Pricing is comparable to most other shops in the country including online. I drove from South Kansas City for the Apollo Blazer 9 and its powerful enough for even me at 6 ft 3 in and 200 lb. My son loves it and he has plenty of room to grow into the bike.

Very good service, new models and brand new batteries. Probably be back to buy motorcycle and kid mini bike or youth 4 wheeler some day. Worth the 3 hour drive! Thought was fake Facebook ad for how cheap was but is real. Check it out!!!

Called to get some help, first number was an answering machine, said to call another #. Called and someone picked up, said he was sales service everything, I would presume the owner. Started to tell him my problem with our four wheeler and he hung up and wouldnt answer after. I planned to buy replacement parts there or better yet I have two kids who will eventually outgrow both of the atvs I have for them and we will be in the market, but will not be shopping here, I see why there are so many bad reviews. First and only time I will attempt business here.

This place has treated us horribly. We bought a moped from them. The minute we got it home, there had been nothing but issues with it. We were given the run-around in getting it fixed or money refunded. They even told us to take it to a different mechanic s Ryker said they would reimburse those costs. they decided not to pay the fees. The last time Ryker had the moped, they said they would actually deliver it when it was fixed. They lied about that as well. Went it to get the moped licensed on Monday it was found out that Ryker gave Us the wrong title. Is still not straighten out and the customer service experience has been awful. The couple promises they made to make the issue better, they later said they were no longer going to do. I would never buy from Them again and encourage others to be careful when doing so.

We bought a quad about three years ago for me. worked perfect. 2 years later we bought a 125cc dirt bike worked perfectly, no problems, good starter bike traded it in for a new one last year and no problems it WORKS GOOD IF U TAKE CARE OF IT!!!!!!! And we are probably going to buy another bike from them. We going to wait for the owner since he haggles down and yesterday when we went there they knew us and we get along very well. we haggled down on the fuel on and off switch. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My parents recently purchased an ATV for our children from this poorly run operation for it, after only being used twice by a 7 year on flat ground, to have a weld on the frame break. We took the ATV to the store where the extremely rude worker refused to even look at the ATV for warranty repair or replacement, laughed at my father, said they didnt have a mechanic available, that the kids broke it, that we would need to take it to a welder to be fixed and it wasnt their problem. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!! HORRIBLE!!!

I had a good experience shopping there. Felt like a valued customer. The salesman was very helpful. Even when another customer had questions for the salesman. The next salesman stepped in and finished up the paperwork.

We purchased our 6 year old a quad for Christmas. During the winter he couldn’t ride it often. The first nice weekend we took it out and the chain broke off. We took the quad and chain back to the store after they confirmed over the phone they would make it right. The store worker said he didn’t have time for us but that he’s give us a “new” chain piece and told my fiancé to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. When we said it’s basically new and shouldn’t break immediately like it did, he handed us the chain and said “oh it’s easy.” Upon exiting the store 4 other customers were bringing dirt bikes, quads, and pieces back to the store. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We’re very unhappy with the product ($800) with the chain breaking as well as having to replace the battery on day 2 (again, winter, didn’t ride it ... but it wouldn’t start). Incredibly unsatisfied with the “customer service” as we were instructed to “YouTube it.” Disappointed is an understatement.Do NOT purchase here.

Always friendly customer service. Ive visited here a few times. Theyre very helpful. I know a few people who have owned their vehicles and were happy with them. In addition to them my linebacker sized friend jumped on one of their 90cc clutchless, foot shifting kids quad that was purchased for my child and it surprisingly carried him around like a champ, just at a slower speed than when my kid was on it. And more recently I rode my friends kids quad and it is a quality machine. Hes well over 200 lb and it carries him surprisingly quick! Theyre built well with a great price. It seems some people gave bad reviews based on hearsay without their own personal experience. And it seems some people do absolutely no research before buying something then want to complain about their poor decisions. It doesnt make sense to tarnish someones reputation based on your lack of research. I cant say none of their machines never needed replaced. I dont have info on that. Im sure its like anything in life, things are going to need replaced at some point and when its a vehicle you should simply expect that. What I know is MY experience with their machines. Ive been racing my Honda 400ex the past few years and I know a decent machine when I see one and their machines are certainly up to standards.  And occasionally they have a decent used inventory from various manufacturers as well. Last time I was up there they had a nice Honda 700 I had my eye on.

