George, the sales manager, is wonderful at well. Very pleasant and so willing to work with you to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible. If I could give them lower then 1 Star I would I Bought a 2014 Kia Forte from them just for the Engine to blow out a few months later. They lied about fixing the vehicle, the mechanic is always “on vacation” and had 0 warning lights on Dash cause of a reset they did which they wasn’t supposed to . Just to rig the warning lights to shut off so it could Assume to be fixed! I recommend NO ONE GOES TO THEM ! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED ! They are just looking for a quick sale they don’t care what’s wrong with the cars they give you they just money hungry!

They will lie to get you there cars advertised aren’t there or the mileage is way higher than advertised I wouldn’t trust these people

I got a 2013 Jeep Patriot from them in August 2020 dealing with a guy named Ed who knew absolutely nothing and only wanted his commission on selling me my car. 2days after purchase my check engine light comes on and they say it could be something minor, they reset the sensor and it came right back on. Early December of 2020 the entire car breaks down, transmission needed full replacement. I had to pay a $250 deductible thru my warranty company to replace the transmission plus another $700 in unkept maintenance. I had Jeep Deacon Jeep dealership off SOM Center Road complete the repairs and they repaired everything to perfection. Word of advise: DO NOT PURCHASE from them AT ALL. From previous reviews I see this is a reoccurring thing with vehicles purchased from them

We bought a SUV from them summer 2019. Check engine light came on during the test drive, they said it was the gas cap. Assured us they had a bumper to bumper warranty covering engine and transmission. That was the only reason we purchased. Within a week the fuel pump had to be replaced. Before we could make our first month payment, THE TRANSMISSION BLEW! We put down $3000. The warranty was absolute garbage! IF YOU WANT A QUALITY VEHICLE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

I got a 2011 Ford explore from north coastLast November, 5 months later started to have engine problems, last month the engine totally gave out and shut down.STAY WAY FROM THEM!!!

This place is a joke I bought a tahoe truck from Eddie and Mike suppose to fix the problems with the truck its been 45 days and my plates expired no plates paying 500 dollars a month and cant drive the truck no body answer the phone when I get ahold of somebody they hang up bad customer service STAY AWAY!!

I had a great experience buying from here. Mike S. Gave amazing customer service and delivered service with a smile. Super nice guy and did everything in his power to make the sale. The other Mike, he was great too. He was really personable and made the closing of the purchase a breeze! I came there looking specifically for one kind of car, and left with another because Mike S. wouldnt give up. Prices are fair, and they offer plenty of cars. But honestly, I cant stress the great customer service enough!

I haven’t received my title I went to the Lorain location twice Monday closed and yesterday no title there. My plates are expired. This is the 47th day with no title. Eddie hangs up on me and or says someone will call me back.... also check engine light came on same day of purchase Eddie response was “As is” purchase. The only thing I know to do now is to reach out to the attorney general.

I got a car from them in the summer of 2019. Mike the owner sold me the car. It was a wonderful experience! Unfortunately, I was in a accident, and the car was totaled.So, I went back to get another car because my experience was so great the first time around. As soon as I purchased the vehicle the check engine light turned on. Which was weird because when I test drove the car nothing was there. So, I got the car checked out the next day, there’s a list of things wrong with the vehicle. Which leads me to believe they cleared the vehicles info before I drove it. The mechanic said they sold me a “lemon”.I called them and got the runaround, so I went in person and received the same treatment. I am not really happy with the way this experience has turned out this time around. I thought I was in great hands. I will never purchase another car from them.

Set up an appointment last night to bring cash to purchase a vehicle. Offered to give a card number and pay for it to hold it. 30 minutes into my 1.5 hour trip I get called and told they sold it already. As a fellow business owner, I would have at least given the courtesy to someone who said they were bringing cash for a vehicle. Be advised 🤷‍♀️

As for friendlyness of service they were great to work with. The problem is they either do not check their vehicles well enough before selling or they hide problems when selling . I bought a vehicle from them in March 2020, drove it maybe 4 times, and now am currently having the engine torn apart. Have had to replace all the gaskets and now have to replace the head . I am very disappointed in how much SERIOUS work needed done to this vehicle I just dropped thousands of dollars on.

Going through bankruptcy, lawyer paid, went to court, but waiting for courts ever to be discharge and appear on credit ( can take a few months ). I went to several dealerships! NORTH COAST AUTO DIRECT ON 130TH HONESTLY got me financed when NO ONE ELSE WOULD! They got the vehicle I wanted, and monthly payment in the right range. They let me make payments on the actual down payment as well ( who does that !)

Really professional dudes, very honest! We drove an hour and a half for this car would do business here again!Upon driving the car for a couple months it kept overheating. We had to take it to the mechanic friend who showed me the hoses and how they were clogged with JB weld. It was a death trap, he compared it to the dad on Matilda.

After getting a car inspected ($130), ordering a Carfax report ($40), and agreeing to return within 2 hours with cash, Mike sold the car out from underneath me 10 minutes after leaving the lot. At no time did he ask for a deposit or state the the car could not be held. This is unprofessional and cost me $170, not to mention three hours of my time. Im speechless.
