WOW: I didnt think honest car dealers existed anymore. Pascarellas proved me wrong. They let me take the car to my mechanic without any questioning or hesitation. Danielle provided me with copies of the maintenance work that Pascarellas performed on the car prior to my purchase. This is the first dealership Ive ever been to that made me feel 100 percent comfortable and confident in my purchase. Danielle had such a positive personality. I really enjoyed working with her. She can easily put a smile on your face. After spending time with the Pascarella family you can tell these people really take pride in what they do and they will bend over backwards for you. Excellent family owned business! I recently purchased a used Trailblazer at a great price, and it was in excellent condition as they had already replaced several parts on the truck. The day after I drove it home all the power steering fluid leaked out onto my driveway. I called them and they said to bring it in and they replaced all the power steering lines the next day, at NO CHARGE! You will not get that kind of service from the bigger dealers. They were very professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. To put this into perspective, I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango from Bergstrom and after signing the paperwork, I got into the truck to drive it home and it wouldnt start. I gave the paperwork back and asked for my down payment check and went home. The next day Bergstrom called me and said the fuel cell relay was bad, Dodge has a recall on it but there isnt a fix right now. So, they used a different GM fuel cell relay and TAPED it to the truck and said it will run fine unless that relay gets wet, or it just quits working. Their solution was to show me how to replace that relay and give me extra ones that I can use to fix the truck if it quits. They wanted me to fix it! Thats the difference between big dealerships and family owned dealerships like Pascarella Auto Sales. Thank you again Pascarellas, we will see you again!

My boyfriend find me a 2011 GMC Sierra. Beautiful truck but my advice to you is get the carfax report. Since I didnt buy it and he purchased it he never thought about it. 5 months later already had it in the shop twice. Had oil up in the spark plugs from crud in the oil. Had to have a whole oil change and tune up. And its not over with yet some of the rings are froze its been nothing but a nightmare with this thing for $18,000. my advice to you is get the Carfax the people there are nice but check out your vehicle or take it somewhere and get it checked out. Its way too much money to spend and then have it in the shop all the time

Purchased a coralla over 6months ago no problems, staff was friendly when purchasing.

Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from them at a great price, but turning out it was not really worth it seeing as almost 9 months later not even a full year and 5,000 miles from when I bought it the windshield shattered without any impact marks. WEIRD!!!! The car is starting to fall apart. The water pump just broke and this coming from the guys that said they had everything checked there were tiny dinks and stuff they found while looking under the hood and if I were to do it all again this would not be the place to go seeing as I have put almost $1500 in reparations to a car that was more than SLIGHTLY used. No wonder they sold it so cheap. Too good too be true

A lady friend had purchased me a 2009 Chevy Impala Lt, We had Mike take care of the purchasing it drived nice and smoothly and still does and I enjoy driving it till this day and If I need any help with my Chevy Impala I can ask Mike or Dave they are very helpful, I plan to return again.

Dissatisfied. Bought a 2004 Dodge Ram from Pacarella Auto in May this year. At the time of purchase, one rear taillight was being held in with metal roofing screws, the radio had constant static (also in CD mode), there was a slight wine coming from the rear axle and I noticed fresh paint along the rockers and over the rear wheel wells. I brought these concerns up to the salesman and after multiple requests, he would only bring the price down $700. I purchased the vehicle assuming I would be able to address the issues at minimal cost and still feel like I was getting a deal. A month later, the vehicle developed a transmission leak, radiator leak and bubbles in the paint along the rocker and wheel wells. I brought the vehicle back to Pascarellas and they would only offer to buy me some parts for the radiator leak which I would need to install myself. They referred me to a nearby auto shop to address the rear end wine and the estimate repair cost is $600 (my expense). At the end of the day I saved $700 on the initial purchase but ended up spending $600 (rear pinion gear bearings) +$50 (rear taillight) + $100 (new radio amplifier). In addition, the transmission still leaks, I have to install radiator parts and I have growing paint bubbles. Shame on me for assuming I would get a dealership to stand behind a vehicle they sold. Next time I will take my chances and purchase a vehicle from a private seller.

I called on a Saturday wanting to come buy an 08 dodge van they were already closing and they are closed on Sunday too I said Id be there Monday morning to get it. I even checked the website before leaving (it was still there) I drove 3 hours I got there and It was gone. Then the guy working stated there was nothing even written down.
