One of the last places I can find Anime movies and TV shows consistently. They always have what Im hunting, or can order it.

All the nerdy stuff you need in one place, although you could also go to Spencers and or hot topic two of my other favorite stores this is a go to every time, the movies are pretty good price, they have a great selection of pop figures unless youre just not in to anything pop culture theres bound to be something youll love here

Over the years theyve shifted away from being a place that primarily sold movies on DVD (and back in the day - VHS) to a place that tries to sell movie and TV-related merchandise. Probably because they cant compete with Walmart and Amazon on movie prices and streaming sort of eliminates the need to own physical media. So, now you can get a bunch of pop culture merch here. Though, it seems like lots of places are doing this now. So, I still wonder about Suncoasts long-term viability.

I had an issue with something I bought at Christmas. General manager and other employees were very helpful and prompt with reaching out to me. They went above and beyond what I had expected. I will definitely be shopping there again

Always our first stop at the mall, my granddaughter is always looking for new anime, but we end up in there for at least an hour liking around looking at all the cool stuff! Employees are usually kids, but always know how to direct you to what you are specifically looking for. Its a fun store, but usually crowded, and at Christmas...whoa..verrry crowded, but they do a good job of getting you in and out efficiently!

I found some of the items i wanted they were helpful in looking to see if they had the other items but was not in stock

Good selection and the prices arent horrible. Although the manager was very rude and was making a conscious and obvious effort to avoid customers. The girl that checked us out was very nice and helpful but the manager was awful when there was a mistake made. Small mistake, easily fixed but it was as if I asked for his first born son.

Great customer service, huge variety. However I do not recommend the special ordering / shipped to your home 4 anyting. In-store special-ordered a movie to be shipped to my home, almost a month later still dont have it, waiting for them to ship me a new one...ugh

Its a fun place to come see some neat things. I wouldnt recommend buying a movie here, as its all cheaper on Amazon.They have lots of neat collectibles, tons of Funko Pops, and lots of neat Asian candy/food.They also have a life-size Deadpool statue that gets cheaper each time I come in, and is calling my name...

Do NOT let them sign you up for any free trial rewards program. Theyll talk about how you can easily call and cancel the program so that you will not get charged $12 a month. But when you call, they will not give you a cancellation confirmation, and theyll charge you for $83 magazine subscription. Horrible experience. Will not ever come back because of their deceptive tactics to get you to sign up for their membership.

Best place in town to get out-of-print movies. Lots of other neat little quirky (overpriced) ...stuff too.

Has great difficult to find & rare items from cinematography

Decent selection, prices a little high for some items, but usually fair. Make sure to pay attention as employees are encouraged to sign you up for things you may not want. Employees arent pushy or rude though. Would give 3.5 if possible.

Products from all over and kind staff. You cant go wrong on a date or with kids.

Its like a thrift shop, u can find stuff u didnt expect, the only thing, they took out the tvs and dont show movies anymore 😔

Movies and merchandise. You can always find the latest, and even some of the classics.

Great selection, the best you will find in Omaha, carry many obscure and rare titles, however the prices can be iffy at times.

The variety is not as good as it used to be but they still might have just what youre looking for.

They always seem to have the hard to find movies Im looking for.