We got a 4 wheeler for my son here I loved the customer service. Robert told me everything I needed to know from oil to tightening bolts after a bit of riding. The owner was in as well and seemed like a decent dude maybe he just doesnt put up with peoples b.s. I had an amazing experience with this store and up until recently had never even touched an ATV or bike and they did amazing. There were customers from other shops buying there even so obviously competitive pricing. No complaints. I will be back for sure. Keep up the good work you guys ignore the Karens of the world.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a brand new 125 atv and had it 3 weeks, it wasnt even broke in and it just stopped. Took it there and their mechanic was going to drug treatment so from last july until now its been there. Was told they cant fix it after i was told warranty would cover the part. Went to get it yesterday and there was at least 10 peices missing off of my brand new atv. The owner wont do anything but run his mouth. I have contacted the BBB as well. Truly sickens me that someone would run a buisness like that. My daughter saved her money for a year and she is 9, now i have to exlpain to her why there are croocked people in this world. .

I recently purchased a trailmaster golf cart from Ryker. This company arranged to have the cart shipped to my house in west des moines the day after I ordered it, the cart arrived on time, and the delivery guy took time to explain how to operate the cart before leaving. The cart is exactly what the company represented and my family is having a great time using it. Quite frankly, I was hesitant to purchase from this company bc of some of the reviews, however, my experience was very good, and I would certainly recommend Ryker Power Sports

I would have to say this place is very disappointing. The men working in the sales part were nice and helpful. I received a few tips from them on how to fix my scooter myself. I should have taken this as a warning to their service department. I took my scooter here to be fixed. I was told that it would be a 2 week turnaround time for me to get it back. I checked in weekly for a month straight just to see if my scooter had even been looked at yet. I was informed that it had not been looked at and that I can come get it and take it somewhere else to be fixed. A month after dropping it off, I picked it up and it had damage to the fender and it will not start. Along with an extra 120 miles put on it. All with no resolve. So thanks to the kind and professional guys at Ryker power sports for all the help.

Very disappointed. Understand these are very low quality products and even lower quality customer service. If you decide to run the risk, carefully look over every part of the atv before you leave. We took one right of out of the pickup and with parking brake locked, it rolled off a retaining wall with a child on it. Next, the same atv had a wheel fall off while in use. Upon further inspection, there were no castle nuts on either front wheels. When I called, they right away made it my fault and have yet to fix the problem. I should have looked over the vehicle before i left, however, when i buy a brand new car i assume the lugluts will be on the wheels when i leave. Will gladly update if and when they correct the situation.4/16/21First off, the payment was not cancelled, it was disputed. It is not illegal. Its one of the few options consumers have when products are recieved damaged and are having trouble finding a solution with the vendor. I am not expecting anything for free, I just want the atvs fixed.Actually, I called about the problem and you were very receptive to making it right. You said you were in Des Moines weekly and you would give me allstar service and bring the materials to repair the issues to my house the next time you were in Des Moines. You said you would call me back to let me know if it would be Thursday or Friday. After not hearing from you I called back Friday afternoon and was told there was not a Des Moines run that week, but next week there would be. Same thing happened the following week. I tried to be patient and allow adequate time but never recieved a call. I waited one month and while waiting, noticed positive reviews from people recieving shipments in Des Moines. I believed this would not be resolved and took action. I still have not recieved a call back, and you obviously have my contact info from my purchase contract which you published online, which has its own set of business ethics and legal violations. I propose you, the owner, contact me and we work this out.

Ive purchased 7 items from Ryker over the past few years. Great service, great prices. They are very clear on how to maintain the atvs and what my warranty covers. They have stood behind every warranty issue Ive had. I will continue to do business with them for many years to come.

