Went in to fix bikes starting issues. Walked in, everyone was super nice in the service department. The guys were knowledgeable and knew what was wrong by listening to it. Called me just 2 hours later saying it was done and was getting detailed. Got the bike back and there was not a spot of dirt or water spot to be seen. Started great and was on my way.

The guys are great and really make going to the store fun and are willing to help out. Scott and the floor, Manager are awesome dudes.

Buddy and I were traveling and he had a problem with his bike. They got us in, fixed the problem, and we were back on the road the next day! Great crew!

So about 1 year ago I had laid my 03 Dyna fxd down going over an unseen speed bump! I took my bike to Defiance for the repairs. First and foremost I want to say that they did a spectacular job on the repair! Once finished, I loaded my bike into my pickup and drive to the Orlando area and garaged it, (Im a over the road truck driver) upon having an opportunity to ride I go for a120 mile trip, upon returning home I notice that my saddlebags are smoking because they didnt adjust the height correctly, and had discoloured the exhaust tips! So I called, spoke with Carl in service, he sent me new saddlebags, and I like the sound of my exhaust, so hes going to ceramic coat my exhaust tips at my request! It doesnt get any better than this kind of customer service! Way to go Defiance Harley Davidson! Thank you for having that type of customer service riders can depend on!

Nice staff. Like any HD store, way over priced. The pre owned inventory was nowhere to be found and the service department is weeks behind. Dont bring your bike here unless youre ok with leaving it for a month.

The staff are always very helpful without hanging over your shoulder. Clean, well organized and enough room to maneuver around racks. All said, a very nice store.

Mens night was great 1/30/20. Great to catch up with the staff and friends.

The entire staff was great to deal with. They loaned me a helmet and riding gear so I could test ride my Harley. Russ was great to deal with. No pressure sales tactics, was willing to communicate through texts/calls/emails. Sent me pictures of new bikes as they came into inventory. Russ made sure to listen to me and answered ever question or concern I had. It was a great experience.

Friendly sales staff, the parts people were not as knowledgeable as Ive encountered at other shops. But they tried hard.

The staff stayed more than 2 hours after close because U was asking questions. They didnt even know if I was going to buy. When it came time to work out a deal they got the bike down to the price and payments that I was happy with and made the deal happen! 99 percent of the time the dealer always wins but I sure left feeling like I won THAT day! I drove from KCMO to check out a bike listed on their website. I worked with Russ. Hes not just a great salesman but an awesome person. The whole experience was amazing. I have a love/hate relationship with pushy salesmen. Wanted to walk into the store after the demo ride but was instead subjected to a questionnaire outside, or thats how I felt like after I was done riding. A little space and some air would be appreciated next time.

Brought a tire in on a Saturday to have a new tube put in. They were busy setting up for some event, but the service department was real helpful and helped me immediately, got the tire fixed and ready to go in less than 20 minutes while I walked around the showroom. The guy at the service counter was great to work with, didn’t have a name tag on, but was an older gentleman with bifocals. Also the technician that replaced the tube was quick and did a great job, think his name was Joe. I’ve always overlooked defiance because of their small size, and made the drive to Dillon Brothers. But because of the good service and being that I live in Ralston, I’ll go to Defiance Harley first from now on. Thanks guys!

The store was very clean and well organized. Staff was extremely friendly, resourceful and helpful. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and assisted with our purchase. This HD had more trinkets and gifts than others Ive visited in the past. They also had a great selection of holiday gifts.

Been working with them for about a week. Salesman Russ. From the very beginning I asked if the 2018 Sportster was apart of the freedom ride. He said they make exceptions. Thinking he meant that it was. I went forward and got a approved. Its a 2hr drive there. I was getting ready and I wanted to make sure all the ducks were in a row. Mind you Ive been told Ive been approved. Didnt mention any sort of money down. But before I leave I have to have 20% down and the bike isnt apart of the freedom ride program. If they told me from the beginning about the 20% down and that the bike WASNT apart of the program. No harm no fowl. Id find a new bike and put money down. They did not though. You lost my business.

Me and my wife were traveling across the states on my road glide and we have been having a problem with throttle last couple of weeks it took 3 Harley dealerships to figure out what was wrong and every time they tried to fix it, it happened again after around 50 miles. Finally when we get to defiance, guys were extremely knowledgeable and for the first time they found problem somewhere else, took us for service right away when they found out we are traveling and fixed the problem same day, since then bike has been running like new. Absolutely recommending this place!

1st visit with new name Defiance ( sounds like a biker). 5 stars for location, design, show floor, displays parts, clothing, jewelry, merchandise (plaques, decals etc) very nice polite and helpful staff Jared in parts was great! Lisa however out sold Jared ($182 to $18) ha-ha. It seems Carol & I are higher maintenance than even a Harley! But I rate 1 star to me as the buyer. Remember I mentioned the displays, well before I left 2 more items needed to come home with me KLH (cant recall his name) nice guy though sold $33 more. Good thing I was driving the truck!

We purchased a 2015 street glide from Eric & Lonnie at Definace Harley Davidson and they were amazing sales people. They made sure we were totally satisfied with our purchase, we were not pressured into anything what so ever. Eric is an awesome salesperson with lots of positive energy.
