That being said, the help I recieved from Adam, Joseph, and Mike was above expected. Financing may or may not be guaranteed, but be sure to confirm how many payments you’ll be making per month—and at what amount. Payments can be rescheduled to a later time of the day only, so make your payment schedule known before they actually define it in their system.Albeit expensive overall, the actual financing program is only four years, so JDB could be a great place to get a car once your life has some stability. Let me first start by saying if you have bad credit you have like a 99.9% chance of being approve . However they do not give you full discloser of the monies you will owe them until you have put your down payment down ie they told me I had to put 2, 000 down to get the payment I wanted which I did, but then once we started filling out the paper work I owed something called deffered down payment of 800$, so my next two months I will be paying 400 then I find out they was charging me 91.00 for car insurance to which they never asked me if I had my own - which I did. I mean what can I say I have bad credit and got treated like I had bad credit and that I was broke and dumb . And be prepared to stay for hours and be told your approved but we are waiting on your approval, But their coffee is delious ...

Worst place ever! If your going to beat around the bush and lie to your customers your employees should all be on the same page! Highly do not recommend I’ve been trying to get the memorandum for my car since last year !!!! Waisted gas and time on numerous occasions to now be told I have to go to the dmv and get it. Horrible service and the staff isn’t great either the guy looked at me like I he was stupid and didn’t even know what he was talking about! Will be contacting someone and filling a complaint!

I came to byrider a couple months ago DON was our salesman smh very deceitful man told me and my mom so many lies one was since I don’t have my license she can co-sign and then when I get my license the car can be in my name and my mom can get off the car; so great we went through. I found a car I thought I loved a Ford Fusion The very next day ! My car didn’t start when I was leaving out for work smh, I had to get a tow to the dealer ship for them to check it out, they said it was nothing wrong they just had to charge my battery (even though to me that means I would need a new battery, but they didn’t give me one I wasn’t about to argue) right after I pick my car up I went to auto zone for them to check my battery they said that I have a bad battery and it can’t even charge to 100 so I call byrider they tried arguing with me on I have a “good battery” why the very next day MY CAR DIDNT START AGAIN ! I missed work twice !!!! I call byrider they said since I had one tow I had to pay for a new one ! When it was their fault for not just giving me a new battery in the first place, I talk to the manager (a man which I don’t even think he was the manager because my mom just left there and was told BRITTNEY KOTNIK is the manager) he said he will just send someone to my house to put my new battery in he was very nice. A week later my breaks was SO LOUD ! Just after a week ! I could barley stop !! I go get them fix from byrider and the breaks was the same I can barley stop but they weren’t so loud so I can’t drive too fast because I need a lot of time to stop smh my lights in the car dont work they didn’t fix it for me smh I can’t charge my phone using the front outlet smh, also my front headlight is out all my rims came off I have only ONE LEFT I only had my car three months okay ! it’s so hurtful how sneaky they are When I finally received my license I told Don he said Brittany will take my mom off my car and it will only be me he said this the day I bought my car lol The only reason my mother agreed to help me !!! why Today months later my mom go up there after Don told me last week as my mom called up there yesterday! They again said we can stop by and get her name off because I received my licenses. She get there they tell her she can’t get off the car she has to stay on forever until we pay off the car lol It’s funny because I knew it was bad business from the jump smh I’m disappointed in myself honestly because I could of went ANYWHERE for my first car note but just decided to go here smh they lie just to get a sale ! Then say (well you watched the video before the sale is finally and yes the video speaks on everything but when you talking to the sales man and he lie and lie and lie then watch the super long hour video the lady talking slow you won’t catch everything !!!!) they know what they doing and Please do not waist your time and money and it’s hiding fees !!!! My car note is supposed to be $180 each pay and I pay more than that ! Like why lie and take advantage ?! This world is so sad now a days smh be careful

Okay bought a vehicle from the Parma location, everyone from start to finish, professionals to the T, most respectful Ive seen in a long time, made me feel at home, and like family. Had a oil change done today, kinda a mixup in scheduling, oops my fault or theres, human error. They over came and adapted, had me in and out in an hour, they where busy . Cannot and will not ever have enought, Good things to say a out everyone there, from the first person to talk to you to the last person to talk to you all truly professionals, top of there game, will tell everyone, go there to purchase your next car update had oil changed, they did service check, found some issues, told me on the spot, made appointment, for repair on the spot, covered under warranty,, 50 dollar deductible, they took car of issues no questions asked, in and out. They repair by appointments only and still have your vehicle way too long. Really they care not about timely repair rotation. Theyll advise you toJust Rent a Car! Like its that easy for everyone.

I way overpaid but, I kinda expected it. I was in a bind at the time and they got me financed and had me in a very decent vehicle in a day. 4 years later and I still have the same truck with the only major repair having been the transmission needing replaced (which I did myself for $150). All in all, I would recommend them BUT not without caveats.

Had a GREAT experience here yesterday! I walked in hopeless and worried that I would not get approved due to my bad credit... Dylan did everything he could to make sure I was approved for an SUV like I was hoping for! They even took my old car as a trade toward the new one! The time spent there was a little lengthy. But overall, I am completely satisfied with what I drove off the lot in! This is my first time financing anything, so I was completely nervous but Dylan’s welcoming laid back character made me feel 100% better about it. Dont ever buy a car from this place period!! Having a my car for a year now and its been nothing but an inconvenience! My car has been in and out of their service department since purchasing it. They dont provide loaners either so youre out of luck for transportation. I religiously pay my note on time too. Its been nothing but a nightmare with this company. Id advise the average consumer to stay away!!

Plenty of vehicles to choose from service department available as far as repairs and maintenance. Helpful staff very friendly outgoing. Very easy to spot from road on a state highway. Close to the interstate 480. Handicap accessibility and parking available parking is limited but free. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.