Really wanted to give a good review because when buying the side by side everyone was very nice and helpful, even drove out to bring me keys for the gas tank they forgot to give us. However when it quit working on day two of driving it at first owner said don’t worry I’ll take care of it but here we are months later and I’m just getting it back and had to pay 200 dollars more for labor. I had to bug the owner for days to even get an update. And shouldn’t had been responsible for any payment on a product that completely broke after two days of riding around a neighborhood and had a warranty for 30 days. The employees are very friendly but the service if something happens is beyond ridiculous. Also u will be charged 3% if u use a card for payment and don’t have cash.

I was extremely happy day one. I purchased 4 brand new machines, all at once.Day 2 they started falling apart.One bolt missing before the first oil change.Handle bars came apart on day 3 on One of the bikes. Gas leaking big time now. I Was told I had a 90 day warranty, and now they say it only covers engine and transmission. They suggested I buy a new gas tank for a month old bike, thats never been wrecked or abused.Sorely disappointed. Will tell this story to anyone who will listen.

Bought a dirt bike from here and it broke right away. They told me I could take it back in and they’d fix it. It’s been almost a year and they still haven’t fixed it. I can’t even get ahold of them and on the rare occasion I do they tell me it’ll be fixed next week. Absolute worst company to buy from

Bought a moped Saturday first time it was driven was Monday and the mirror came off. Its stripped! Tried calling several times to reach a full mailbox. I would not recommend anyone to go here to purchase anything. The bike we were sold was damaged by the person would traded it in that day. They didnt even look it over and charged us full price. They also gave us incorrect information. If he would have answered my question without lying we wouldnt of made the purchase. Such a rip off place. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

The 4 wheelers I bought there are falling a part my husband had to tighten all the bolts and my sons battery hold fell off. The 4 wheeler I bought for my Grandson the wheel fell of while he was driving it. Im very disappointed in this place!!!

I was very interested in a Honda scooter they had. Joel didnt know the model of Honda (Forza). He obtained that but couldnt get the year, the mileage, or the VIN number. He couldnt start it, because the battery was too dead. No owners manual or any description on it. They couldnt service it. I asked him to recharge or jump the battery and let me know the mileage on it at least. He said hed text me. Right!

We took our scooter to be fixed in March 2020. It is now July and we still do not have our scooter. They never return phone calls or text. Weve stopped 3 times and they take our number and say they will get back to us but it never happens. We are starting to wonder if they even have our scooter. Do not take anything there if you expect to get it back in a timely fashion.....or at all.

Horrible customer service. Like many others they were great when it came to getting the sale but a few days later when the ATV my step son purchased with his own money broke down we can’t seem to get in touch with anyone there. Calls and messages simply go unanswered. The ignition broke, the breaks are 95% gone, emergency break stopped working. This is a huge safety concern but they just don’t seem to care. Pretty sad that these guys are willing to take $1000 from a 14 year old kid but not stand behind their sale. Money this kid has been saving up for 2+ years. These guys are nothing short of predators. Wish I could give a zero rating.

We drove all the way from Lincoln because their website said they were open,, however the shop was closed and the phone number they provided kept going to voicemail.Another customer got a hold of someone on the phone and the reply was that everyone should know they were closed for memorial Day, however online say they are open. I think you guys lost at least good 4 Customers.And I feel really bad for the birthday kid who was told that he can pickup his toy that day,, just to let you know he was crying outside your store.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Don’t buy from this place. This place is known for poor quality and poor salesmanship. We owned our cart for less than 1 week and realized we couldn’t have it where we planned to use it. The business would not trade or return it. Now two weeks later, we can’t sell it because the business is known for selling poor quality items, with poor repairs/warranty work and difficult to work with employees. Horrible customer service. My boyfriend bought a bike from here, paid in CASH, and was told they were going to have to send him the title in the mail. Over a month later he still doesn’t have the title. They told him “John” was going to mail him the title from Texas and never did. Then another person told him they were going to mail him a new intransit and the title because they had it on the “desk in front of them”. A week later he still doesn’t have it. They’ve told him they would call him back multiple times and never do. You would think they would treat their customers with more respect especially when they pay upfront in cash. Believe all the bad reviews you read and don’t buy from this place.

