Worst experience ever in my life. This guy sold Me a 2011 BMW 535 with bad transmission and a bad turbo. Charged me $12k for the car. And bmw of Westlake wants $7500 to fix everything!!!!Not to mention check engine light came on same day as I purchased vehicle and he tells me nothing he can do! Screw this car lot!!!

So the gentleman Mike was really nice. Not too knowledgeable about the cars. The car I end up buying had problems. The battery wouldnt hold a charge. Three of the tires that they had on the car with more than five years old. 1 was bald. Many other problems with a car costing me around $900 just to get the car running. When I asked them if they could fix maybe the battery or the tire problem they just told me its as is. The car otherwise is great. But I doubt that they had any control over that. And its cash only business, so beware.

Guys hires me to deliver a car and won’t pay for the transport.... that’s who your buying from.

My friend purchased a car from this terrible place. Who told her the oil had been changed and found out it never was. No huge deal, but they broke the oil cap. The water pump went out, the hose was no good. This all happened within 2 weeks of her purchasing this car. There response was you bought used, your problem. Wow great customer service there. Stay away from this place.

Came off very nice at first but I was taking my time trying to decide if I wanted the car or not so I wouldn’t be throwing my money away and I was rushed the owner came out to the car I was sitting in and looking at and started yelling that they had to go bc they weren’t open? so I needed to buy the car and as I handed the keys back and said I would think about it he got into the car mad bc I wasn’t buying and did a burnout in the vehicle! Just dumped the clutch right in front of me... now if that’s how he drives in front of customers I can only imagine how he drives when no ones around. Also drove over an hour to see this car and asked if it had any problems what so ever then read the codes and came up as a major leak. Owner has no knowledge on the cars didnt even do any maintenance to the car before putting it on the lot after being traded in... would not recommend

It was great they had just a car I needed at much better price than places up and down the same street. They made quick and easy. Even removed my old car that was broken down in my driveway with their tow truck

Bought a car from them and on the way home the check engine light came on. We went back the next day and they said that they wont help us and that they only sell the cars. I strongly believe they reset the check engine light on so it appeared that there were no issues. I ended up having to spend thousands to repair the car due to obvious car negligence. The owner Jerry is extremely confrontational and didnt care about our issues with the car at all. Do not buy from them.

The staff was polite but promised me that they would fix a noise that the clutch was making on a vehicle that I wanted to purchase before I drove it off the lot. They charged me an additional $280 (on top of the price of the vehicle) to change the oil and fix the entire clutch system, saying it would save me money on labor since they had to fix the throwout bearing in the clutch anyway. I paid the additional money, picked up the vehicle, and after driving it for 2 days the clutch made the same noise that it was making originally. They also accidentally forgot to change the oil too. I took it back for them to fix the problem and I believe all that they did was change the oil. The vehicle still makes the same noise as it originally did. They stated that there was nothing that they could do about it. I am a young female and feel that I was taken advantage of. I will never recommend this place to anyone and believe that I got ripped off and am stuck having to pay to replace the clutch system again :(
