Unfortunately my experience with this business was quite frustrating. I made arrangements to purchase a Samsung soundbar system via Facebook marketplace. I paid for it, hooked it up, only to find the soundbar would not turn on. I let the owner, Jeff Steponenas, know about the issue and he agreed to exchange the defective soundbar system for another of the same model. He said hed be in the shop until closing the next day. I went there on my lunch break to make the exchange, under the impression theyd be expecting me and have it ready to go. His employee was the only one there, and let me know hed left the country that afternoon. She took a long time in the backroom, wasting the remainder of my break, then told me she had tested and repackaged the unit. As we hooked it up that night, we found the soundbar I was given was a model one year older than the one Id paid for. It had been put in a box for the model Id paid for. I let the owner know I was tired of the runaround and wanted a full refund. He said, thats fine lady. Id prefer that any ways. thanks I returned the item and got my money back. But I felt this was more than just a mistake and was very disappointed in the service I received. I wasted gas driving to their Tiny shop three times only to leave empty handed in the end.

Great customer service and prices in town. Will be back!
