My wife and I took my wifes engagement ring and band into them to see if they could be resized and soldered together. We should have done it awhile ago, but couldnt find anyplace we really trusted. The first thing we liked was when we searched jewelers their website search stated they supported the LGBQ community. I was afraid that they would not be able to size them down because my engagement ring was starting to thin. I was so happy when Patty said that both could be sized down and solder them together. Fast forward about a week and we went to pick up the ring and let me tell you my wifes ring was so shiny! It looked like a brand new ring. Also we were expecting it to cost a lot to get it fixed, but the price was VERY reasonable. They have customers for life now! So impressed

I enjoy every trip to Bergman’s and today I went in to have a necklace chain repaired. They have so many nice things, I bought another chain and had the original chain repaired also. I’m confident they will do a great job on the repair.

Bergman had my wedding rings resized for me. The work was done perfectly, exactly the size I’d requested, and the rings came back to me in beautiful shape, much cleaner and refinished with a new shine (can’t remember the word for this). I’m very pleased with the work. Only negative is the limited hours, which made it difficult to arrange for the drop off and pick up of the rings. I would recommend Bergman to others.

I went to this store after reading their positive reviews. I had a great experience with them. I mainly worked with Martha and she worked on expediting an engagement diamond/band prior to my vacation and she delivered within the next day. I went last minute and they helped me with being able to propose in Mexico on the beach for a perfect time. I highly recommend this store.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Bergmans and I am so in love with it! He and the jeweler looked at pictures I had posted to my Pinterest board and together they made up a ring that looked like a combination of multiple rings that I had on there. The ring they put together is better than I could have imagined. I absolutely LOVE it!We went back together to pick out a wedding band. They offered to clean my ring for me while we were looking and it came back even more sparkly than I remembered. Bergmans has excellent customer service, and had a lot of patience while we were picking out the wedding band. We found a band that fit my engagement ring perfectly, and they soldered them together for us right before the wedding. Thank you Larry for your amazing service! My husband introduced me to Bergmans when he purchased my engagmet ring there. We went back for wedding bands and every time weve had a need for fine jewelry they have provided us with exactly what we wanted. My husbands wedding band and my wedding set are custom made by then and they have been wonderful in working with us to make our visions come to life. I wouldnt think of going elsewhere, ever and would recommend everyone go to them for all their jewelry needs.