I went there today. The guy seemed nice and said he was dropping the price cheaper cause new shipment coming in. Well after reading reviews Im not sure now. What a shame, cause it seemed like a great deal.

Have bought 2 4-wheeler from Ryker and have had great experience with sells team. We even decided to take one back to upgrade and had no issues with anyone doing so highly recommend if in market for a cheaper Chinese recreation vhicle. Note these our Chinese so must take care of units and not just think you can tear am up like a honda or poloris.

I went to go get a new chain for my rhino 250 and great help and customer service! Super nice people in there too and great inventory!!!

Where to even begin, we were told by a family member to check out Ryker powersports when we were talking about getting a 4 wheeler for our daughter. We ordered one for Christmas of 2019 that we were to pick up on Dec 23rd, we received a call on Dec 22nd that they didn’t have it and had a different model but the same engine. Of course we had no choice as this was her Christmas present. We gave it to her for Christmas and she got to ride it for the first time in early February. My daughter has rode this thing 5 times, we’ve owned it sense Dec 23rd of 2019 and as of May 20th 2020 it has been back to them 3 times to be worked on, it has gone through 3 batteries. That’s almost a battery a month sense she started riding it. It never starts, and when we called the manager at Ryker to just say we were done and wanted a different one or our money back he laughed at my wife. When she asked for the owners number he said you won’t get anywhere with him but here you go. The owner was worse then then the manger, being very disrespectful to my wife and swearing. I would never buy anything from these people and I will let everyone I talk to know that. Enjoy the video.

I found over 10 ATV ads for sale on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged them today to see if they were still in stock. I was told yes and to come out. I drove from Lincoln and when I arrived there was not an ATV in the place. I complained to the salesman who couldnt care less and who told me he didnt know who is running the Facebook account. If they are this dishonest with advertising, i wouldnt trust them enough to purchase anything from!

Bought a kids dirtbike from Riker Powersports. Everything went well until sending me the paperwork for the bike Gave me the runaround tell me I’ll be there in two weeks I called them in three weeks they couldn’t find itAnd still to this day don’t have the paperwork for the dirtbike.

Bought a 2018 Harley,- Great price, great service. Seen a couple negative ads but no where close to anything I experienced. Sales person was knowledgeable and I spent 2 thousand less on bike that had 8 miles. I like the selection of bikes and ended up returning to buy an ATV for the kiddos 3 days later. Since purchasing the bike Ive called back 4 times for advise and they were accommodating each encounter. Only recommendation I would give is a bigger sign on the outside of the building. I didnt see the store in the middle of Millard Plaza.

Staff friendly. NO masks or social distancing is done there and the wait time to pick up something they forgot to give you was very long. Mailbox on their phone is always full so you cant leave a message

Not sure why they dont have a better rating. We have purchased 2 of our scooters there, have had them repair both of them (at different times), and we get our tune-ups there. They have great service and a great mechanic.

Drove over an hour to Rykers to get a replacement battery for my daughters four wheeler. Got home and discovered we were given the wrong size and it wouldnt fit into the slot. I called rykers and was told the owner wouldnt lose money sending us the correct battery and told me he would lose out on $20.I understand people make mistakes but if a mistake is made, they should be responsible to fix it. VERY poor customer service and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

They did a great job repairing my sons SSR 125. Great communication from owner all along the way, and stayed within my budget on repairs. They are people who will do extras within reason and used parts when they can. Highly recommend, Thanks, TJ

I got a four wheeler a month or two ago and 3 days after i bought it the tires came off and my four wheeler accelerates without me touching the throttle ive brought it to them once and they barely did anything and if i could give them any lower review i would.

To start with check out their website as it died not show the inventory and when i asked about a bike i was told to come in and of course they did not have the bike. They are HONEYPOTTING people with bikes and deals they cant make!!!

