Store looks nice. I like the way they rearranged things looks more updated. Although there was quite a bit of empty shelves, hopefully they get them filled back up soon. Our cashiers name was Michelle, she is very friendly and helpful. Definitely makes you want to come back again.

Theres some good deals and steals in Big Lots..What I was impressed with is the customer service at the register today..When the brotha✊rang up my items he quickly told me I could save sum money if I just took a couple of mins to answer a few questions...I usually say no thank u not today, but the brotha insisted that I save some money. After a short while my spending total went from $13 to $7...I wish that brotha and all the workers there the best success. Moving customers thru and keeping the lines low is always a plus in my book.. job well done to all that worked today at Big Lots

I love the Big lots store on 72nd people are so nice. Ive always liked the franchise of Big lots they always have big variety different things you can find in their store you cant find at others.

One of my favorite places to shop. Always find unique things. Once its gone its gone so get it while you can.

7/14/2020First time visit. This store is conveniently located with good parking. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly. The prices seemed real reasonable. I wasnt planning on buying anything but ran across Ginger Snaps that I hadnt been able to find at the grocery store for the last two months.

As always well stopped I found what I was looking for and the cashier was very polite.

OMG! The candle scents smell so good! They also sold for a very reasonable price too, $5 per jar.

Very helpful manager and store is always clean. Returns are easy and speedy.

Good. Some items arent clearly marked but the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great shopping, always find much more than I need

Big Lots is alright.. Always some sort of deal if you look.. Be careful what the deal is on though. Got a queen mattress and box spring from there.. At first, it was great! Then, it start to wear quick.. 18 months later, its like Ive owned the bed 4-5 years or something.. But, in fairness I like said, I have gotten plenty of other good buys in the past from them..

Big lots is a great store to shop and they are reasonable and I noticed they accept EBT card. They have everything you need.

Big Lots has everything that you need, sometimes more, Im always finding things that I need and forgot about. The downside is the layout and lighting makes the store feel uninviting and the lines are always really long.

I love exploring and getting lost in big lots! They have so much good stuff and most at a steal of a deal. I can spend hours and lots of money in this store by accident. Good place for home goods and candles, decorations etc.

Everything is on clearance and is cheap. It is like a small Nebraska furniture mart where everything is being sold here. From groceries to household items to furniture and toys everything is right here in this store it is amazing. Very clean environment and the employees are super friendly and ask about your day and share their day with us and gives us a little moment of joy throughout the check-out line

I never really thought much about this store until I went inside and found out for myself what kind of great deals they have. Weve nabbed furniture, toys, odds and ends, and of course a good amount of the groceries offered here. We love to go through the groceries and find interesting products for a good deal.

Big Lots is always a good place to get groceries, pet supplies, home supplies and furniture. Good quality, reasonable prices and some very good sales. Plus with the Big lots card you can earn discounts of 15 % and more.

Love Big Lots! I go here for food stuffs and just to browse around. Its kind of my guilty pleasure when I want to shop, eat, and take my time. The store is relaxing and is my favorite location. Nothing is wrong with the N. 72nd store or the one in Lincoln, but this location just makes me feel at home.

Always good shelves stocked always. More then a huge variety of items that you dont find a local store parking is always there and open. Bathrooms are always clean. Handicap parking is always available.

Always a fun trip and something new to choose from. Nice staff, too.

All I can say is get some more employees in there at this time of year. I only go once a year for some Christmas shopping...but always remember once Im in there why its only once a year. Lines are crazy and the two girls working were really overwhelmed. I dont get why companies know they will be slammed at this time if year, but wont get more employees who are willing and happy to work. You know this happens evveerryyyy year!!! Kudos to the girls trying to do their jobs with a smile under these conditions!!

Found a dead bird in their store. Took them 20 minutes to pick up the bird. Didnt tell the lady that reported it, thank you. Restrooms werent that clean. The assistant manager wasnt friendly. Apparently my money wantwa good enough for the store. Never going back

Offers great prices on a great range of items and if you enjoy browsing its a great place to do this. For the most part the clerks are very helpful and their stores today are very neat and nd organized offering a huge range if items and goods from frozen entrees to furniture .

Great selection of goods. I stocked up on DVDs and snacks for twenty bucks, so definitely worth checking out for a movie night.

Price wise they have a alot of cheap daily name brand items in the store. If you need batteries, electronics and gifts. The place gives a very confusing convenience store vibe as the store looks cluttered with furniture groceries and other cool stuff.

I am appalled. When I walked into Big Lots today it sounded as if an employee greeted me by saying, Sup. I was hoping she wasnt speaking to me or I misheard. I received confirmation when I left and heard the same person saying, Sup to another customer. I couldnt read her name tag, but she looked Hispanic and probably in her 30s. Her hair was in a bun. It really shouldnt be that difficult to say, hello when youre at work. Im not asking for miracles here.
