I havent bought a car from them for a few years, but Ive been looking around for an SUV lately & wanted to check on their reviews as of lately. I will say that I had a really good experience when I bought my orange hhr a few years ago. I have had very minor issues with it and it has been an amazing car to me! the sale was quick & everyone was super friendly! i would recommend cherry tree for sure!

We bought a car from Cherry Tree. 26 days later the struts broke. Lemon law says you have 30 days. He told us to come in on Saturday. Which was 31 days. We assumed he was putting in new struts. He bought used ones from a salvage yard. He said there wouldnt be a charge for labor. Because he couldnt do it till the 31st day there was. The paint on the front bumper just bubbled and blew off. We needed new bearings. Both. Tie rods. We recently had 2 flats. When we took off the back flat tire. There was ALOT of wear on the inside. The wires were showing. The mechanic said they mustve rotated the tires hiding the wear. That whoever did it knew there was from end damage. Did it to hide the fact. Because rear tires dont and cant wear like that. We were sent there by a family friend who was at one time a neighbor of one of the owners. Said they could be trusted. WRONG!!! This whole ordeal has been one expensive nightmare. I would never send anymore to Cherry Tree for anything.

I have been buying cars from these guys for 25 yrs. Always good quality cars that they have put out after inspection and repair. They stand behind their vehicles.

I just dont trust Cherry Tree Auto, the prices are well under typical book values, but thats what you are getting, you are not getting a fully reconditioned vehicle, you are getting a car thats in pretty good shape right now and is not perfect and priced that way.

Purchased a car had problems with tranmission 1 day later, guy took it back without a fight, good customer service, not every car place would do that, will be going back.