I ordered bikes said they come in and when finally got a hold of some one to see if i could pick them up they sold my bikes to some one else not cool they dont keep there word

There needs a place to put zero stars. I bought a gold card for my son in June 2018 they told me how wonderful a product that was how durable it is and how they haven’t had any trouble with any one of them they have sold. So far since June I have had to replace the intake manifold Front left brake caliper the master cylinder the motor uses about a quart of the world and our this machine is junk. I tried to order a brake caliper through them they told me for a month straight it was on order then they told me to find it myself I would strongly recommend to everyone to go somewhere else I would avoid doing business with these folks at all cost‘s

All of their product is cheap garbage that falls apart within the first few hundred miles and to top it off all of the employees are either completely clueless to what they are even selling or they are swindling you for every cent they can get.I do not know how this place is even open...

I purchased a Cazador Thunder and a Trailmaster 300 go kart and I love both. The staff were professional and able to answer all my questions. I did my research and understand the savings one can get when not buying a name brand without sacrificing quality. Both items so far have run great. I followed the instructions of the break-in period and am having a blast with my go kart!! I also own 1 Honda & 1 Yamaha and dont see the difference in quality. I will be back and I will and have recommended them to friends

I bought a Go Kart from Ryker for my sons birthday and it blew a tire the same day. A few days later, it blew a different tire. Not only would Ryker not stand behind the product they sold me, the owner told me I dont even care when I explained my disappointment over the phone. Dont be fooled. The prices are cheap because the machines are CHEAP and the customer service is dreadful.

I am a small business owner and normally would never go out of my way to leave a negative review for another business however this is the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with Someone. I wanted to buy a trailer from them that I saw on Facebook marketplace and the owner told me to Come on down to pick it up. When I showed up I found out someone else had already put a deposit on it that morning and drove down from South Dakota to pick it up at the exact same time. The reason the owner sent me to pick it up and did not know it was already being purchased is because he was trying to do business from Texas. I went ahead and ordered a new one because they told me it would take them 2 weeks to get 1 built and to me. I put a deposit down . Last Week I told the owner I want a refund because I was told the trailer would only take 2 weeks and it has been 2 months. Not one time did they ever call me to update me On the progress of the trailer after the 2 weeks had passed. When I had finally reached the owner almost a month after and tried to explain my frustrations he told me he didnt give a damm if I was frustrated because he had more important things going on. I told him I wanted a refund then and he replied that hell give me my refund when he dam well pleases. He does not have a professional bone in his body. I am still waiting for my refund today. He has went as far as trying to get a rise out of me through text messages when I have texted for My refund. Just last night Texted back he feels sorry for my family. Keep in mind this is the owner of this company Texting that to a potential customer. My advice is dont purchase anything from these people. Their trailers dont even have brakes on them which Im pretty sure is not legal. All you have to do is read a few of his replies to a few other reviews and see the maturity and the lack of ownership he has.

My dad bought an off brand atv for my son a couple years back, (yes, I know off brands have a bad name, but this lil one worked great for a couple years until he out grew it).We went to Ryker power sports, where I thought my dad had purchased the older one. We bought a 110 atv, for our 7yr old.We loaded it up and headed out to the track to ride it, only to get there and find the governor screw was stripped, so my son had to sit and watch everyone else ride, while he sat on his new atv that he couldn’t ride.We received a replacement screw a couple days later and tried again. My husband picked the atv up to load it, the back rack snapped off!!!My son hasn’t even rode his atv and it’s broken.We loaded it anyway. After an hour of riding the engine starts going out, and the paint is already chipped. I called Ryker Power-sports to explain our situation. They immediately went in defense mode, telling me I was lying about purchasing our older one from them because they didn’t even have a smaller model. I called my dad to find out he had only bought parts for the older atv there, not the ATV. Long story short... not all off brands are bad. Just Don’t buy it from Ryker Power sports!!!! Not only is my son heart broken that his atv is broken, but I was also called a liar! I was told it wasn’t THERE problem my son’s heart was broken, that they did offer to a replacement part as long as we bought it. I’ve never in my life experience such awful costumer service.*Please share, so hopefully another little boy doesn’t have to experience such disappointment.

