Pretty hectic with only one register open and a huge line. Better to shop in the morning. Still the prices are lower than the competition.

Bought dog food (canned) for my presious babies. The next day all three became Ill thought it was just a switch in food 2of my dogs were better. My Third sadly passed away.

Every week end I do my shopping over there, I buy my plantains and onions, fresh tomatoes, for the service is great,expercially the cashier are very friendly and polite, I will always shop at Aldi because they Care.

The renovations have made a positive difference and prices remain the best in town. The really exceptional part about this Aldis are its staff!

I like the store. First time I have been in since the remodel. Liked the old set up better. I found it hard to find what I wanted. No employees to help either.

Dairy products are less than most of the area grocery stores. Good selection of produce and frozen foods.

I like the new store layout somewhat it doesnt force you to go straight right down the aisles you can actually shop through the store or go right to wherever you want to but its still the same old stuff nothing new or different maybe a couple new organic stuff if youre into that

I save about 60% when I shop there and their products are excellent.

Aldi has been renovated, a great improvement! More fresh produce at great prices, larger meat selection, more square footage now to shop, wider aisles but the same low unbeatable prices. Dont be afraid to try their brands, they are excellent!

My 5 year old doesnt know the difference between toaster tarts and pop tarts, but my wallet does. They redid the store recently so you dont have that weird aisle when you walk in that you were pretty sure you didnt need anything in but now youre on the other side of the store, you feel like that thing you couldnt find is in that aisle but youre not sure if you have to leave the store and walk back in with your full cart of groceries or walk the wrong way down the aisle like you cant see the giant arrows pointing the opposite direction.

I was impressed with the new look at the entrance. The store seems to have more food choices than before.

Was nice lots of choices meats were impressive nice color. Gift choices were impressive wish I had thought to go sooner might have had a good selection of Christmas decorations. Food gift choices were extremely nice. Wish I thought to take pictures. But go check it out.

Best GF chicken EVER!!!! Wish ALDIs had their Never Any Frozen Gluten Free Chicken strips in their store line up ALL the time. I LOVE that the sauce packet is bagged separate!! They definitely HAD the market cornered with this product in the gluten-free community, adults and kids alike, so it is a shame it is only a seasonal product or it has been discontinued altogether :(

Awesome and tremendously helpful service, easy to find items and clean store, shelves are always stocked coherently and staff very knowledgeable. All-in-all best place to shop if you want high quality food for low prices.

A friend first told me about Aldi about 13 years ago. They had a location in a strip mall in Hudson, NY. I remember that store as being distinctively “discount”: hardscrabble, gritty atmosphere and a limited selection of generic foodstuffs. I never went back. Fast forward to today: Aldi in Pittsfield is clean, well-stocked and staffed by friendly, diligent workers. Good meats, fresh produce, dairy essentials and many gourmet and organic selections. I do 90% of my grocery shopping here. Every item is cheaper at Aldi. Shop at Aldi for awhile and then go to Big Y or Stop & Shop and you’ll see the price difference.

Cant beat the prices, but the layout and selection both leave a lot to be desired. Still, its a great place for deals on meat and poultry and pantry goods.

Aldi is my first stop grocery shopping every time. The aisle of random seasonal things aka aisle of shame is my favorite place to find unique deals. Cant beat the prices, I get almost all my groceries here except a few name brand items my family prefers.

For those that dont know. Aldi is temporarily closed from Feb. 15- March 18 due to remodel...See you guys soon....:)

I love this store. I can get all my weekly shopping done in about 15 minutes. The food is just as good as the name brands and much less expensive. I spend about half of what I would spend at the other supermarkets in town.

Decent produce, lots of gluten free and keto options for snacks, the best mixed nuts from any store, tons of deli meats and cheeses. Aldis is one of my favorite grocery stores, period.

Hard working staff, great deals on food, many healthy choices. Days a good experience. They do not carry everything I need however, so I must also go to other places.Would very much like all natural peanut butter and more no sugar added dessert choices.

I love this store. The staff is super friendly. The prices are all cheap and reasonable. My only issue is every time I buy blueberries, the container breaks at the counter or something as its getting rung up. Every time. Always the blueberries.

I didnt like how the store was laid out, just didnt feel like a grocery store. Had more of a flea market feel to it. I couldnt even find a 3rd of what I needed.

Best prices in town. Limited number of options. Bring your own bags. Layout forces you to walk most aisles. Items come and go except for staples. No deli. There are fresh veggies, but some you have to buy in inconvenient quantities. Bring a quarter to unlock a shopping cart.

This is my favorite grocery store! I love how easy it is to navigate and how they are so efficient. I love how friendly the staff always is. Customer service is important to me. There is always someone asking if I and finding everything ok and the employees at the register have always been fast as well as friendly. My favorite thing is the prices! I don’t mind limited choices as long as the prices can’t be beat and the quality is good. I would love to see more corn syrup free items. For example, I won’t buy their egg nog or hot chocolate mix because of the corn syrup.

This particular Aldi needs better management. Theres always something I want thats sold out. Today? Half n half.

Aldis is known for having inexpensive groceries and paying/treating its employees well. This location doesnt have the best selection, but its good for stocking up on the essentials for less than youd normally pay and sometimes finding interesting foods you might not normally see.Well maintained, laid out in a pretty straightforward way. Bring your own bags or pay for them, bag your own groceries, need a quarter for a cart, the usual cheap grocery store protocol.

Great store, great prices but make sure when you see an item you like get it then .no promises when it will be on stock again.

I went to aldi in Pittsfield after work, long line, finally cashier Derek opened another register and rushed us through. When I got home I noticed he charged me for 3 shrimp ring when I only purchase 2, now I cant get a hold of anyone to get my refund.

Aldis doesnt waste its time on merchandising and has a small but dedicated staff (who Ive been told are well paid especially for the retail space). Aldis also doesnt seem to play the price games most grocery chains playIts a great place for low cost fruits and vegetables (sometimes quality is iffy) and has something new every time I go in ... that can be a problem if that thing you love just disappears after being available for months.I do about 50% of my grocery shopping here.
