I went in for a new Ford Truck, and they had almost what I wanted. Its definitely the color I wanted. Very nice dealership. I was lucky. It was my day, because the lot didnt have a lot to choose from. They do order though. You can at least drive something to see if you like the way it handles even if they dont have exactly have what you want. Only thing I lacked on the one I bought was a navigation system. However, it does have capabilities to hook to your phone through an app, and be able to use the big screen. A Lariat is comfortable.

Weve bought two new Toyota s from Brook, our salesman, this week and will come back for future purchases. Low pressure, customer focused dealership. We shopped Toyota dealerships in Atlanta, Birmingham, Montgomery, Daphne and Mobile, which all wanted to increase the list price before we found Estabrook, who gave us a truly good deal! An excellent experience. Brandi and Chris made everything happen in 45 minutes. I was able to close the deal in two days prior to my arrival without any headaches. I reached out to a few dealers prior and the difference between a corporate dealer and family owned one is night and day. Do yourself a favor and save your nerves. I brought my 2009 Lincoln Town Car into Estabrook Service Department because it was leaking. They said it was because the air conditioner was stopped up. That wasnt true. After paying over $150.00, its still leaking. Now, I have to wait to have an another appointment to bring it in again. I also had to bring my 89 yr old Dads 2000 Lincoln Town Car in for the same thing, except this leak was on the drivers side. They kept the car for over a week. They never answered any of my fathers calls. It wasnt until I went to the service department in person did we get any response to the problem. And then another delay because the one person who fixes the leaks didnt show up to work that day. Really?? The cost? Over $500.00. Estabrook used to be a great service department and dealership. I cant say that anymore about them.So disgusted in how they treat the elderly. Not only that, they kept the floor mats in my Dads car! Now we have to make a special trip to the dealership just to pick up the mats that the repair person should have put back in the car to begin with! As a service department, since this is their mistake, they should bring them to my dad! He is sick and a patient at the wound care center!Update on July 8, 2021. The General Manager and the Service Manager, Joan, called me after they saw this post and asked me to bring my 2009 Lincoln in the very next day, which I did. The Service Department has kept in contact with me on what the problem is and how they are fixing it. The 2000 Lincoln has not leaked since the repair and after 2 searches they did find and return the mats to me. I appreciate Joan for reaching out to me to rectify the situation. This time both my father and I were treated with more respect and kindness by Savannah in the service department.Update 7/12/21: Brought my 2009 Lincoln home after they said they had fixed the leak for the 2nd time. But no, it still leaks!! Wet-Vacuumed over 2 cups of water out of the back floor board. The problem is obviously not fixed!! I feel as if Im getting the run around! Contact Ford Motor Company and get some help to locate this problem or go online to see what other people have done to correct this problem! Its a well known defect with Lincolns. Please someone help me! Me and my parents cant take much more of this! Right now, its so hard for my Dad to get out to follow me to the shop and my mother cant drive. But I have to keep bringing the car in because the problem doesnt ever get fixed. I have to take off work to bring it in too. I just want to cry.

5 stars for LUKE and 0 stars for Jason. We had an appointment with Jason for an oil change at Ford Estabrook. When we arrived there, the man in the first front desk, he asked what was I getting done today and I told him I was scheduled with Jason to get an oil change and I know Jason heard me because his desk is the one next to the man. Jason was busy with two other people and he was not following Covid regulations. He didn’t wear a mask talking to the people before me and didn’t practice social distancing either but then he saw me wearing a mask and then wore a mask when he was around me. I waited for a good 20 minutes until Luke came by and helped me. He was very sweet and extremely helpful. Luke just got finished helping a customer and approached us quickly so we didn’t have to stand around for too long. We saw Jason just roaming around and not doing anything (we felt like he didn’t want to help us) and Luke said he will help us instead with the oil change. We were so glad that Luke has so much great customer service and Jason wasn’t the ideal the person to be speaking with next time we’re in to service our car. Great job Luke!

I bought a vehicle 6 weeks ago from estabrook ford and i will never recommend anyone buy from them. They will find any reason to not fix or make right something they sold to you. I had to come to the shop 3 times to fix something that they said they would fix and not charge me for. They tried every time to charge or make an excuse for fixing it. I was also promised a new Key and the guy was never there on Friday. Took off work three times and lost money for taking off work. I told them i was not gonna pay for them to fix the locks on my car. And I didnt pay either I walked right out to my car and tried to leave as the General Manager followed me telling me that he tried to do everything he could. If that was the truth then why did you try and charge me when you told me you wouldnt, that it would be taken care of. Just be careful when they say they will take care of you. Its Bull.