They are liars! If you are uneducated they will take advantage of you and sell you a low quality item for a higher price. It’s very sad there are still people like that in this world. They deserve negative stars. Not even worth a one star. STAY AWAY.

Never ever again this place is a joke. We bought two bikes from them and brought one in for repair. We called for 2 weeks to see if it had been looked at and we repeatedly were hung up on. Then when I picked it up they charged us 100 more than what was quoted. When I started complaining he got in my face and kicked me out in front of my kids! I have never experienced worse customer service In my life!!! Good Luck!!

I went in to Rykers right around march just to see what kind of quality their insanely cheap bikes were, and let me say I was not impressed. The bikes look like theyre built pretty well but just look cheap in general. they claim that the engines are Honda clones but as far as im concerned they arent worth the risk. For those of you that are looking for a cheaper option, i would recommend spending the extra $500-1000 on a real name brand motorcycle. Do your research.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I have never received such horrible abuse from an owner of a company in my life. We purchased a brand new dirt bike from Ryker, and when we attempted to start it at home, it was very hard to start. My wife and son could not even get it started. So I took it back to have them look at it. They said there was nothing they could do, that is how all of those bikes are, then told me I had to pay a $40 service fee for having them look at their brand new bike that we couldnt start. I told the owner I was not paying for service on a brand new bike that we didnt even use, plus they didnt even do anything to the bike when I took it back. The owner proceeded to verbally abuse me, yell at me, threatened to call the police, and said I could not pick up my bike unless I pay the bill. I had no choice but to pay for service that was not performed, and on a brand new bike I had just purchased from them.

I can see why the reviews are down. -Customer Service is poor.

Fair pricing, friendly and fast service

Would never buy here again. Had a problem with a hammerhead machine. More interested in blaming me than trying to fix problem. Machine had all of 24 miles on it. Dont waste your time or money at this place. There are other places that will value you as a customer.

I bought a icebear fuerza 125cc at ryker powersports and i absolutely love it.Not only was the sales personal friendly and answered all my question the mechanics were a cool group of guys who knew what they were doing. We bought a go kart and before we got home four of the lugnuts fell off and then about a week later it wouldn’t start and the brakes didn’t work. So we took it back to them and it was supposedly under warranty but they said it was $130 to get it back or they threatened to push it into the ally and let it sit there over night. The go kart now burns about a quart of oil every day. This place is the worst experience I have ever had buying something.

Do yourself a favor and spend I little extra $$ somewhere else!! These guys are a joke! No customer service. Blatant A-HOLES!! Sold me a damaged machine and would not warranty a junk part on a brand new machine JOKE!!!!

Buy name brand. These machines arent quality made and the caliber of machine performance is below par.

Bought a brand new SSR 125 bike from him got it home and noticed it was leaking oil and the wires were all taped up so we contacted them and they told us to change the oil. So my grandson change the oil and it was leaking worse so its basically been parked and I finally got a truck to take it back up to them to have them look at it. A Salesman and another gentleman thats the owner Luis greeted us when we got there and also John Ammerman all this time Ive been dealing with Luis and he basically told us we could wait on the bike. Well mr. Ammermans walked over and said Im the one that makes decisions here youre not waiting on this bike so we went ahead and left it. They took pictures of the wires that were all taped and of the oil all over the motor. So a week and a half goes by and then tell me that they need parts so they ordered the part put it inside the motor and we go to pick it up that next weekend and they charge $139 labor. Which under warranty you shouldnt have to pay any labor but Mr ammerman said this bike was abused because he remove the mirrors cuz he didnt like them and there was oil all over the motor which we told him it was spraying up there. And there was some mud on it too from riding it on the street so they refused to give the 139 labor fees back. And everybody knows this story and everybodys scared of mr. Ammerman so theyre not saying what really went on and Ive seen text and videos of how they ride these bikes. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now we wait. Yeah this gentleman is not very friendly to his customers at all so just beware.

They use sleezy sales tactics to lure uneducated buyers in to purchase inferior machines at high prices. “No refunds or exchanges” is on their receipts for a reason! Do not ever buy from them and do your best to tell everyone you know to stay away!
