a pair of glasses that would fit my face and dont necessarily look like mens glasses.They also told me they do use the camera to view the back of the eye without having to dialate which is a big plus for me.I am seriously considering going there next year for my exam since my insurance accepts them for the medical part as well as my frames I dont like going to 5 different places to get different things these guys have it all there.
