I was so happy to discover Martin Jewelry. I had two very special rings ( with beautiful stones) that needed repair. I felt very uncomfortable with the idea of leaving them at a large jewelry retailer. I learned about Martins on the Neighborhood App. After visiting their west Omaha location I felt completely confident in their ability and trustworthiness. They did not disappoint. The work was not only done quickly and at a fair price the pieces are gorgeous!!!! They have a beautiful showroom and are very accommodating in showings by appointment. Very friendly staff!!

Martin jewelry has the best customer service and quality of work! I first went there to get my wedding rings to accompany my engagement ring. I needed two accent bands but they only had one and the manufacturer stopped making that band so Martin Jewelry custom made my second ring to match the first at no extra charge to me. Since then Ive had to cut off my ring during a pregnancy and they made it look like new afterwards! They have also replaced a diamond. Martin Jewelry has extremely friendly service and very affordable prices. It is also a family friendly environment because the staff is so friendly. I refuse to take my jewelry anywhere else. Even if they are just cleaning my ring they do it with excellence and make it look like it did the day I got married. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I took my old diamond ring to Martin Jewelry to have them set its center stone on a new setting. I could not be happier with how the ring turned out. I received the image photo and video in advance before they worked on it, but it is even more beautiful in person. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but was definitely worth the wait.

Martin Jewelry has been amazing to me. In November 2020, I had to take my Wedding Ring in to be reset and have the crown replaced. Typically they would have not accepted a piece of jewelry not purchased from them. (at that time) We bought my ring 15 yrs ago at Brodkeys, they advised they would help. My ring came back as beautiful as the first time I saw it. In addition, I bought a few more pieces of jewelry in December. Today, I called to see if I could order the same pendant I bought in December. I explained it was a gift, the chain broke, and pendant was lost. I just wanted the pendant, received a callback from CiCi to advise I could order and at the December prices. Great store, very nice people, and great experiences.

Martin Jewelry saved us a month before our wedding.We had been communicating with another jewelry shop to get a custom wedding band done for my wife. We set up a consultation with that shop and go our idea on paper with a quote and began the process of getting the ring made. Everything seemed great and we went about our life. I bought my wedding ring from them as a custom piece valued well over $2,000. It turned out very pretty and I love it! I also get plenty of compliments on it. They were, for the most part, easy to get a hold of and Brad was very helpful by traveling to the Bellevue location for sizing and meetings. My only con is that they kept calling me by the wrong name. My name is Audry but online and over the phone they call me Aubre - even 6 months after I got my ring and paid with a check with the correct spelling on it. It’s an easy mistake but I had corrected them multiple times on it. 🙁
