Clifford Cycles is a relatively small facility however if youve never seen how they harvest horsepower, torque, and performance you should stop by and get a look. Jim is one of the nicest and most qualified mechanic or technicians in town for sure if not the country. Work ethic old school committment and stands behind their work ( probably behind because if they stand in front they could get run over ha-ha) its purely up to you to think that was funny or not. Parts repairs performance boosts and sales of used motorcycles are all done consistantly everyday. So if you have a need for any of that, go see Jim.
Great service very helpful and went above and beyond to get my bike fixed right. Will only do my business here
Dude is a wacko, unprofessional, deceitful and just not worth the headache . Went in to have a stator replaced on my HD not only did he charge me almost triple than what he quoted me but when I got the bike home that next morning there was a significant oil leak. Called the shop and let them know what the problem was said he was busy at the moment but will get back with me, 3 days later still no response. I called the shop back and he has been avoiding me every since. Im just going to go in. Wish I would of read the reviews before going in. NEVER AGAIN. Steer Clear from this place!
Great service at a timely manner. always get the job done on time. Parts may take a bit to get but thats part of the business. Good people to work with.
Jim is awesome. Willing to go above and beyond for anyone. No BS kinda guy.
I called Jimmy for a dyno tune and he got me in within a couple of days. I had never met him, but within a little bit of talking; I had faith he knew what he was doing.Did he turn my Harley into a rocket? No! He tuned the bike the way HD should have at the factory. It definitely has better response and smoother transitions.Much appreciated!!!For those of you that found Jimmy to be unprofessional (bad reviews); he’s a man making a living off of his wealth of knowledge. Don’t expect a red carpet or a hot coffee upon arrival. His shop isn’t spotless like a stealership and that’s the way I like it. I don’t care if it smells like old dust and fuel, as long as it doesn’t smell like BS.
Had my bike for 3 weeks and said they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. They put my bike off to the side to work on other bikes and I got tired of waiting. I showed up to pick up my bike and the owner was irritated because I didnt want to wait any longer. Paid my bill for not fixing my bike and took it home. Ended up just being a bad spark plug and bike runs great now. Save yourself some money and headaches, dont take your bike to this place for any repairs. Everytime I called they would tell me they were going to work on it the next day but never did. They like to give people the run around and waste peoples time.
Had three tires put on one carry in the other two were on the bike FAST TURN A ROUND TIME THANKS ALSO GOOD PRICE
Bought a 2017 BMW S 1000 RR in Kansas City...tried to get maintenance here at BMW here in Omaha and they put me off 10 days...Clifford got me in on a Saturday morning...and I am thrilled! Thank you Clifford Cycles!!!
They replaced a tire on my Vulcan 2000, ordered a tire and overnight shipping and didnt charge extra for the quick service... So the service was affordable and quick!
Horrible customer service from the owner. Not only did I pay and end up with the wrong tire. But he kept my sprocket. I was forced to go buy a new one and he wouldnt refund me.
They physically robbed me for money and lied to my mom and lied to me. They did not fix my motorcycle like they said they did. They refused to refund our money they refuse to help us in any way Im going to have to go to the courthouse to get a refund. Theyre very rude and manipulative. They sent someone to knock on my door aggressively at my moms house because I gave them a bad review. Theyre real criminals here and I plan on having it fully investigated. Ive given the many opportunities to refund the money but they refuse to. They sent someone to knock on my door to intimidate me over a Facebook review.
I gave this guy my motorcycle with new tires to put them on. Results: job has been done perfectly with scratched rims. (Scratches were long and deep)
Jim does a great job on our engines
They had my bike for six weeks continually telling me it would be done The next day or That week. I finally just picked my bike back up unfixed when the owner informed me that it would be $600 to fix my bike instead of the $200 he had quoted me originally. I have after talking to some others been told that is an ongoing issue with their shop. I will never use them again for any reason. My bike has since been fixed it cost me $150 at a dealership.
Paid 400 awhile back and they did not fix back same problem
Gave me one price then when bike was done raised it 300.00, bike was clean when it went it came back a greasy mess, never ran right since I got it back had to spend 600.00 to redue the mess he made, paid to have it put on the dyno when I pickup up bike said he could not find print outs I would have thought they would have been stored on the computer he used, bad service all the way around, also miss installed the power command control burnt out one of my coils.
Had a 107 kit installed in my 2013 Street Glide by Cliffords Cycle. Included head work, CP pistons, cam, and dyno. Awsome results 115 hp and 115 tq with a decatted head pipe and twin slash slipons! Cant wait to upgrade the exhaust and redo the dyno! Happy customer!!
Carried in my old rear tire, and he installed a new one while I waited. Got to pick his brains about stuff while I was there.Thank you!
Jim is the best hands down.
Great prices and service
Great place good people
We should have looked at the reviews before it would have saved us $600 and the BS we got!
Awful customer service, they can never return calls and dont keep commitments on service .
Not worth the money or the time
Great service
Good shop