Planned to buy tires here, called twice was immediately put on hold. I hung up after 5 minutes. I went there in person today. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. 4 employees walked right past me . Ill be buying elsewhere. Maybe theyre understaffed?

Margaret Brooks is a great sales person, but DO NOT take your vehicle to estabrook to get serviced, I bought a brand new f150 EcoBoost and both times they have serviced it they got grease on my door panel and side of truck, left valve stem covers off, air pressure in every tire was 7 to 8 lbs difference, I marked the tires and they were not rotated, my cousin took his f150 to get brakes changed I drove the truck home for him get a mile down the road and the brake shoes were on backwards, the metal side of brake shoe was against the rotor, sales people are awesome, but do not use service dept

I brought in a perfectly working car to get a folded plastic panel that was under the car removed and get a recall addressed. They just called to tell me the car doesnt run and were trying to get me to pay for the diagnosis of why its not running. They finally admitted that they had driven it on the lot beforehand, but theyre saying they will not address the problem with it not starting. I am getting it towed to another mechanic to pay for the repairs for the problem that happened under their care. I cannot say enough how awful this experience has been.

I bought a 2017 f350 king ranch 4x4 i paid 64k for the truck with 49k miles on it i use the truck for my business love the truck but it has a ac problem since the day i bought it i took it back the first time but it started working on the way there so they did nothing after a week it did it again and they charged me 150.00 to look at it and said it was a loose connection after aweek it did it again i took it back and now it needs 1500.00 dollars worth of work i did not think it was right for me to pay for a problem that has been going on since i bought it iv only had it for 6 months and but i was told that it is on me i dont think this is fair and this is the first time buying from them and more than likely it will be my last and i buy often its a shame to loose a customer of something like this

I have bought 4 new vehicles since 2008, 2 from the F series that still had them and two Explorer (kept 1). recently the battery of the Explorer was damaged (due to lack of use) I took it into warranty service (20,000+ miles) and it took 4 days to replace (15 minutes Job in any auto part) they never call to pickup the car its insane if I dont call them my car probably still in service!I also bought a warranty on the tires and they did not want to honor it, they can see the problem I have, but they also said the warranty It is with the manufactor. What? Stock tire dont make any sense.salespeople are excellent and they work with us to be able to have a good payment agreement, but the service people have no idea what they are doing, they are inept.I will never return to service my cars in pascagoula!

The worst ford dealership I have been to. Drop off my vehicle last Thursday for an appointment at 7a:m to get my AC fix and didn’t get it back till the following Tuesday. The other service advisors didn’t act like they wanted to help you if your service advisor wasn’t there. I was giving a rental car for the Labor Day weekend but only could travel 50 miles a day and couldn’t travel outside the state. I contacted my extended warranty company and they told me I was getting over charge for services. I will not be taking my vehicle to this dealership again.

I took my car there because the window regulator broke and my window fell down I explained to them that I had a warranty add full coverage car insurance then they called me up and said I need a whole new door because the regulator put holes in the door when I drop my car off I did not have a railing or bumping noise I checked on my car and I went to my car twice while I was at the dealership and there was no noise since insurance and warranty will not cover that I went to pick up my car and the paint and body manager is so many words to call me stupid because he said my car came in broke and is leaving broke I said Im not stupid I understand that my car didnt sound like it was felling apartI WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAINIf they would have not taken 3 weeks to order parts for my other car and a week to called I would not taken it somewhere else and he still mad that was 3 years ago by the way they had this car 3 weeks when I got a letter in the mail from the insurance company about my car IM ONLY THANKING ANTHONY HE TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY CAR WAS NOT THAT WAY

Called the service dept to fix a recall item on my F-150 (intermittent tailgate opening). They kept the truck all day. I went to pick it up and they said they didnt fix it because the tailgate didnt open while they were watching it. The recall notice said that the owner needed to verify that the tailgate had opened on its own in the past (which I did). I guess they decided I was lying. Called the service manager to complain and left a voice message about my disappointment - never heard back from them.Estabrooks response below was that they are sorry for my issues and the service manager would reach out to me today. Again. . . never heard from them.

