Run run run far away! This organization does not honor there word, will sell a car to someone else right out from under you, finance Dept will run your info even if there is no deal to run it for and they will ghost you if there is a problem or concern. If you have found an amazing deal I guess take a risk but these guys are the quintessential used car guys and the GM won’t respond to concerns.

Too slow, I had an appointment for 9:15 so I arrived at 8:45 hoping to get out quicker. Didnt leave until 10:45. The car was sitting outside but no one came to let me know my car was ready so I went and told them it was ready and still had to wait another 20 mins just for them to get my paperwork together

Bought a car today, salesman was very helpful and was willing to work with me. I never felt I was getting pressured into buying something. Will definitely consider using Estabrook for eb my next car or truck purchase.

Nice & helpful sales staff, financing flexible enough for me to purchase a clean, used Honda CRV. Questionable service dept, couldnt get close enough to even ASK for tire check or assistance. Very small service dept, apparently.

Took my F350 there for service. Im traveling so I went to the closest dealership to my RV camp My Ford service department in California said the next oil change was due at 38,400. I have the Ford maintenance plan so I took it in. Estabroook told me that they only do oil changes every 10,000 miles under my plan. The service writer couldnt answer me why my Ford dealer back home put the sticker on my windshield stating I needed it done at 38,400 and shes saying not for another 5,000 miles. I dont know of 10,000 oil change intervals. Shoot, I spent a bundle on that plan since a paid a moderate fortune for the truck.

Dropped in to get my 3000 mi service. (First one) Told to make an appointment for a week later...... Its an oil change!My time is as valuable as yours.... There are plenty places who want my business and will gladly change my oil.I guess I need to find a dealership who is glad to provide servicce after the sale....you obviously do not.... Sorry....but your service advisor was not pleasant....... Or helpful...

This company is a business where they are about lining their pockets and ripping out yours. I was sold a 2015 Altima to break down (transmission went out) to later research that there is a recall with Nissan that they knew about. Easterbrook Its your turn

Their service department is a joke. Ill never buy Nissan again, nor will i ever go to Estacrook. It takes them weeks to get a part and another week to fix your car. Stay away.
