It’s been over a month and I still have not received my ring! They said it’s been ordered 3 times and I’m still waiting! Although they have “done what they could” it’s ridiculous that I haven’t received anything.

The staff was so helpful. And I have lots of ideas for more jewelry.

I love Pandora. The salespeople are always super friendly and really make my day! Their jewelry is super cute and high quality. Always something new! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this Pandora. They genuinely care about others and do their best to ensure an amazing experience.

I love pandora. Its always crowded, but worth the wait. The staff is very helpful. The only thing, during holiday season they dont offer jewelry cleaning, because they are extremely busy. But it would be nice if they could figure out how to fit it in. We want our jewelry to look great during the holidays also.

Been having issues with this store since a certain employee left. We miss Tim. I have been a long time pandora lover. If I could give zero stars I would. My pandora broke and I had to make two trips just to find out if the bracelet could be replaced and/or fixed. After the SECOND trip the manager was supposed to be on site to meet me. Had a time set up and he just left when I arrived. Employee calls, manager says replace bracelet, all good. Then, during an awesome sale at the same time, I buy quite a few things. Including a second bangle, thinking I need more room. Turns out I dont went to exchange for a clip. I am turned away, they said all sales are final. What a joke, I have bought, returned, exchanged many times over the years with pandora during many sales. To say the least, I will tell all of my friends that like pandora to take their business to Elisa Ilana and not to the Westroads store for sure. One more thing, Tim knows customer service and takes care of people. We miss him and we are glad he works elsewhere now. Sad this happened and sucks to have this experience with something I have been wearing for over 10 years. One of my favorite things. Dont shop here. Please, look elsewhere.