Buying the car was a good experience with them they talked me into buying extend the warranty and rim insurance which I thought would be good to have since my last automobile I had to replace the rims quite a bit my wife drove the car for about a year and ended up bending one of the rims I was very happy that I had bought the rim insurance so I contacted the dealership took the car and they made an appointment for me to get the rim repaired so I came back on time the day of the appointment and proceeded to wait apparently the rim people never showed up I made another appointment they did not show up again then when I talk to them on the phone they told me I was being rude I was quite upset after taking two days off of work what was rude with them not showing up for the appointment I have been trying now to get it fixed for over a year I basically got ripped off theyre happy to sell it to you just not give you the service you paid for so I advise you if youre buying a car from them dont get the extended warranty and insurance through them

I purchased a used F150 on Tuesday. They were very prompt and accommodating in getting me in the truck. That experience was excellent. However, now that I have discovered a problem and need warranty service they won’t return my calls. They put me on hold and I waited fifteen minutes before I finally gave up. I talked to Brandi, the salesperson, who told me the used sales manager would call me back in a few minutes. It’s been more than a few minutes. So far, customer service after the sale has been nonexistent. As of now I can not recommend Estabook and regret making a purchase there.

I had the easiest and most pleasant experience at Estabrook Ford. I used the USAA Car Buying Service, and within five minutes I had a phone call from Bruce with Estabrook Ford. I told Bruce the color, make and model that I was looking for and they were able to find the car for me in 15 minutes. Since the dealership was 45 minutes away from my house, they offered to bring all the paperwork to me so I wouldnt have to make the drive. I went to another dealership several days prior, and the service was not as great. Estabrook went all the way to Florida to make sure that they got the exact car that I was looking for and they gave me a great deal. They also did not jerk me around or try to get me to get a car that I didnt want just to make a sale. If I had more than 5 stars to give, I would give it to Bruce and Estabrook.

I was contacted by Sean Varone, the Internet Manager for Estabrook, after I made an online inquiry about a new 2014 Ford Escape. Sean was very helpful and not pushy like some dealers are. I was trading in a 2000 Ford Ranger that I have had since Jr. High, and this was the first time I had every purchased a new vehicle. Sean made the process easy and painless. He even let me keep the Escape for a weekend before my wife and I made a decision so we could see how we really liked it. When it came time to actually finalize everything Sean and the team at Estabrook made the process very easy, from the trade in to the financing. I had to bring the Escape back a week later for a recall update, and they let me take a brand new F150 home until they finished with my Escape just so I could have a way to get around. They posted a sell price of $ 57,097 on a white Raptor but when I went to look into purchasing the truck they told me that doesnt matter what they advertise on line and that if I wanted to buy the truck I would have to pay full sticker price of 61 thousand and change. However I would have at least given them a 3-star review if it werent for their service department. I have been through there service department three times now. Two of which were due to recalls. We dealt with a salesman named Bruce, and originally we were looking at used but Bruce introduced us to the deals they were offering on the new Ford Explorers. He knew exactly what we wanted, and he knew what we could afford, and he delivered. We ended up purchasing a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer, and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our positive experience at Esrabrook was made better because of our great salesman, Bruce! Thank you Estabrook and Bruce!

Dropped vehicle off to service department for oil change and to check the a/c system. They kept the vehicle for 3 days, when went to pick it up they hadnt even checked the a/c system and the rep said didnt know anything about a/c system even though I specifically made the appointment for it over the phone and mentioned it again when I dropped the vehicle off. I will never use them again and will discourage others based on my experience.

I was referred to Estabrook Ford by my father and sister Both of them spoke very highly of the dealership, and the entire sales process. I was a little skeptical at first, yet I was willing to give this dealership a chance to earn my business. My dad advised me to reach out to Sean Varone, who had sold vehicles to both my father and sister. Upon calling Sean, I was impressed with his attention to detail and his eagerness to meet all of my requests. The vehicle my wife and I purchased was a 2013 Ford Edge. Although my wife and I really liked the vehicle, we enjoyed the courteous and professional attributes displayed by Sean. Sean is the reason myself and two other members of my family have made purchases from Estabrook. I look forward to purchasing an F-150 in the near future and Sean will definitely by the first call I make.

They sold me a vehicle with no title and did not tell us they didn’t have the title. I still can’t get it registered into my name after they’ve had the paper work almost a month to get the title in. They told me they would reimburse me for my time and have changed their mind because “they didn’t make much money off of it.” The kbb value is almost a thousand dollars under the price the vehicle was sold.
